时光匆匆，转眼间，毕业如期而至，今天我们在这里欢聚一堂，共同见证2016届562名学生顺利完成学业，走上人生新的征程。首先请允许我代表全校师生员工向你们表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的祝福!同时也向三年来为你们的成长细心呵护和辛勤付出的老师们表示崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢!

回首三年来，你们在凉州职专雅致灵动的校园孜孜求学、茁壮成长，经历了从青涩懵懂到成熟稳重的华丽蜕变，这一路上春华秋实、寒来暑往，总有父母和家人、师长和同学与你并肩而行。你们要感谢父母和家人，他们始终如一地爱护、支持着你，为你的成长而付出、因你的成绩而骄傲、以你的快乐为幸福;要感谢你们的老师，是他们春风化雨般为你传授知识、启迪智慧，你才拥有了今天的成就;要感谢你们身边的同学和朋友，是他们的朝夕相伴，与你分享喜怒哀乐，陪你走过青春中最美好的时光。

在职专的这几年里，你们亲身感受到学校办学实力的提高，教学模式的创新，校园环境的改善，师资队伍的壮大。尤其是你们和我们一起经历了国家示范校的建设，一起经历了我校高考成绩和技能大赛成绩的蒸蒸日上，是你们见证了学校的发展与辉煌!

临别在即，几分留恋，几分牵挂，几分期许。要道别的话语太多，作为一名师长，我想在此与大家分享三个词：自信、包容、律己。

首先，希望同学们以自信立身。

自信，是我们的立身之本，是我们开拓事业的人格基础。一个自信的人一定是一个有自知之明的人，既不会妄自菲薄，也不会骄傲自大，在困难来临时，不慌神、不乱阵脚，有勇气、有能力正确应对;一个自信的人一定是注重学习的人。自信的基础在于能力，提高能力的根本在于学习，无论大家是即将走上工作岗位还是继续深造学习，绝不可以告别学习。在当今的学习型社会，你们更要时刻保持一颗虚怀若谷、实事求是的求知之心，在工作中学，在生活中学，向书本学，向他人学，向实践学，让学习成为一种习惯和修养;一个自信的人一定内心强大的人。内心强大不是狂妄不羁、目中无人，而是信仰坚定，淡泊明志，平和自重，不会因一时得意而沾沾自喜，也不会因一时失意而一蹶不振，“不以物喜，不以己悲”。

其次，希望同学们以包容处世。

“海纳百川有容乃大”。包容是人性中最美丽的花朵，是一种崇高的境界，也是一种生存的智慧。它不仅蕴含着理解和原谅，更显示着气度和胸襟。一个人心胸的宽度决定了他所能到达的高度。有包容的情怀，才会有“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风”的豁达;有包容的情怀，才会有“今日长缨在手，何时缚住苍龙”的胆魄;有包容的情怀，才会有“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的仁心壮志。

一个包容的人一定要善于欣赏，对我们身边的人、身边的物，要善于发现其美，欣赏其美，同时不要吝啬赞美。正像费孝通老先生说的:“各美其美,美人之美,美美与共,天下大同。”;一个包容的人一定要胸襟宽广。要容得下比自己强的人，更要善于向其学习。要能听得进意见、批评，胸襟越大，眼界就越宽，境界就越高，做人做事就会从容淡定;一个包容的人一定要与人为善。孟子曰：与人为善，善莫大焉。与人为善是我们中华民族的美德，也是一种处世之道，要善于发现别人的长处，更能原谅别人的过错。

最后，希望同学们以律己修德。

能否严于律己是衡量一个人道德修养高下的标准，也是决定着一个人能取得多大成就的关键。一个严于律己的人一定要信念坚定。坚定的信念源于对精神和理想的追求，源于对道德的坚守。一个对荣华富贵垂涎三尺，利欲熏心、追求享乐的人，就容易在困难面前低头，在诱惑面前失节甚至违纪犯法。今天的社会，诱惑太多、选择太多，希望大家树立正确的名利观、价值观，增强定力，贫贱不移，威武不屈，百折不挠;一个严于律己的人一定要坚守底线。人生不能越界，底线必须坚守。为人有道德底线，工作有职业底线。失去底线的人无所敬畏，如同洪水猛兽，结局往往是一失足成千古恨。希望你们能够律己修德，哪怕风雨兼程，哪怕披荆斩棘，也要时刻坚守底线，因为只有这样，你才有光明的坦途，社会才能风正气清。

有缘相聚在职专的日子里，作为校长，我与大家一同成长。在此，我也要向你们表示感谢。感谢你们不断探究学问真知，让校园充满厚实创新的人文气息;感谢你们积极投身社会实践，为母校赢得了良好的口碑;感谢你们奋发图强、积极向上，为母校的发展加油助力。你们的努力拼搏让职专蒸蒸日上，你们的发光发热令职专熠熠生辉，你们的成长成才使职专欣欣向荣!

亲爱的同学们，相聚的时光总是美好而又短暂，一朝毕业，各自天涯，今天我们只能在这里依依惜别。不必惆怅、不必感伤，毕业不是结束，而是另一段美好时光的开始。即将启程之际，把这段求学时光装进行囊，让母校的牵挂陪伴你们走遍海角天涯。毕业虽易，人生不易，请你们一定要“且行且珍惜”。母校始终会默默关注着你、支持着你、盼望着你。同学们，出发吧，莫愁前路无知己，职专永远属于你!

最后，衷心的祝愿2017届全体毕业生前程似锦、一帆风顺、金榜题名、再创辉煌!
