我的课余生活可丰富了，有骑车、滑滑板、爬山等等，我就来说说爬山吧！

今天我们全家一起去爬山，我来到山脚下，抬头一看：陡峭的石阶一头落在我的脚下，一头搭在看不见的高处，像天梯一样。我对爷爷说：“我们回家吧！”爷爷说：“还没爬就回家？！你爸爸还在上面等呢，你要是爬不动就在山下等我们。”这话我可不爱听了，瞧不起我嘛！再说爸爸那么胖都能爬上去，还比我爬的快，哼！等着瞧……

我终于到了峰顶，低头一看，惊呆了，这里的景色这么美：又高又壮的大树郁郁葱葱，弯弯曲曲的山泉水像玉带一样，树上可爱的小鸟唱着欢快的歌，茂密的树林里露出铁佛寺橙色的屋顶，在太阳的照耀下，熠熠生辉，山下登山的人，现在看上去是那么的小，小的都像蚂蚁一样了。

站在山顶，我感觉美丽极了，是我平时所没见过的，我感觉累极了，但我真的很开心，因为我爬上了峰顶，还知道了坚持就能战胜困难，知道了努力就能见到美丽！

我的课余生活6

我的课余生活丰富多彩，我可以练琴、跳舞、画画、读书……但我最喜欢的还是学骑自行车。

记得刚刚开始学骑自行车的时候，我手握紧车把，双脚在地上却只打颤，妈妈鼓励我说：“孩子，别怕，你一定会学会的！”听了妈妈的话，心想：为了不辜负妈妈的期望，我豁出去了。我左脚踏在蹬子上，用力一蹬，右脚立即抬起，还没等我把右脚抬上车身，车子就像被风吹着的小树，左摇右晃，我没法掌握它的平衡，立即又把右脚放到了地上，着实的捏了一把冷汗，吸了一口凉气，说：“吓死我了！”妈妈语重心长地说：“没事，要勇敢，接着练！”在妈妈的再次鼓舞之下，我刻苦练习，翻了一个又一个的跟头，弄的身上青一块，紫一块的。这时我又叫苦连天，妈妈只好在后面扶着我，我在前面用力的蹬着车蹬子。这样不知不觉得我会骑了！妈妈扶着的双手不知什么时候松开了，我竟然一点儿都没有觉察到。我还总以为是妈妈在后面扶着我呢！妈妈在后面喊：“慢点儿骑！”这时我回头一看，妈妈还站在原地没动，我真不敢相信我自己会骑自行车了！我踏着脚蹬子，车轮在迅速运转，我唱着歌儿，感觉自己仿佛生了翅膀就要飞起来似的。那感觉真叫爽啊！

我爱课余生活，它是我生活中不可缺少的部分。

人生的美丽

人生，在挫折中美丽，在美丽中遭受挫折。

“火无百日旺，花无百花红”。人生难免有挫折，在挫折面前，我们需要从容、冷静，还需要勇敢，让挫折因我们而美丽，让挫折因我们而喝彩。

“有一兴必有一败”。人生的道路不会是一帆风顺的，难免会遇到这样或那样的挫折。在挫折面前，我们要培养承受挫折的健康心理和坚强意志。

从古至今，一直有一句话长久不衰“吃一垫长一智”。挫折在人类一生的生活中都会遇到的。“如果生活只有晴空丽日而没有阴雨笼罩，只要幸福而没有悲哀，只有欢乐而没有痛苦，那么这样的生活根本就不是生活——至少不是人的生活。”生活永远不可能会近乎完美的，在我们的生活中，总要遇到崎岖的山路，遇到道路分叉，遇到一座高山挡路的时候。还有时候会被脚下的一块石头拌了一下。那你是选择怎么样的方式呢?是无论怎么摔倒，无论怎么辛苦，无论山怎么高大也要继续坚持下去，还是看到这些困难就摇摇头，胆怯了，认为自己不行或者对自己的成绩已经满意了。不，不能这样，我们一定要选择继续走下去“苦难只能吓倒懦夫懒汉，而胜利永远属于敢于攀登高峰的人。”只要继续走下去，我们才能够体会到成功的喜悦，只要继续走下去才有利于我们磨练意志，增长才干和智慧，只要继续走下去我们才能够培养自己承受的健康心理和意志。

“正路并不一定就是一条平平坦坦的直路，难免有些曲折和崎岖险阻，要绕一些弯，甚至难免会误入歧途。”我们要上善于把前进道路上的一切阻碍与绊脚石变成垫脚石，从而获得成功，实现生命的价值，享受真正的人生。在挫折来临的时候我们要从容、冷静面对，不要紧张，不要冲动。你越紧张越冲动反而会得到效果相悖的结果。一个有勇气的人，他是不会被面前的苦难与困难吓到的。

我认为挫折磨难是锻炼意志增加能力的好机会，何必去逃避呢，何不让挫折来锻炼自己，使自己更加的成功，更加的坚强。“失败也是我所需要的，它和成功一样对我有价值。”现实生活中，好多人有时都不能体会出挫折的价值。风雨过后我们一定会再见到阳光的，为了那一抹阳光的美丽，虽然我们需要付出的太多。但你有没有想过，也正是因为这一抹阳光的美丽我们在遇见风雨的时候付出的远比学到的更多。

那么从现在开始，我们勇敢地迎接来临的挫折吧，让它们来美丽我们的人生。

Smoking And Health

Today smoking is a widespread habit ali over the world. Not only the old,

the youth, but also middle school students have been engaged in smoking. Many of

them think that smoking is a smart symbol.

However, smoking is harmful to one’s ,health. It contributes a lot of lung

cancer, from which many people have died in the past years. It can also cause

many other diseases. In a word, if you smoke, you do have a much greater chance

of losing your health. Furthermore, scientific research shows that smoking is
