The larger the orgnization of which you are an employee , and th fiercer the competition , the more important it will be that you know how to convey your thoughts and convince others of your ideas.

Personality is also an important factor. Whatever difficulty or situation , those who appear relaxed and confident are nearer to success. Obviously , among the ingredients for success , intelligence counts for the half , the rest depends on your personality , and other abilities.

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is XXX， 23 years old. I come from xianyang， a beautiful city of Shaanxi Province. Majoring in Environmental science, I will graduated from the Urban and environmental department of XXX University in the coming July.

Generally speaking， I am a hard-working student. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. In my spare time, I have broad interests like many other youngsters. Just like my father， I am open-minded ，quick in thought and very fond of football. Frequently I exchange ideas with my family during super. I like reading books, especially those about history.These work have urged me develop active and responsible characters.

I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, caing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him. On ather occasion, I punctured the tires of a  parked inside the school by ing something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had ticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

On the right of the bed, there is my desk and chair. They’re in front of

the window. My computer is on the desk. There is a lamp on the desk, too. I can

do my homework here and play computer games.

My bookshelf is on the left of the bed. There are a lot of storybooks and

picture books in the shelf. I like them very much.

Not everyone has a bedroom. I’m very lucky, because I have a very beautiful
