Prepare for the Chinese New Year

It’s about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

It is fine today. I made an appointment with my foreign friend Peter to visit the Great Wall on Badaling.

We set out early in the morning. We first took the subway and then the bus. 在2017年一部电影《摔跤吧，爸爸》风靡全球。这部电影成功的背后还有一个鲜为人知的故事。在电影中我们可以看到，演员阿富汗的身材逐渐变得肥胖。其实，这部电影是倒着拍的。阿富汗担心自己最后没有信心瘦回原样，便先使身材变胖，完成电影后半部分拍摄后，经过三个多月的严格训练，又恢瘦回原来的身材，才开始拍摄的前半部分。阿富汗成功的背后严格自律，却无人知晓。正是他的自律，使得他能成功完成电影的拍摄，这部电影也因为他的精彩表演获得了很多奖项。可见，自律能让我们同时处理好各种事情。

自律，始于口忌，终于执着。

著名戏曲表演家，马金凤的唱功可谓字正腔圆，声音洪亮。可你可曾知道，在她的演艺生涯中，没有碰过一滴酒，没有吃过一点辛辣食物。如今已经年近90的她，在曾经的一次寿宴上说，我也很想知道葡萄酒是什么味道，但是我不能碰她。在生活饮食方面很注重保护嗓子，才使得她在表演中让人为之赞叹。正是她在饮食方面的严格自律，才使得她有与众不同的表演技能，这是她对戏曲的执着，也是她自律的回报。

自律，始于心念，忠于信念。

有一种自律叫做：“我心有主”。许衡，在一次游行途中，友人和他都感到极度口渴，路旁有棵梨树，面对友人的邀请，许衡却说：“梨虽无主，我心有主”。徐衡宁可忍受口渴的折磨，也不愿意去摘路旁无主的梨，这是他坚持信念自律的集中体现。

自律在生活中处处即能体现，它是一种始于内心的自制力，在往后的生活中，我们也要向前辈们学习自律能力。作为中学生的我们可以从学习中的小事做起：不抄作业，诚信考试，严格把控，劳逸结合，切忌贪玩与散漫无主，这些都是我们可以做到的。

要把自律当作一张通行证时，常挂在心上，通过加强自律来提升自我，严于律己，方得始终。

I used to be a problem student. I was always late for school, listened to music and ate snacks in class. What’s worse, I hardly ever finished my homework on time.Luckily, with the help of my teachers and classmates, things changed a lot. Now I behave well and study hard. I can almost finish my homework well with the help of my classmates. What’s more, I get on well with others and always help others. I have learned a lot over these three years, but I know I could hardly succeed without the people who helped and supported me—my teachers, my parents and my classmates.

I won’t forget the days I have spent in my junior high school. I’m looking forward to new experiences in senior high school. Although the life in high school is hard ，I have confidence to do better in the future.

The Way to Keep Healthy

Its important for us to be healthy all our life.We cant study or work well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games.

If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."
