在我国古代对冬至很重视。冬至被当作一个较大节日，曾有“冬至大如年”的说法，而且有庆贺冬至的习俗。《汉书》中说：“冬至阳气起，君道长，故贺。”人们认为：过了冬至，白昼一天比一天长，阳气回升，是一个节气循环的开始，也是一个吉日，应该庆贺。《晋书》上记载有“魏晋冬至日受万国及百僚称贺……其仪亚于正旦。”说明古代对冬至日的重视。

现在，一些地方还把冬至作为一个节日来过。北方地区有冬至宰羊、吃饺子、吃馄饨的习俗，南方地区在这一天则有吃冬至米团、冬至长线面的习惯。有的地区在冬至这一天还有祭天祭祖的习俗。还有一些以冬至天气看后期冷暖的谚语有：“冬至出日头，正月冷死牛”、“冬至有雨明春暖”等。以冬至风向预测后期天气的谚语有“冬至南风百日阴”，“冬至一场风，夏至一场暴”。以冬至冷暖预测后期天气的谚语有：“冬至冷，春节暖”，“明年暖得早”等等。

我记得我害怕过很多次，可记忆最深处的，绝对是我九岁那一次。

那天，我和奶奶吵了一架后，我便摔门回到了自己的寝室。我当时气得不行，房间很大，显得有些空荡，我重重坐在床上，静静地看着窗外的小鸟飞过，看着太阳慢慢的消失，等待着月亮慢慢的出来，突然，闪过了一丝阴暗的感觉，我像被电击中一样，立马从床上蹦了起来，迅速开灯，回头一看，什么也没有……

We had English final exam yesterday. I feelvery sad now because I think I didn’t do well in the exam. Firstly, just amoment ago I realized that my composition in the exam stayed from the point,because I misunderstood the meaning of Green Campus. I thought Green Campus isonly the color of the campus. I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine ang smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our buliding.

Then my teacher came to me, she said she knew what I was afraid of, she aslo told me thats very common like many yong people of my age. She told me to call her anytime I need her help.I did so ,we often chat ems and made some phone call.I just cant remember when come the mirical.I have found myself now!
