新闻30分说，这几天严重的雾霾天气已经创下历史记录了，对人体的健康有很大的伤害。于是，南京市教育局下发了通知，要求全市的幼儿园，中小学生停课在家。我很担心，担心这种天气会一直持续下去。我看新闻了解到雾霾形成的原因很多，而最重要的是汽车尾气的排放，近年来城市的汽车越来越多，排放的尾气也越来越多，还有一个重要的因素，工业排放废气也很多。所以我提议我们要做到以下几点：1。能不开车就不开车，最近的汽车尾气很浓呀，呛的我直咳嗽。如果不远就骑自行车或步行吧。2。大家都要有环保意识，可以用环保袋，工业要少排放有害气体，大家要保护环境……雾霾天气我们在家也要做一些防护措施，可以吃一些保护身体的东西，比如：萝卜，胡萝卜有很强的排毒作用，还可以补肝，补内脏，是PM2。5的对手。还有百合，它可以清肺排毒，还可以锻炼身体，排汗解毒。

我们大家都要行动起来，让雾霾尽快离开我们。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city.
