As our students, we also have to face with much pressure, such as the study pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so on. But how can we cope with pressure? This is the most important。 Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable in our daily life, so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and solutions. Finally, trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others help.。

Father often say much read, there will be a lot of benefits, even the teacher said that reading a lot of good, also is the so-called reading enriches the mind. Read but I dont know what is good, whats the role in life.

爸爸常说多阅读，会有好多好处的，就连老师也说阅读好处多多，也就是所谓的开卷有益吧。可是我却不知道阅读究竟有什么好的，在生活中到底有什么作用。

可是不久就改变了我的看法。

有一次学校组织课外知识竞赛。有一道题是这样的：树袋熊为什么浑身是香的?三个选择：A与生俱来的，B生活在清香中，C它吃了一种香的树叶，时间长了就香了。这道题我在哪见过，哦，想起来了，就是前天阅读的一篇科学论文。里面提到的，说是树袋熊爱吃桉树叶，这种树叶里有一种成分，吃多了时间长了就香了。我选了C。过了几天，试卷发下了一看，果然是C。还有好多题，我都见过，才把它们做对的。

还有一次，上作文课。老师要我们写关于劝学的文章。我就引用了一些名言、古诗。好多人都没有想到，可是我想到了。作文点评时，老师把这篇文章读给大家听，让大家学习，还表扬我爱读书呢。这些都是我平时多阅读多积累的效果。

我终于明白了，阅读能让我们多补充课外知识，写出好的文章。当然最重要的是阅读让生活变得更精彩。所以说阅读好处多多。

Work and Happiness

Happiness is dependent upon work. Sometimes we complain that we have too much work, but we fail to realize that it’s our work that keep us moving on and helps us to become a better man. Last summer I visited my friends in a small village. It was obvious that working has become an indispensable part of their daily lives. They all went to the field to plant the crops. The sun was shinning above them and they looked quite happiness about their work. On their face there were such smiles as I had never seen before.

Work provide us with happiness. Work is more than a necessity for human beings. If we have no work to do, we will waste our precious time. That’s pity. We will lose everything in the end. Work helps us to realize the importance of life, then we will appreciate it more. Everybody who live in this society could not live without working. If we spend every day idly, we will find life is boring.

幸福建立在工作之上。有时候我们抱怨我们有太多的工作要做，却忽略了工作可以让人不断进步，从而成为一个更好的人。上个暑假我去一个小村庄拜访了我的朋 友。显而易见，工作已经成为了他们不可缺的一部分。他们全都到地里面种庄稼。太阳当空照，他们看起来对自己的工作很是满意。对人类来说，工作不仅仅是种必 需品。如果我们没有工作，那么，时间就会白白浪费掉。真真是可惜。最后，我们会失去所有的东西。工作帮助人们意识到生活的重要性，让我们更加珍惜。每个生 活在社会中的人都必须工作，免得就不能生存下去。如果每天都无所事事，那么，我们会发现生活很无趣。
