My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. the climbing continued and i could not but think of the labouring people who braved the trail for us to follow. what wonderful work! at last we got to the summit. the squirrels were jumping in welcome. steam was rising up from the mountain below. standing above and looking down everything was in sight beneath me. it was magnificent and enlightening.

那是五月的一个晴天，我乘车去九华山。当车行在半山腰时，我看到一片绿树和竹的海洋。树木直挺指向天空，而白云在蓝天上漂浮。

公共汽车沿着弯弯曲曲的山路开到了缆车站。登上缆车，很快就悬于空中。山和亭子都在脚下。然后，我们来到了十王峰下，这是九华山所有山峰中最高的一个。那条捷径很陡，十分难爬，只有少数勇敢者走这条路。跟着导游，我手脚并用爬了起来。这是体力和意志的考验。

导游不断提醒我们爬山不看景。山中狭窄的台阶引导我们步步登高。直到山顶。停下来喘气时，我看到蜡烛石和倚天独立的松树。

爬山在继续，我不由得想起盘山开道的劳动者。他们的劳动多么有意义啊!我们终于到了山顶。但见松鼠跳跃着欢迎我们的到来，云雾自山下腾涌而起。站在高处往下一看，一切尽收眼底。多么壮观，令人启迪。

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most

delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive.

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap

that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

How to have a healthy body? First of all, you have to play sports like

playing basketball and running. You should also eat more fruits and vegetables,

such as apples and bananas, which are rich in vitamins. If you do that, you

wont get sick often. And you can not stay up late, to early to bed and early to

rise, you should speak hygiene, clean themselves, often to drink lots of water

every day, not to eat junk food, and so on are conducive to a healthy body, the

most important thing is to pay attention to safety.

怎样拥有一个健康的身体?首先你必须经常运动比如打篮球，跑步。你还要多吃蔬菜水果，例如苹果，香蕉，它们含有丰富的维生素。如果这样做，你就不会经常得病。并且你不可以熬夜，要早睡早起，你要讲卫生，经常清洁自己，每天要喝很多水，不能吃垃圾食品等等都利于身体健康，最重要的是注意安全。
