秋天是一年中的第三个季节，秋天有三个月：七月，八月，九月。秋季天气凉爽，有时会刮风。我可以穿外套和牛仔裤，我经常去放风筝和我的好朋友去远足。而且秋天有很多水果，像：苹果，香蕉，橘子……同时中秋节也是在秋天。所以，我很喜欢秋天。

别小看那羽毛球，玩起来的学问可大了，那圆圆的羽毛球就像我们的小脑袋，白色的羽毛就像一件漂亮的衣裳。我可喜欢它了。每当我做完作业，妈妈就和我一起打羽毛球。小小的羽毛球在空中飞舞就像一只蝴蝶在天空飞来飞去。打着打着，我一不小心把球打到树上了，望着树上的球我们急得团团转。突然，我灵机一动，拿来了一根杆子，把球捅了下来。羽毛球又回到了我的手中，我开心极了。

一个小小的羽毛球丰富了我的课余生活，给我带来了无比的快乐。

我的课余生活说的上五花八门、丰富多彩：像打羽毛球、下象棋、篮球......等等我都喜欢，可要说最喜欢的那还是羽毛球。

今天又是周末啦！我又可以来找一个对手来跟我打羽毛球了，“说曹操曹操到”爸爸回来了，我急忙跑过去一副笑眯眯地脸说：“好大哥跟我打羽毛球吧”大哥说：“不行啊，我还有事，明天的吧。”我说：“那我再也不跟你好了。”我哥在无奈的请扩下只好答应我。就这样我们拿起球拍开战，我先发球，我们开战的时候，我打了个“回旋球”大哥一看不好，他就用“声东击西”来打，我们越打越来劲可我却已经体力不支，最后败下阵来，大哥胜利了，他刚想逃，我便说：“失败乃成功之母，输了一次，还有下一次。”所以我们有开始了新的一次，大哥说：“还让你先发。”这次我没一次都打“回旋球”使大哥连连出错，最后我胜利了，我非常高兴。

通过打羽毛球是我和大哥的感情更加深厚。

我的课余生活可丰富了：看书、画画、跳绳、做手工……

最近，我又迷上了打羽毛球。看着人家把羽毛球打得上下翻飞，我简直是羡慕极了，于是就吵着爸爸要玩羽毛球。为此，爸爸专门领我去体育用品店买了副漂亮的羽毛球拍。

终于如愿以偿的拿到了球拍，我心里这个美呀！心想：“我也可以像别人那样帅帅的玩羽毛球了！”可没想到，事情并不像想象的那样。这个羽毛球到了我这儿，就不知怎么回事，变得调皮起来。它一会儿落在我前面；一会儿落在我身后，就是不肯乖乖的落到我的球拍上。我生气的喊：“不打了，不打了！”爸爸见了，说：“万事开头难，学什么开始都会有这个过程。只要你学会注意观察，分析球要飞的方向，及时用球拍去接，你一定能接到球的！”听了爸爸的话，我又继续打起羽毛球来。

终于，我接住了一个球，高兴得手舞足蹈。爸爸说：“你看，成功了吧！只要多练，你就能接更多的球。”果然，我能打到两个、三个、五个了……我的羽毛球终于像长了眼睛一样，稳稳地落在球拍上了！我真高兴啊！

打羽毛球不但锻炼了我的身体；磨练了我的耐力；还让我懂得了只要努力、坚持，就没有做不到的事！

妈妈说多运动可以帮助我长高，妈妈喜欢打羽毛球，于是很自然的，我的课余生活就是和妈妈一起打羽毛球，一起锻炼身体。

妈妈说：“学打羽毛球就必须先学会发球。”首先，妈妈教我拿球拍的姿势。左手拿着羽毛球，右手握住球拍，在向上抛羽毛球的一瞬间，球拍要向前对准球去拍那个羽毛球，球发出去之后就是要学会接羽毛球。当发出去的球被对方接住以后，球立马就飞回来了，你就要做好准备把飞来的球再打回去。眼睛要盯着球飞来的方向，手握球拍使球拍朝前，瞄准球用力朝对手的方向把球拍过去，这样一个回合就完成了，来来回回就是精彩的羽毛球对打了。

开始的时候，我总是发不好球，自己抛出去的球自己都接不住。妈妈说我方向感不太好，需要准确判断，多加练习，坚持练习。慢慢地我真的能发出去球了，心里甭提有多高兴了，经过一段时间的练习，现在也能接住妈妈发过来的球了呢。希望有一天，能和妈妈的打球技术一样好，然后再和妈妈一起练习，争取超过妈妈。妈妈说我通过这段时间的锻炼好像长高了些，我真高兴。
