I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

三、让步状语从句

on the 15th day of the eighth lunar moon. Chusok (韩国中秋节)， also known as the

Korean Thanksgiving or Mid-Autumn Festival， is one of the most celebrated Korean

time to thank their ancestors for providing them with rice and fruits.

The celebration starts on the night before Chusok and ends on the day after

Community activities include masked dance， Kanggangsuwollae， an ancient

men dress as a tortoise and tour the village dancing and performing for food and

drink. Most of all， Chusok is a time to give thanks for the autumn harvest and

reaffirm familial and community ties.

Last summer vacation， I went to Chengdu with my parents. We took the plane to Chengdu . It took us about two hours to get there . Chengdu was one of the biggest cities in China . the weather there was neither too hot nor too cold . My parents thought I was very tired and busy in school ， so they wanted me to have a good rest .
