南朝有个叫江淹的文人，小时候很有名气，写过着名的《恨赋》。当官以后，他不再努力追求学问，才思渐衰，再也写不出好的作品了。后来人们用“江郎才尽”来比喻这种人。我在学校里成绩还算不错，很少让老师和家长操心。人不可能十全十美，我也一样，美中不足的是字体不够漂亮。在二年级的时候学习了王献之苦练书法的课文，使我明白了做任何一件事，只要坚持、努力，就一定会成功。我要学习王献之勤学苦练的精神，不做江淹自我满足的那种人。

面对我的不足之处，我已经列好提高计划。在爸爸妈妈的监督指导下，除了老师布置的作业完成以外，坚持每天练一百字书法，抄写一段好词好句，以后逐步增加字数。经过我的不懈努力，目前已有进步，妈妈夸我的字越来越漂亮。若干年后，当我拿起笔来，在纸上写出流利工整的汉字的时候，我会为今日的努力而感到自豪。
