Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a note on the table for my mum and it said,Today is my birthday,dont forget it!At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,Coming home late tonight,mum and dad.I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

The Way to Keep Healthy

Its important for us to be healthy all our life.We cant study or work well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games.

If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."

看了这部纪录片，我才发现，现在人类最大的问题是节能减排。这么多年过去了，这句话始终只是一个口号，我们不仅是雾霾的受害者，更是雾霾的制造者。

这部片子中有一位加油站老板说了这样一句话“你们有义务，但没有权利”，生活中也确实如此，大街上天天都在喊着“保护环境，人人有责”可是又有谁会真正去做呢？為什麼现在市面上的东西都是假货？因为大家都在造假，真的成本很高，只要你做真就卖不出去，所以只能这样，政府也不可能让全国人民都做真货，这样人家没法生活。

作为一个生活在深圳的孩子，我不得不承认，深圳的空气确实比北京上海那边要好，这只能证明在短时间内深圳的雾霾不会太重，但是谁又能保证十年二十年以后还是这麼好呢？地球只有一个，为了以后我们还能看到碧水蓝天，我们是不是应该做些什麼呢？如今，空气中的有害物质不断增多，癌症人群也随之上涨，不难想象，如果像现在这样继续放任不管的话，我们的未来将会是一片黑暗。柴静有一句话说得好，“我不怕死，只是不想这样活着”。我们又何尝不是呢？连鸟儿被困在笼中都会绝食反抗，想必我们被困在房间里的滋味也好不到那里去吧！

Today is Sunday. I went shopping with my father and mother.

Thank you for a rapid response to our invitation. Enclosed you will find an outline of events to take place during International Week here at the University of Montana. As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from language and culture to history and economics.

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers, taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

We all like to make friends, because no one can survive without a friend.

If you ask someone how many friends do they have, most will answer a lot.

Indeed, we make friends in different stage, even we are old, we still make

friends. But not all friends are as honest as they are, some friends we made

since we are young, some are just meet a couple of times and we don’t know much

about them. The former are real friends, while the latter are not true friends.

What is the real friend, a real friend is someone who you can talk about

anything and can be show up the moment you need. Other friends are just for

drinking and eating, they will not help you if you are in trouble. When we make

I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging

and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends. My favorite

sport is playing tennis, tennis brings my life so much happiness, I can watch

最近一段时间，天气总是雾蒙蒙的，早晨起来，周围原本美丽的景物变得十分模糊，新闻上也频频报道雾霾天气的不断出现而带来的严重后果，雾霾天气已经严重的影响到了空气质量，影响到人们的正常生活。

近年来，雾霾天气不但严重的影响了空气的质量，更是容易引发哮喘等疾病的主要来源。雾霾天气的空气中，包含了一些尘土形的微小颗粒，这些微小的颗粒是我们用肉眼无法看见的。这些微小的颗粒足以使人们得上肺病。它们，可称得上是无形杀手。那么，雾霾天气究竟是由什么而引起的呢?其实，雾霾天气就是由汽车尾、炒菜的油烟、还有吸烟吐出的烟、烟花的烟形成的，从而引发雾霾天气的出现。
