到了医院，进门一看，除了医生伯伯、护士阿姨以外，还有一屋子的病患。等了好久，好不容易轮到我，医生伯伯问我哪里不舒服，我一五一十的告诉医生伯伯，医生伯伯说我感冒了，开了药方，要我定时吃药;而且要多喝水、多休息，少到公共场所。

在回家的路上，我深深觉得生病很不好，身体不舒服，要吃苦苦又不能不吃的药，只能乖乖躺在床上，什么也不能做，哪儿也不能去，妈妈也要请假在家里照顾我，还要为我担心，生病真的不好。

记得论语中曾 有孟武伯问孝。子曰：「父母唯其疾之忧。」好好爱护自己的身体，也算是一种孝顺的行为。所以要爱护身体，多运动，多吃新鲜又有营养的食物，不偏食，营养才 会均衡;营养均衡，才会有抵抗力;有抵抗力;才不容易生病。如果有流行性感冒的时候，更要避免出入公共场所，做好自己的卫生，准备好手帕、卫生纸，吃东西 前一定洗手，保持卫生习惯，不吃垃圾食物，不喝垃圾饮料，永远保持愉快的心情，才能拥有健康的身体。事实上，健康就是财富，而要拥有财富，就得先拥有健 康。因为我生病了，所以才能感受到健康的重要。

Step 9,2011 Sunday Today my classmates and I went to the Old The nursing home on foot at 3 oclock in the afternoon.
