在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

究其原因，我结合自己的写作体会总结了三点。其一，对英语作文不熟悉，虽然篇幅要求不大，字数在150字左右，可还是难倒一大片。其二，对某一问题平时缺乏思考和总结，不能提出明确的看法和见解，缺乏层次感。其三，不熟悉英语语法和一些常见的单词，即使知道意思也无法清晰表达出真实意思。

为此，我结合本学期的第一篇作文，给学生做了详细讲解。写一篇作文需要四大步：First, consider it carefully. (第一，认真构思。)Next, draw up an outline.(第二，写出文章结构。)Then, write the composition.(第三，写出作文。)Finally, Check over the composition.(最后，检查文章。)四步骤中，难的是第二，第三步。现结合文章，具体谈一下怎么做。

题目是 Changes in Li Ming’s Hometown (李明家乡的变化)。文章Outline可以从一下几个方面来写：

一、实习的目的与要求

安排教学实习的基本目的，在于通过理论与实际的结合、学校与社会的沟通，进一步提高学生的思想觉悟，尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力，以便把学生培养成为能够主动适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质的复合型人才。具体表现在三个方面：

1 、运用和检验教学成果。运用教学成果，就是把课堂上学到的系统化的理论知识，尝试性地应用于实际工作，并从理论的高度对教育教学工作的现代化提出一些有针对性的建议和设想。检验教学成果，就是看一看课堂教学与实际工作到底有多大距离，并通过综合分析，找出教学中存在的不足，以便为完善教学计划，改革教学内容与方法提供实践依据。

2 、了解和熟悉学校的运行。对师范类专业的本科生来说，实际能力的培养至关重要，而这种实际能力的培养单靠课堂教学是远远不够的，必须从课堂走向实践。

3 、预演和准备就业工作。通过实习，让自己找出自身状况与社会实际需要的差距，并在以后的学习期间及时补充相关知识，为求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备，从而缩短从校园走向社会的心理转型期。

二、基本情况

我们十月十一日来到湖南XXX县第二中学，到十一月十八日实习结束。我被分到高一XXX班进行实习。

实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学和班主任工作，基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为六份，试讲次数为六次，上课节数为六节；批改作业五次；监考十场；自习辅导十二课时。

2、班主任工作：组织一次主题为“网络的利与弊”的班会；组织本班学生与实习老师之间的篮球赛两次；找学生单独谈心、了解情况十一人次。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到，要想成为一名优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等也都是要有讲究的。每上完一节课后我最大的感受就是：当好一名老师真不容易啊！

试教工作开始以后，我每天的工作就是听优秀化学教师的课——写教案——试教——修改——试教，这样反复练习，完善。直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。即使这样，在我第一次深入课堂时，我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的

教学生知识如果我们仅仅只懂得书本上的知识的话，那是远远不够的。俗话说的好“要给学生一碗水,自己就要有一桶水”。上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引，而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识，这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解，而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表达出来。这一点我深有体会，比如有一次我分析基础训练的时候，有一个题目是说“往饱和的碳酸钠溶液里通入二氧化碳气体时会有什么现象发生？”此题只要知道了碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小，就能得出“可见到有白色晶体析出”的结论。由于事先我觉得此题很简单，也就没有深入地思考。出乎我意料的是，无论我怎么讲，同学们也无法理解为什么碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小就会有晶体析出。后来只好向他们的原任课老师请教此处该如何表达。

通过这次的经验，我深感不能以自己的思维来揣度学生的思维，自己认为很简单的问题，对于刚刚涉及这一知识的学生来说很可能就会是一个无法理解的地方，这时候，我们以何种方式将此知识点向他们表达清楚就显得犹为重要了。于是，在以后的备课过程中，我就不在象以前一样只要自己弄清楚了就了事，而是更加侧重于如何将知识的来龙去脉向学生表达清楚。我的这一举措果然收到了良好的效果，学生听完课后普遍都说我讲得较清楚。这让我感到很欣慰。

在当实习班主任的过程中，我从他们原班主任那里学到了很多关于班级管理方面的经验，确实让我受益不少。比如如何与学生谈心，如何帮助后进生转化成为先进生等等。虽然这些经验都是非常宝贵的，但是我也没有完全照搬，第一是我觉得我的身份毕竟与他们原班主任不同。第二是我觉得我与学生年纪相仿，不象原班主任一样与他们或多或少地存在一些代沟，这是我的优势所在，应当加以利用。所以，在与学生的长期交往中，我渐渐形成了一套既有自己风格，又吸收了原有宝贵经验的行事方法，而且还收到了较好的效果。比如说我和我们班上一位同学谈心的时候，她告诉我她读初中时成绩很好，几乎每次考试都是班上的第一名，数学成绩犹为突出，用她自己的话说就是“那时侯学数学简直就是一种乐趣”，但是现在情况就完全不同了，不仅整体成绩直线下降，就连自己的强项数学也到了岌岌可危的地步。当我问及其中的原因时，她告诉我，由于中考的失误，进入高中以后她就失去了信心，再加上高中的课程本身就比初中的要难，使她的成绩更加后退了，以至于现在对读书失去了信心，想一心从事自己的爱好去学声乐算了。而这些她都没有和原班主任说过，原因是班主任“太凶了”。我听了之后并没有直接反对她的观点，而是从客观条件、学习条件以及以后的前途等方面和她分析了她的这种想法，使她明白了学习和爱好之间谁轻谁重，并引导她自觉得把心思放到了学习上来。

暑假我们英语老师参加了为期两周的外教的培训，培训内容包括教学技能及阅读教学指导;课堂教学三实效研究与实施。我们听了外教的一些讲解，还进行评析与互动研讨。特别互动这一环节，老师们踊跃发言，共同分析和探讨了教学中遇到的问题。

通过这次的培训学习，使我受益匪浅，提高了自己 的教学水平。使我对阅读课这种课型教学有了新的认识和了解。

阅读课教学老师应注意的几点：

1、 如何让学生有读的动机? 如何让想读、爱读，这是阅读课首先需要思考的问题。选择内容有趣、难度适中、适合学生口味的阅读材料，读前恰当设计几个小问题，结合学生的已有知识进行简单 的背景介绍等都可能有帮助。

2、 明确阅读课的目的。 获取信息、学习和应用所学语言知识、通过读来训练读的技能是几个主要方面都要落实到具体教学环节过程中去。

3、 交给学生读的方法。 把常用的阅读策略有计划有步骤地交给学生，比如浏览，扫描，题目，主题句，抓大意、找细节、判断态度等。各种技巧的安排要循序渐进，结合不同的阅读内容在阅读中渗透。而且多数技巧都需要教师不断提醒，不断示范引导才会逐渐被学生掌握。

4、 不同学生要有不同要求。

让他们各有收获。基础好的，要求速度和深度，基础不那么好的可以慢点，问题要简单点儿，只要能读懂一点，就是收获，应该收到肯定鼓励。有必要时，可以把用不同难度的材料来训练不同的学生。这样他们才不会过早放弃。也要积极想办法帮他们把基础补一补，帮他们及早赶上来。

5、循序渐进，莫要急躁。

阅读能力的提高是一个综合过程，需要时间 和积累，一般不会短期明显见效。对于阅读教学，教师最容易犯出现的问题就是求成心过于急切。这种急切的情绪会不自觉地带到课堂上，通过教师的言行举动神态传递无意中传递给学生，使得很多学生产生“阅读难”的印象，继而产生畏惧心理。特别是哪些基础不难么好的孩子。所以，阅读教学，教师首先要沉住气，不要急。眼睛要顶着学生的进步，心理存着学生的困难和问题，时时调整教学进度和教学方法，有计划的逐步训练提高学生的阅读能力。

6、词汇和句子的积累是阅读顺利进行的基础。没有语言素材的基础，阅读能力的训练提高就是无源之水，无本之木，不可能走远。所以，一方面阅读能力只能通过实际的读来训练，另一反面，阅读能力的提高有离不开语言知识的积累和丰富。阅读课也并不是只讲阅读技巧，只讲获取信息。重要的词语、句式、惯用法等也是阅读教学的有机组成部分不应该被排除到阅读教学课堂之外。

7、精心设计问题。阅读后的问题和活动设计最需要动脑筋。阅读课的成败 在很大程度上取决于这个环节。首先，问题要有层次，有非常简单的表层问题，在文章中可以很容易地找到答案。让学生体验到阅读地成就感。也有稍微隐蔽一点地问题，需要学生对阅读文本表面意思之后的实际意思的理解 。更复杂的问题可能涉及到文章主旨，作者态度等，需要学生综合全文来考虑，要求自然就高些。不同的问题，可以给不同的学生回答。其次，有难度的问题，教师应该耐心示范如何通过文中的点滴信息进行推理提炼的过程，不经教师明确示范就要求学生自己去探究，有时候太费时间而效果也不见得好。最后，阅读一般不会是一次就完成的。通常情况下，师生共同寻找问题答案的过程中，需要不断地回到阅读文本中去，这个过程就是学生的学习发生的过程，也是师生真正交流的过程，在这个过程中教师应该敏感 地捕捉到学生阅读中存在的困难，并及时提供应对措施。

每次阅读课之后，教师需要总结反思。材料是否合适?时间控制是否得当?学生的困难在哪?进步在哪?哪些学生有困难，哪些困难是普遍的?教师设计的那些方法效果好?以后 如何改进?这样不断根据上课学生情况反馈进行反思，日积月累，不断总结，把好的方法技巧记录下来，时间长了就是自己的教学路子。慢慢就会成为阅读教学的专家了。

本次暑期小学英语教师培训班的培训内容丰富，有英语文化、中西文化对比、英语语言训练、英语教学技能与方法等多方面内容，通过小学英语教师的培训，我学到了许多新的知识和教育方法，提高了自身的基本素质，开拓了眼界，为今后的英语教学奠定了基础。

一、心得体会

在培训中给我印象最深的是北美教师那生动幽默的教学方法和以学生为主体的教学理念。北美英语教师擅长用艺术性教学，艺术性教学指的是把教学活动作为创造性的，给人带来美感的艺术活动来对待，充分发掘学生的学习语言潜力的一种教学手段。在英语的艺术教学过程中，教师把一般性的听、说、读、写教学活动上升为美的创造和欣赏，使学习过程变得愉快、轻松。学生的动机、兴趣、情感、自信心等非智力因素自然得到开发。艺术性教学是通往良好的语言环境的重要途径。常见的艺术化教学形式有：游戏、表演、猜谜、唱歌等。

此外北美教师在课堂上常用TPR教学法，TPR即全身反应法，我觉得这种教学法在课堂上实施起来容易，且能让学生边做动作，边学知识，学生学得比较活跃。医学界认为人只有不断地运动，促进血液循环，脑部才能得到足够的营养。小学时期是学生脑部发育的关键时期，老是让学生像木头一样，上课要一本正经地坐着，会严重阻碍他们脑部的正常发育，影响他们的思维能力，这不利于他们的健康成长。另一方面，儿童教育心理学认为：小学生是好运动的，即使是小学高年级学生，若要让其坐着而手脚不动是困难的，这不利于他们的学习和发育。我想，全身反应法使课堂成为让学生动起来的课堂，这样，课堂上动起来，会在一定程度上缓冲学生的疲劳。

在教学中北美教师注重面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度，为他们提供了自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我发展的空间，鼓励学生通过实践，合作等方式发展听、说、读的综合语言能力。

北美教师非常关注学生的情感，课堂上注重营造宽松、民主和谐的教学氛围。在教学中他们的言谈举止，音容笑貌都能体现出对学生的尊重，把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来，创设各种合作学习的活动，促使学生互相学习，互相帮助，体现集体荣誉感和成就感，发展合作精神建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，做到了教学相长。

北美教师注重拓展学生的文化视野，发展他们的实践能力。在教学中北美老师常用简笔画、唱歌、演剧等方法进行教学，简比画是一个很好的教学方式，通过几笔简单的勾画就能让学生直观，生动地感受到他们的内涵意义;演剧、唱歌也是特别好的方法，课堂唱歌、演剧不仅活跃了课堂气氛，也加强了英语口语的练习，同时也能培养学生的独立表演能力和团队精神，同时也体现了成功的乐趣，从而达到了用英语交流和做事的目的。

二、建议与意见

另外对于小学英语教师的培训我有一些不成熟的想法：由于小学英语教师大多是转岗教英语，水平参差不齐，大多没有经过正规的英语专业学习，因而在培训中，首先狠抓语言基本技能的培训，培训可采取分班教学，循序渐进的办法。培训的内容应涉及英语阅读、中西方文化差异、儿童心理学、英语教材教法理论、英语课堂教学设计、课堂活动组织、英语授课、活动教学等。其次，加强口语特别是语音的训练。小学英语教师除了要有娴熟的英语教学理念和技巧之外，良好的英语口语能力也是不可或缺少的。第三，集中与分散相结合培训。如暑假开学前集中几天培训为开课做准备。内容可讲字母书写、语音语调、教唱英语歌曲、简笔画等基本功训练，及熟悉英语教材的特点。学期中集中几天解决小学英语课的课堂操作，并进行课堂模式研讨会，优秀教师现场作课。进行集体说课、备课等活动，使绝大多数转岗英语教师尽快进入角色，在大胆的摸索中，逐渐掌握小学英语课每部分的操作力度，体现愉快教学。期中、期末各可集中培训一天，分散培训他们对教材重点、难点及考试评估形式的掌握。并要求以各乡为单位试出一份期末试题，以审查他们对该教材的重、难点的理解及对一至四会内容的把握。

总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的文化知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，但是在我心中还有一点遗憾，就是有恨——恨这次的培训时间太短太短，太短了!自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要，在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动，多给我们一些学习的机会，以便使我们的小学英语教学再登新台阶。

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

英语语言学习的外延和生活的外延相等。平时学生怕写作文，是因为话题与生活实际联系不够紧密，而本次习作，让学生在不受空间、金钱等的限制下自由想象作文。学生根据生活实际谈自己的梦想，徐徐道来，构思奇特，颇具匠心。

写作是一个由浅入深、由易到难、由简到繁的训练过程，任何一个环节出问题都会影响学生写作能力的培养。因此，盲目的训练往往多做无用功，我们必须在平时就十分注重方法与技巧。

1、注意多种训练方法相结合。

与任务(task)相结合。目标明确， 如写“我的梦中小屋”，有目的的引导学生画画、描述、说明想要的小屋。调动学生的积极性，所以在培养学生这方面的能力时，我尽量与教学的多种任务相结合，而不是纯粹布置一篇作文。贯穿这节写作课的也是一系列的任务。

2、平时注重解题技巧的养成：

1). 准备工作 ①.仔细审题，明确要求 ②.紧扣要点，寻求思路。

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山，紧扣主题。②.语言正确，规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构，应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然，表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然，正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词，保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词，如描述“我的梦中小屋”时，可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的，即使在朗读中好像全理解，但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时，第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的，不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范，卷面整洁。卷面不整洁，使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么，那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时，我让学生一定要先打草稿。

在不知不觉之间，三年的时光，一千多页就这样匆匆翻过。那么多生动的细节、那么多精彩的瞬间早已深深铭刻在我们彼此的心头。是你们用青春与热情挥洒着绚烂和辉煌，是你们用勤奋与智慧编织了高中生活的温馨和坚强。三年高中生活，老师不会忘记，在流光溢彩的舞台上你们尽抒情怀的那份洒脱，在美丽宽阔的运动场中你们不甘落后、奋起直追的那份执着。同样不会忘记，在宽敞明亮的课室里你们刻苦拼搏的干劲。

今天，我们可以自豪地说，我们成功了!真光的学生是优秀的，真光的老师是优秀的，一次又一次的捷报可以证明，一张又一张的喜报可以见证，各种各样的竞赛成绩可以证明，高考成绩可以证明，我们的师生都是优秀的，请为我们共同的努力而鼓掌，为我们创造的辉煌成就而喝彩!

Chinese intellectual revolution and sociopolitical reform movement (1917 – 21)。 In 1915 young intellectuals inspired by Chen Duxiu began agitating for the reform and strengthening of Chinese society through acceptance of Western science, democracy, and schools of thought, one objective being to make China strong enough to resist Western imperialism. On May 4, 1919, reformist zeal found focus in a protest by Beijings students against the Versailles Peace Conferences decision to transfer former German concessions in China to Japan. After more than a month of demonstrations, strikes, and boycotts of Japanese goods, the government gave way and refused to sign the peace treaty with Germany. 我叫郭咏梅，是河津市阳村中学的一名普通的乡村英语教师。我出生在一个偏僻的乡村，村子周围就是一片黄河滩涂。村里人靠天吃饭。自我记事后，村里人希望自己的孩子都能走出这块贫瘠的土地。

1995年，我从一所中专学校毕业后。有一天碰见邻家的孩子拿着一本英语书在学习，我走近一看，英语单词旁注满了密密麻麻的汉字，我非常惊讶。晓东你在读什么呀?孩子那双大大的眼睛看着我说：“姐姐，我在读英语，你看我读地怎么样?老师说我是我们班最好的。”我听着他生硬的土气的似乎和英语不沾边的英语，我久久无语。晓东又问我，老师说只要好好学英语，长大后还能当翻译。

回到家后，我的脑海一直回荡着晓东读英语的声音，我又想起了我在城里上学时，看到城里的孩子地道流利的和外教交流，我萌动了，我要让晓东像城里的孩子一样说一口流利的英语。

两个月后，我如愿以偿，走进了阳村中学。随之而来，苦恼、压力向我袭来：我不是一名专业的英语教师，专业知识欠缺，心里想，我难道就这么混下去吗?我又想起了晓东念英语的一字一句，内心矛盾。不，我不能这样下去，我要把纯正的英语交给孩子。从此，看光盘，听录音，走路听，吃饭看，闲下来一遍一遍模仿。一年后，我的发音口语纯正了，听力提升了，获得了国家认证的英语教师资格证，学生的成绩也提高了。但是在不知不觉中，我的嗓子出问题了，声音沙哑，失去了一个女孩子优美动听的声音。喜欢唱歌的我从此不再唱歌了。

我所在的阳村中学，交通不便。校舍简陋，教师资源缺乏，只有8名公办教师，学校甚至没有一台录音机，一台投影仪。我从家里拿来录音机，自制教具，画了大量的简笔画，就这样，我和孩子们在简陋的条件下，快乐的学习英语。为了激发他们学习英语的兴趣，我和孩子们表演课本剧，剧中的人物、情景让我和孩子们终生难忘。我的教学成绩也越来越好，我也越来越受到孩子们的欢迎。

2005年，我国的中学英语教学发生了历史性的变革：教师课堂用语口语化“学生为主体教师为主导”的全新课堂模式给英语课堂注入了新的活力。这时，我又再一次意识到自己的弱点：是萎缩不前?还是迎难而上?深思熟虑之后，30岁的我，全然忘记了自己嗓子先前的问题，忘记了医生的忠告，毅然选择了狠练口语，强化听力。把自己打造成新时代一名合格的英语教师。

2006年，我带两个毕业班的英语，工作紧张有序。有一天，我碰见一位家长，她神情忧郁地告诉我，她要找校长，距离中考只有一个月了，但孩子的英语老师病了课停了。当天下午校长专门来找我，他面带难色跟我谈这件事，这时我明白了校长的意图，但是又想起自己学校家里忙的团团转：要上课，要做饭，要照顾孩子，要批改作业，更为重要的是我的声带已经亮起了红灯。拒绝吧!那个班学生怎么办，我仿佛又看到了那个家长哀求的面孔，一番斗争后，我挑起了这个重担。在这有限的一个月当中，每天早上我六点起床，六点十分到教师。领读、齐读、示范、讲解……，早读下后，又是三节英语课，午饭当早饭吃。下午又是自习，晚上批改、备课……，我忘记了一切。我的眼里只有学生，只有英语。三天、五天、半月、三十天。我终于出色地完成了这期学生的教学任务。从那时起，我的英语教学成绩一直保持在全市前五名，也是从那一时起我的声带长出了息肉，声音沙哑、粗糙、发音延迟、音色改变，严重的时候说话感到吃力。这时，我又一次想到了先前医生对我的忠告：如果再不注意有可能失声，阻塞呼吸道。这段时间里，我的情绪有些波动。深夜，我仰望天空，繁星点点，我感到了我的渺小，想着我的教学生涯，想着我今后的路怎样走;想着家里的孩子，但我终于向明白了，我的职业平凡，但我一定要坚守，教师的生活虽然清贫，但我精神富有。师德凝重，师爱无言。

记得冰心老人说过这样一句话：“有了爱，便有了一切，有了爱，才有教育的先机。”我们选择了教育，当了教师，就拥有了一份爱的艺术，那就是宽容、鼓励、提醒。我们的职业就像绵绵的春雨随风潜入夜，润物细无声。一个鼓励的眼神，一句亲切的话语，都会让我们的弟子备受鼓舞，获得无穷的信心。爱是一种伟大的感情，它总是会创造奇迹。爱是教育成功的基础，爱是教育永恒的主题。师爱如雨，育人无痕。多年来，我一直用自己真诚的爱心呵护学生，用无限的爱心倾听着花开的声音。

2007年，班级里有一个叫张丹的孤儿，5月8号，是她的生日，得不到祝福、得不到爱的她在班级里伤心地哭了。我得知后为张丹同学及时举行了“我们和你在一起”的主题班会。在班会上，全班同学为她唱起生日快乐歌，每人为她写一句生日祝福的话，一起给她过了一个快快乐乐的生日，笑容又重新洋溢在她的脸上。可是如何能让她长久地对自己有信心，对学习有兴趣呢?我发现她的钢笔字非常漂亮，于是我就因势利导，给她买来了上好的钢笔和字帖，经常鼓励她勤加练习。不负重望，张丹在2008年全乡中小学生硬笔书法比赛中脱颖而出，夺得了一等奖。孩子说，她获奖最感谢的人是我。是的，爱，创造了奇迹，同时也就意味着我选择了奉献。在教书育人中，在19年如一日的点滴工作中，我体味到了实现自己人生价值的快乐。

我只是一名普普通通的英语教师，但我又着高尚的追求：我愿意在清晨，当黎明的曙光射进教室时，我静候在三尺讲台旁，聆听孩子们朗朗读书声，那是世界上最动听的乐章，那是人世间最美的旋律!我愿意在黄昏的时候踏着最后一抹夕阳，完美地总结这快乐而充实的一天，这是人间最美好的时光!我愿意在夜晚的灯光下，看着孩子们那稚嫩的笔记，回想着孩子们天真的面庞，耕耘着，那是世界上最肥沃的土地，最希望的是“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。”一支粉笔，三尺讲台，一颗爱生如子之心，注定满写我精彩的人生!
