元宵节有个习俗就是吃汤圆，寓意着让每家团团圆圆，今晚奶奶“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮汤圆的经验：先将糯米粉用开水调和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了会过稀;也不能过少，少了没粘性。然后取一块皮在手掌中搓成圆形，再用手指在上面按一个窝，把芝麻捣碎做馅，放在里面“包”好。放馅时一定不可以太贪心，否则会把皮的“肚子”给撑破的。终于包好后，可以下锅了。我又按照奶奶说的煮汤圆的四个诀窍：“开水下锅，慢水煮，点冷水，勤换水”于是便将自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放进水里。没多久，可以起锅了，掀开盖子，只见一个个雪白的汤圆漂浮在水上，彼此紧贴着，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，将它们舀到碗里，闻着那香喷喷的味道，忍不住先咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我刚把汤圆端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃开了。大家高兴地吃完了我煮的汤圆，“美食家”奶奶还给我打了一个九十五分，夸我长大了，懂事了。我兴奋不已，第一次煮汤圆就得到这么高的评价，我心里美滋滋的。

品尝着自己亲手做的汤圆，觉得特别好吃，心里特别开心。盼望着明年元宵节时再做更好吃的汤圆给大家品尝。

climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. It took us forty minutes to reach the foot of the Great Wall. It was for the first time that I saw the Great Wall. Oh， how grand and magnificent it is!

I couldn‘t wait to climb upward， taking my father‘s hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. 201x年7月27日，妈妈带我到大连玩。

令我印象最深刻的是下海游泳。那天气温只有25度，水温仅20度。但妈妈的几位男同事一副不怕冷的样子下海了，我也经不住诱惑，全副武装：戴上游泳镜，换上游泳裤，套上游泳圈，上阵了！海水好冷啊，我冻得上牙打下牙，别人给我拍照，我就转过身去，这样就拍不到我牙齿打颤了，有时我冷得不行了，就上岸披上浴巾，扑在妈妈怀里暖和一会儿，牙齿不再打架了，就再次下海游泳。

在海边，一个大浪打过来，我就被抛到岸上，还没等我爬起来，又一个大浪把我扑倒，直到这一阵浪过去，我才挣扎着爬起来，逃回到岸上，暖和一会儿。

另外，大连海滩上，铺的不是沙子，而是石头，脚底硌得生疼，妈妈找了两块稍为平整的大石头，站在上面，这样就不那么扎脚了。

还有一个好玩的是参加了在大连举办的第十四届“大连啤酒节”。

凡是在那个德国幕尼黑大篷里的每一个人，都有一大扎黑啤。我偷偷地尝了一口，哇！好苦！真搞不懂大人为什么要喝，就连妈妈也喝了一扎，她站在桌子上狂跳舞，我看她也醉了。好多不认识的人，和认识的人，还有我，都排起队，手搭肩，绕着场子一圈圈地跑，后来我也学着大人的样子，他们喝酒，我喝“雪碧”，也像大人那样，大声唱歌，大口喝“酒”，站在凳子上桌子上跳舞，欢呼雀跃。这才是狂欢。后来，大家都喝醉了，才回宾馆。

这次的大连之行还去了旅顺港的子弹库，蛇馆，以及冰峪沟，还吃了好多新鲜的海鲜，给我留下了深刻的印象，我想以后有机会我还会去的，大家是不是也心动了呢？
