在寒假里我首先尽情的玩了一场。

其实我最喜欢的是擦炮。我有时将擦炮埋在土里炸土；有时将鱼雷放在水里炸鱼；有时将水雷放在水里榨出水花；有时将水雷放在地上，再将瓶子盖盖在上面，水雷一项，瓶子盖就飞上了天。真是太好玩了。

我最苦恼的是写作文。

妈妈让写作文的时候我就想哭，因为写作文就像世界上最难的事——巧妇难为无米之炊。

这个寒假让我欢喜让我忧。

从小到大饺子一直都是我喜欢吃的食物，今天，我和弟弟还有奶奶在家里自己包饺子吃。

奶奶先把虾仁。香菇。肉。还有芹菜全部切碎，然后放入老酒。味精。盐。就搅拌成了荤素搭配的混合馅。

开 始包饺子了，我迫不及待地拿起一张饺子皮，放入许多肉馅，对折一下，用力一捏，可是怎么也合不拢，还因为用力过猛，结果饺子皮下端被我捏破了，为了不被弟

弟笑话，我又拿了一张饺子皮，包在饺子下面，饺子就像‘‘做了手术的肥胖症患者’。奶奶见我包的很胖，就过来告诉我说;饺子不是你那样包的，是先拿一张饺

子皮，再放肉馅，不过肉馅不能太多，也不能太少，然后在饺子皮边沾一圈水，在对折，轻轻地一捏，再在饺子皮上捏几个花纹，就好了。我按照奶奶水的那样，拿

起一张饺子皮，放入适量的肉馅。在饺子皮外圈拿起沾些水，轻轻地捏一下，再捏几个花纹，这个饺子就做好了。

我们把饺子圈包好了，奶奶把我们做好的饺子拿去煮，过了一会儿，饺子煮好了，奶奶就盛给我们吃，我们觉得真好吃啊!

我终于学会了包饺子。
