终于，班长到办公室叫老师了，可班长给我的结果简直是晴天霹雳——上数学。随之，数学老师迈进了教室，我们只好无可奈何地拿出了数学书。

1 .“自学是解决学习成绩问题唯一出路”

做个游戏，家长用筷子喂孩子吃一顿饭，直到他厌烦为止，他要吃咸的就给他吃淡的，要吃甜的就给他苦的。自学，就是要养成自己吃饭的能力。

2.学习是有规律的思维劳动，不是体力劳动。

与时间不成比例 例如王涣生，第一个网络中学生，六年的中学课程有三年在病床上渡过，就这样一个病魔缠身的中学生，06年高考528分，考入首都师范大学计算机系，可见自学能力的高低很关键。

问题：1)学习方法和基础知识是造成学习成绩差异的根本原因

2)被动学习是造成学生学习学习效率不高的原因 。从初中开始要求每天自学占40%以上。

3) 学习盲目是中游学生最困惑的问题。尖子生与中等生根本差别是什么呢?基础不差，主要是学习方法。尖子生就说：“小考之前小玩，大考之前大玩”。中等生考试前搞了考前突击也没考第一，原因是学习方法，基础知识并没有多大差别。

3.学习方法和基础知识是学习成绩的构成要素

学习成绩下滑后，家长给孩子找个辅导班，短期内学习成绩得到改善，实际上只是改善了孩子的基础知识，而学习方法在辅导班是学不到的。辅导班对学生的学习方法是致命的摧毁。特别是初一年年级，是方法教育的关键一年。孩子学习如盖一栋楼，这栋楼第一层没盖好的话就会越盖越歪。在初一先忍住不上辅导班，实在不行再改正还来得及。

比如，孩子得了感冒，到了医院不管不顾就给插了一根很粗的管子，花很多钱，打最好的药，很快感冒好了，可结果发现孩子的抵抗力没有了。家长通过补习班补知识来补知识，可是丢了孩子能力的培养。

通过学习方法去改善基础知识

通过研究学生的认知系数，得到认知策略：小学三年级和高二的认知相关系数0.82，初一与高二成绩相关系数达0.90。也就是说：学生高二成绩在8年前有82%是可以预测的。看的就是学习习惯。一个学生在小学三年级的习惯教育时是否养成学习习惯，在初一方法教育时是否掌握良好的学习方法，直接决定高二的学习成绩。

还发现，学生的学习成绩25%变化有取决于非智力性因素：意志力是否坚强，是否喜欢学习，是否喜欢老师教的课等

初中学生学习成绩下滑原因：动机与兴趣

如果孩子表现为，学习不认真，注意力不集中、意志力差、懒惰、摊玩、应付作业，那么他的学习成绩下滑原因就是动机和兴趣的原因。动机和兴趣的原因辅导班是纠正不了的，只有家长能解决。如果是这类原因就不要上辅导班。

高中学习下滑原因：学习方法和基础的原因

表现为：学习刻苦，题海战，学习力不从心，学习无计划，有好多高中生，由于初中基础没学好，高中想学学不动。

性格与学习成绩的关系

小学时外倾向的孩子成绩好，初中生性格影响比较模糊。一般内倾向的男生和外倾向的女生会成为尖子生。

初一年级，高一年级的期末考试成绩对中高考成绩起决定性作用，初一年级是方法教育的第一步，很关键，一定要走好。而性格因素不是直接的。

stop progressing. Their salaries should relate to skill, education or the value

of the inpidual to society.

Things should be done to make salaries fairer. Huge amounts of money shall

be given to more deserving people. It seems that the only solution is to impose

heavy taxes upon people who earn excessively high salaries.
