大二的时候,我加入了AI爱好者协会,开始为我的未来研究缩小我的兴趣。OpenGL的工具Matlab,我设计了一个simulationprogram运输调度系统。由不同的研究小组现在广泛使用的雄厚。我认为,实现污水分析&处理项目为南京sewagetreatment工厂。这是我第一次实践实验室的想法转换为一个商业产品。

回想起来,我发现自己站在一个坚实的基础的理论和经验,已准备好了我拿不到博士学位。我的未来的研究兴趣包括:网络调度问题,启发式算法研究(特别是遗传算法和神经网络),供应链网络研究,混合动力系统性能分析与佩特里网和数据挖掘。

看齐是“两学一做”的主要目的。“两学一做”是全党范围内一次看齐的总动员。“学党章党规、学系列讲话”，不是为了学而学，而是通过学习达到提高思想认识、增强看齐意识的目的。我们在学习过程中逐条逐句通读党章，认真学习党规，就能提高对党章党规的认识，养成维护党章、遵守纪律的思想自觉;研读习近平同志系列重要讲话，就能提高对党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略的认识，自觉与党中央保持高度一致。在学习中提高认识，本身就是在不断增强看齐意识。做合格党员，更深层的意义是向党中央看齐。合格的党员必然是在思想上政治上行动上向党中央看齐的党员，不合格的党员肯定是在看齐上做得不好的党员。“群力谁能御，齐心石可穿”。全体党员都成为合格党员，自觉做到向党中央看齐，就会形成攻坚克难的磅礴合力。

“两学一做”，做是关键。无论“两学一做”还是增强看齐意识，都要落实到做上。我们应以开展“两学一做”为契机和抓手，进一步增强向党中央看齐的行动自觉。把落实看齐行动与做合格党员结合起来，牢记合格党员标准，经常主动向党中央看齐;践行党的宗旨，保持公仆情怀，密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务;加强党性锻炼和道德修养，心存敬畏、手握戒尺，廉洁从政、从严治家，筑牢拒腐防变的防线;始终保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神，奋力开拓工作新局面。

看齐具有长期性。向党中央看齐，是对党员的终身要求，需要持之以恒、久久为功。“两学一做”实施方案指出，“两学一做”学习教育不是一次活动，要抓细抓实，真正把党的思想政治建设抓在日常、严在经常。这表明，我们应把学得深不深、做得实不实作为衡量看得齐不齐的标尺，常用这把尺子量一量自己，经常学、长期学党章党规和系列讲话。同时，在学习中发现差距、找出不足，保持思想不滑坡、行动不动摇，始终做合格党员，始终向党中央看齐。
