《痛》

今天，我在广场上骑体感车，我速度一快，摔了下去，我的脚扭到了，我挽起裤腿，看见了膝盖上的伤疤，让我想起了去年7月份我摔伤的事。

去年暑假，我去脑库教育学习有效记忆力的方法。我们要表演一个故事，故事的主要内容是一个地下党员伪装成送信的去和总部取得联系的故事。我就是一个那个送信的地下党员。我要从一个高3米，80度的下坡跑下来，我心想，这么陡的坡，应该要站稳脚跟，否则就会连打几个滚，撞到对面的墙上。

排练开始了，马上要开始冲坡了，我尽管心中有些慌，但还是鼓起勇气往下冲。我三步并做两步冲了下去，一不小心踩到了石头，我一下子跪了下来，向下滑行了半米。我痛得大叫了一声，挽起裤脚一看，膝盖擦破了一大块皮，还直冒血。李晓辉从坡上冲了下来，神情很焦急的对我说：“周航佳，你怎么流了那么多血，要不要去医务室看看”。接着，丰老师紧张地、轻轻地扶我去医务室。他说：“要不要紧，骨头伤到没有？”。

到了医务室，医生仔细地给我检查说道：“有点皮外伤，不要紧，涂点酒精，用纱布包扎一下，不要剧烈运动，每天都要过来擦下酒精”，我松了一口气，我心里想：幸亏没有伤到骨头，不然一月两月都好不了，而且马上要军训了，那就参加不了呢。医生拿来酒精、皮破了擦酒精疼不疼啊？涂酒精的时候，我度秒如年，那酒精涂在皮肤上的时候，感觉就像用斧头在砍一样。医生和蔼可亲的说：“拆了纱布之后，千万不要抠结痂的地方”。

这件事让我记忆犹新。

除夕是指农历年最后一天的晚上，也就是春节的前一天晚上，因常在腊月三十或二十九，故又称大年三十。除夕这一天对全球华人来说都是极为重要的。这一天人们准备除旧迎新，吃团圆饭，当晚往往通宵不眠，称之为守岁。有关守岁习俗的来历，在民间流传着一个有趣的故事：

太古时期，有一种凶猛的怪兽，散居在深山密林中，人们管它们叫“年”。它的形貌狰狞，生性凶残，专食飞禽走兽、鳞介虫豸，一天换一种口味，从磕头虫一直吃到大活人，让人谈“年”色变。后来，人们慢慢掌握了“年”的活动规律，它是每隔三百六十五天窜到人群聚居的地方，而且出没的时间都是在天黑以后。

算准了“年”肆虐的日期，百姓们便把这可怕的一夜视为关口来煞，称作“年关”，并且想出了一整套过年关的办法：每到这一天晚上，每家每户都提前做好晚饭，熄火净灶，再把鸡圈牛栏全部拴牢，把宅院的前后门都封住，躲在屋里吃“年夜饭”，由于这顿晚餐具有凶吉未卜的意味，所以置办得很丰盛，除了要全家老小围在一起用餐表示和睦团圆外，还须在吃饭前先供祭祖先，祈求祖先的神灵保佑，平安地度过这一夜，吃过晚饭后，谁都不敢睡觉，挤坐在一起闲聊壮胆。就逐渐形成了除夕熬年守岁的习惯。

俗话说，眼睛是心灵的窗户，那么微笑便是打开窗户的钥匙，可见微笑是具有多重意义的语言，能够让人敞开心扉。

幼年时的牛顿酷爱动手，但他所做出来的东西却总是让人不敢恭维。可是每当他的一个小制作诞生后，他的母亲总会向他投去肯定的微笑，这使他能有足够的自信来进行以后的学习。

这便是微笑的力量，能让一个人因受到鼓励和肯定后变的异常强大，使他敞开了心扉奋勇向前。倘若当时他母亲并不像他投去那及时的微笑，想想牛顿还会有现在的成就吗？我想不会，可见一个微笑往往能改变一个人的命运。

微笑是具有多重意义的语言，在学校里老师的微笑代表着鼓励。

幼年时的林肯非常的调皮，成绩也并不是很好。但每次成绩只要稍有起色老师都会向他投去微笑。这给幼年的林肯很大的鼓舞。加上他在各种艰难条件下的努力他当上了总统。

这则故事告诉我们微笑这种语言甚至比说话更能打动人，更能鼓舞人，在不同的地方运用微笑的方式不同，所表达的意见也不同，他往往能造出一块好钢，即便他是铁。

微笑是具有多重意义的语言，在慰问灾区同胞的时候微笑代表着关爱。

还记得2008的汶川地震，当温总理去慰问他们时脸上总带着微笑，这使那些人感到无比的温暖。

虽然这种语言不能使他们带去什么。但这却是最真诚最朴实的关爱。也是对灾区人民最大的问候，也给他们带去了重建家园的信心。

微笑是具有很多意义的语言。也是最美的写照，巧妙的运用这种语言能给我们生活增添一份色彩，在生活中我也去向那些需要的人投去微笑，因为我深知微笑是具有多重意义的语言。

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

《暖》

蝉叫得愈发尖锐刺耳了。下课了，同学们都欢笑着冲出了教室，只剩我一个人在教室的角落里抱膝而坐。鞋尖前昏暗的地板上有一块耀眼的光斑，循着光线望去，那星星发饰卧在教室的另一端，闪耀着，散发着异样的光芒。我深深地埋下了头……"吱呀"一声，虚掩的教室门突然被推开了，是王诗琴，那个舞技精湛的女生。她有些惊讶的看了我一眼，随即露出了笑容：“你怎么还在？正好，我们一起练舞吧。"她笑脸盈盈地邀请我。

音乐响起，落地的长镜中映出两个跳着同样舞步的身影，不同的是一个娴熟，一个笨拙。我的心有些刺痛，渐渐心不在焉，舞步戛然而止。

王诗琴缓步停了下来，问我：“怎么了？”我红着脸，有些窘迫：“我，我跳不好。”她又温和的笑了，：“没关系，我教你。”我受宠若惊的看着她，有些不信，谁会教一只丑小鸭呢？但王诗琴从第一个动作教起，每个细节都仔细、认真的讲解着，看着她口干舌燥，满头大汗的讲解着，我的眼睛又一次湿润了。

从那以后我经常和王诗琴一起练习。每当遇到困难，看一眼闪闪发亮的星星发饰，再与王诗琴会心一笑，一切困难都迎刃而解。

我的舞蹈水平终于有了显著提高。老师也渐渐对我露出了微笑，我的努力终于没有白费。我似乎看到了不远处的星星发饰召唤着我。我知道，我离梦想更近了。

领舞选拔赛前，王诗琴送了我一个与星星发饰及其相似的发卡，：“祝你顺利当选领舞。”望着她真挚的目光，一股无穷的力量充满全身，心窝荡起层层暖意。戴上发卡，我自信地走向舞台翩翩起舞，成功赢得了比赛，如愿成为了领舞。

接过老师手中象征荣耀的发饰，我释然一笑，把它郑重地戴在了王诗琴头上，我们再次相视一笑。我知道，此刻我在乎的不再是象征荣耀的星星发饰，而是收获的无限温暖。此刻，暑天的燥热也顿时烟消云散了，剩下的只有充盈全身的暖。

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!
