我站在阳台上，享受着清风拂面而来的丝丝凉意，不冷，很舒服。终于有一天从学习中自拔了出来，感受这春初的生命力，我闭了上眼。
忽地，脸上被划了一下，是阳台上的几株植物。有的已经开花了，幽幽的香气钻入我的鼻腔，香气从我的头，肩倾泻至我的腿，我的脚下，又从我的脚下蒸腾。到我的腿，我的肩，我的头，翻翻覆覆，人已沉浸那香气之中，嗅着这清香，真有点意思。
缓缓睁开了眼，那开花的几株植物上竟有几条枯枝，镶在花丛中。我赶忙从屋中取出一把剪刀，剪去了其中一株上的枯枝，心中有一缕快意。
剪去枯枝的它只有花和嫩叶，绿色与花色相应，美得太完美了，却仍使我觉得少了点什么。走到另一株前，嫩叶与花中有星星点点的褐枝，却让我觉得有些真实。
一念之间，将两盆花端放在了一起，那不同完全突现了出来。被剪过的，没有杂质，好像挺好看的，但对比之余，却又显得十分呆板，让人忍不住要去摸一摸，是真是假，连那香气也呆住了。另一株，有星点褐色，这是它的不完全，却使它如新生的婴儿般有着蓬勃的生命力，像初升的太阳，欲发耀眼的光芒。真有点儿意思。
我幌了幌身，身后不知何时来的母亲，忽然拍了拍我的肩，我吓到了，转过了身。刚想说什么，母亲似看透了我的心，说：“你啊！这花被你剪成这样，都不符合自已生长的规律了，这枯枝虽然让它有了残缺，但这不是美吗？你想那断臂的维纳斯，她虽然经历风雨岁月断了双臂，但如今不是卢浮宫的镇馆之宝之一吗？”我点了点头头，母亲也对我笑了笑。
是啊！残缺何尝不是一种美，有句俗语说的好：金无足赤，人无完人。最完美的东西一定是假的，制造出来的。有生命的，经历过风雨岁月的哪一件没有点缺失。嗯！这修枝的经历，还真有点意思。

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！
回家后的反思
“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

很多人光有想法，从来都不会有行动。但是马云一有想法，却是马上行动。当时是1992年，马云是杭州电子工业学院的青年教师，28岁，工作4年，每个月的工资还不到100元。但没钱，不是问题，他找了几个合作伙伴一起创业，风风火火地把杭州第一家专业的翻译机构成立起来了。
创业开始，也是举步维艰，第一个月，翻译社的全部收入才700元，而当时每个月的房租就是2400元。于是好心的同事朋友就劝马云别瞎折腾了，就连几个合作伙伴的信心都发生了动摇。但是马云没有想过放弃，为了维持翻译社的生存，马云开始贩卖内衣、礼品、医药等等小商品，跟许许多多的业务员一样四处推销，受尽了屈辱，受尽了白眼。
整整三年，翻译社就靠着马云推销这些杂货来维持生存。1995年，翻译社开始实现赢利。现在，海博翻译社已经成为杭州最大的专业翻译机构。虽然不能跟如今的阿里巴巴相提并论，但是海博翻译社在马云的创业经历中也划下了重重的一笔。
海博翻译社给马云最大的启示就是：永不放弃。
