今天，是一年一度的元旦，我们大家都很开心，心情也是十分激动。

我们大家一直等到下午吃完饭，然后就打算看元旦节目了，不过，在这之前，我们年级开了一个小会，一开始唱了会儿歌，然后就说了说元旦的注意事项。马上，我们就踏着轻盈的脚步，哼着欢快的歌曲，进餐厅了。

到了餐厅，老师安排好座位之后，倒数5个数之后精彩元旦就马上开始了。第一个是《英华畅想曲》，上面有一大群的人，有那小提琴的、吹笛子的、弹琴的……有很多的人，还有智慧的老师在最前面指挥。很快，这美妙的歌曲慢慢就过去了。很快就过去了很多舞蹈，有《木兰辞》、《我和小鸟拉钩钩》、《辣妞妞》……很快，我们屏住气息，很快就轮到了——我们班的舞蹈《吉祥孔雀》——之前老师还让我们看过原版的。

Therefore， it is high time for us to take quick action to protect them. First of all， it’s quite necessary for every citizen to realize the importance of animal protection. 一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思
