The Impact of the Internet on the Way People Communicate

Due to the wide use of computers and the development of Internet, more and more people like to chat on the Internet. We tend to pay more attention to electronic communication than to face-to-face contact.

As electronic communication is not limited by space, we can chat with others where there is Internet with our tools such as computers, mobile phones and pads. However, when we chat with others online, we cannot express our feelings fully. Just as the picture shows, the parents cannot touch or hug their child. We know that body language plays an important role in our

communication, but the electronic communication cannot do this. For example, when we are sad, we need more love and warmth, a real hug from our parents or friends can mean much more to us than just words through electronic communication.

Therefore, though electronic communication brings convenience to our life, I still don?t think the electronic communication can replace face-to-face contact.

There are four key points to study English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Firstly, we should be brave to talk with others in English. By doing this, we can improve ore talking and listening skill.

Secondly, we should try to listen to all kinds of English programmes as much as possible. In this way, we can gradually improve our pronunciation.

Thirdly, we should often read English books. When we come across a new word. We should guess its meaning through the contest first. Then look it up in the dictionary to have a check. I thin,, it is a good way of reading.

Fourthly, we should practice our writing skills. Whenever we have any idea, we should get the pen and write it down at once. It is very important to avoid writing in Chinese way and using the Chinese grammar.

As long as we listen, speak, read and write more, we are sure to make remarkable progress!

弟笑话，我又拿了一张饺子皮，包在饺子下面，饺子就像‘‘做了手术的肥胖症患者’。奶奶见我包的很胖，就过来告诉我说;饺子不是你那样包的，是先拿一张饺

子皮，再放肉馅，不过肉馅不能太多，也不能太少，然后在饺子皮边沾一圈水，在对折，轻轻地一捏，再在饺子皮上捏几个花纹，就好了。我按照奶奶水的那样，拿

起一张饺子皮，放入适量的肉馅。在饺子皮外圈拿起沾些水，轻轻地捏一下，再捏几个花纹，这个饺子就做好了。

我们把饺子圈包好了，奶奶把我们做好的饺子拿去煮，过了一会儿，饺子煮好了，奶奶就盛给我们吃，我们觉得真好吃啊!

我终于学会了包饺子。

愉快的寒假已在瞬间而过，新的学期又即将到来，这个寒假我都有什么收获呢!我就和大家分享一下吧。

二十九至初二，我们去了我的老家——林州，在老家，我学会了包饺子、擀片、贴春联等等，初一我们登上了白云山，我学会了只要坚持不懈就能胜利。

初五，我们去了万仙山，在万仙山滑雪场，我感受到了滑雪队员的不容易。在上山的时候，我知道了万仙山是一个很大的影视基地，著名演员郭达等曾经在这里演过电影。

说完收获，我们就来谈谈寒假计划的完成情况吧。

首先，我要每天读书，这个我觉得做的不太好，因为每天我只偶尔读一两篇;然后是数学寒假作业，我觉得这个做的还不错，因为这些作业我基本都能按计划完成;接着是弹琴，在按计划执行的前三天，我完成的不好，自从学了新曲子后，我几乎可以保证每天早上起床后就弹一二十分钟，到晚上吃完饭再弹几遍;每天一篇小日记，前几天还完成的不错，可一过了年，就有时候不写了;每天帮爸爸妈妈干家务，这个只有过年的时候干了，余下的时间就没有干过。每天看别人的博客，这个我觉得做的还可以，练书法这不用说，因为我每天都练了。

新春佳节是全家出游的好时机，爸爸开着车带着我们来到了浙江宁波。

我们在宁波市区逛了一圈，吃了的“缸鸭狗”，然后驱车来到了杭州湾国家湿地公园。湿地公园有环境教育中心、雨水花园、湿地植物园、工程处理湿地、自然及农耕湿地展示体验区以及花鸟保护区等。进入湿地要乘坐乌篷船，我们坐在乌篷船上，湖面波光粼粼，芦苇在风中摇曳，小鸭子在水中嬉戏。下了乌篷船，我们又来到了杭州湾湿地鸟类展览馆观看了6D电影《迁徙之旅》，我们坐在动态椅子上，仿佛正在鸟儿一起飞翔。电影里下起了暴风雨，就有雨水从我们上面滴下来，电影里下起了大雪，就会有雪花落在我的手上，让人感觉身临其境。

离开了湿地公园，我们来到了嘉兴月河古镇。月河古镇上的房屋都是江南民居，街上有许多特色小吃，我们吃了臭豆腐、牛肉煎包、小馄饨、白米糕等。天渐渐地暗下来了，华灯初上，屋檐下挂着一个个红灯笼，灯笼发出红光倒映在波光粼粼的河面上，漂亮极了。

美好的时光总是过得很快，我们带着一路上美好的记忆回到了家里。

寒假的一天，我津津有味的看着作文选，突然一篇作文吸引了我，书上说茶水能“变成”墨水。我半信半疑，就决定自己也来做做这个实验验证一下。说干就干，我找来了一只碗，一把茶和一杯热水，还有必不可少的锈铁钉。

实验开始了，我按照书上步骤小心翼翼地把茶叶放进碗中冲泡。渐渐的，茶水越变越深直到变成土黄色的时候，我这才把极为重要的锈铁钉一枚一枚小心谨慎的放入变成土黄色的茶水中。完成实验后就得等待结果了。我时不时地向那碗茶水望望。到了下午，我迫不急得地去看结果，我情不自禁的发出惊叹。“哇噻!!”真是不可思议，碗中的茶水竟变成了墨水。我用钢笔吸了几滴，在书上写起字来，一个个字映入了我眼帘。真的与墨水一模一样。

我疑惑不解?我看了作文之后才知道，原来在茶汁中含有一种叫单宁酸的物质，他遇到锈体会引起化学反应，因而茶水变成了“墨水”

生活多么有趣，不可能变成了可能。

今天，我做了一个决定，有的时候我会不自信。所以我要每天早上起床后对着镜子说一遍加油。因为我认为那样会使我变得自信。那样，我就可以大胆的去做一些我想要做却会紧张的事。现在，我要说一句：加油！

My father is a nice person, everybody speaks highly of him, but he is very stubborn sometimes. One day, my father find a wallet on the ground, then he asks someone who has lost it. The man answers to my father and he is so thankful to my father. So he wants to give some money to return my father, but my father insists not to accept it. At last, the man has to give up.

在一个骄阳似火的午后，为了躲避酷暑，“二郎神”与“哆啦A梦”在花果山上的小树林不期而遇。

哆啦A梦毕恭毕敬地对二郎神说：“二伯伯，我对您可是久仰大名！您久居神位，一定无所不能吧！”二郎神得意地回答：“那是当然，你有什么困难，尽管来找我！”哆啦A梦瞪着他那圆圆的眼睛，故作惊讶：“真的吗？您能为我唱一首英语歌吗？”

二郎神一下子懵了，作为中国的神仙，怎么会唱英语的歌曲呢？这个“蓝胖子”分明是想羞辱自己，可是作为神仙又怎么可以说“不”？于是二郎神眼珠一转，计上心来，笑眯眯地对哆啦A梦说：“小意思，今天我忙得很，明天太阳下山之时你在这里等我，我为你演唱一曲最优美动听的英语歌！”

告别了哆啦A梦，二郎神赶紧化作一只小鸟，来到了金华市环城小学。当他落在四年级（1）班的教室窗边，发现有一位美丽的老师正在给孩子们上英语课。只见孩子们边唱边跳：“Ifyourfriendistallandquiet……”二郎神似懂非懂地念到：“衣服，用儿不乱的意思，逃安得快……”此时此刻，二郎神心想：原来英语也不过如此，哪难得倒我这神仙！我这就飞回花果山，一定要让那“蓝胖子”对我佩服得五体投地为止。

第二天夕阳西下，哆啦A梦如约来到小树林，只见二郎神嗖的一声从身边飞过，站在一块大石头上。他背对着哆啦A梦，右手不知何时变出一只金灿灿的麦克风，摆出一副大明星的样子，开始演唱“他的英语歌”。仅仅开口唱了几句歌词，哆啦A梦已经捂着肚子，笑趴在地上。

哆啦A梦慢慢地从“百宝口袋”中取出一台电视机，播放着刚才二郎神演唱的那首原版的英文歌曲，此时此刻，二郎神的脸却“由白变成了红，由红变成了黑”！只听见“呀”的一声，二郎神一个翻身，踉踉跄跄的向远方飞去……

从此以后，二郎神再也不敢妄自尊大，而是踏踏实实的开启了学习英语的进程！同学们，你们还想做那个“二郎神”吗？

还有，你们放假期间，爸爸妈妈可能还要上班，你们有时可能要单独在家。这是锻炼你们的机会，也是你们成长的经历，但一定要注意，不能给陌生人开门，不要动家里的开关、气阀，因为这样做很危险!千万要记住!

其次，我要提醒你们的是健康。过春节，你们要合理饮食，不能暴饮暴食，注意多吃蔬菜，多喝开水，少喝饮料，那些零食，膨化食品尽量少吃，因为它们对你们的身体发育不利。假期里，你们要坚持做一些体育锻炼，比如跳绳、踢毽子等，这样可以增强你们的体质，让自己变得更健壮!

A winter vacation, moved to a new home, I was not willing to, the man who had been familiar with the whole became a stranger, a month of winter vacation life would be lonely for a day, the doorbell rang, mother looked to the cats eye, asked who it was, a crisp sweet girls voice coming from outside: "aunt, I am living in your neighbor downstairs." The mother opened the door: "what can I do for you?"

Girl said shyly: "I want to put the key in your home, will you? My parents work in a field, not on holiday, I a person at home, and I always careless, if which day locked outside the door, it would be in trouble."

In the winter vacation, because this small key, I and girls gradually familiar, and her hobbies and I are so similar. We study together, talk about movies, ideal... Under her infection, I became more open and bright, also gradually adapt to the unfamiliar environment.

The girl is not a forgetful as she said. A month come, she didnt come to my house to take the key at a time. The Spring Festival, I received many gifts, but I think girls give me - trust is the most beautiful gift.

这个寒假是个不一样的寒假，如何不一样，听我细细说来。

一放寒假，就搬到了新家，我却不大愿意，从前熟悉的人全变成了陌生人，一个月的寒假生活肯定会很孤单一天，门铃响了，妈妈凑近猫眼看了看，问是谁，一个清脆悦耳的女孩的声音从门外传来：“阿姨，我是住在您楼下的邻居。”妈妈打开门：“有什么事吗?”

女孩不好意思地说：“我想放一把钥匙在您家，可以吗?我父母在外地上班，还没有放假，就我一个人在家，而我又总是粗心大意，要是哪天被锁在门外，那就麻烦了。”

放一把钥匙在我家?为什么不放在亲戚或朋友家，为什么要信任陌生的邻居呢?仿佛看出了我们心中的疑惑，女孩微笑着解释道：“俗话说‘远亲不如近邻’，我相信我们一定会成为朋友的。”

在寒假里，因为这把小小的钥匙，我和女孩渐渐熟悉起来，也惊讶于她的爱好和我是如此相似。我们在一起学习，聊电影，谈理想……在她的感染下，我变得开朗起来，也渐渐适应了陌生的环境。

女孩并非像她说的那样健忘。一个月来，她一次也没来我家取过钥匙。春节，我收到了很多礼物，但我觉得，女孩给予我的，是最美的礼物——信任。

这个寒假对于我来说是不一样的，是别开生面的，让我的人生又跨越了一步。

我的寒假

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

寒假期间，我的生活没有什么不同的。我每天十一点醒来，洗完碗后，与我的父母吃丰盛的午餐。之后我玩电脑游戏，玩到吃晚饭的时候。晚餐后。我继续玩游戏玩到凌晨两点，然后去睡觉了。这就是寒假我暗淡无光的一天生活。

But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meet some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2011 year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

但我不是所有的时间都是那么的无趣。有时候我读书，有时我听音乐或在床上听收音机，因为外面很冷而且一整天都在下雪。寒假的时候我也会跟我一些好朋友见面，我们会聊各自在过去一年里的生活，一起打乒乓球。我会在2011年的最后一秒钟看中央电视台春节联欢晚会!我认为这是中国的大多数人会做的事情。
