As is known to all, food is a priority for the common people. Recently, however, reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers, showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day. The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of making money, leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences. This is not normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the government should have more control over these producers. Only when people are no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a better life.

众所周知,食物是百姓的当务之急。然而,最近报道食品问题经常出现在报纸上,表明人一直关心他们每天吃什么。这个问题的原因是,一些食品生产商太喜欢赚钱,导致结果,他们使用任何会让食物看起来不错或味道更好而不考虑坏的后果。这是不正常的,因为人们生活中不能没有吃任何东西。

西方哲学家圣德利娜在一次演讲中说到：“让我为心无愧的是自律，它使我的一切出现的井然有序。”在今年抗击新冠肺炎的过程中，全国上下中小学开展了线上教学。自律一词，成为家长、老师以及全社会关注的重点，可见自律是有多么重要。因此，我们需要加强自律来提升自我。

自律，始于文化，终于追求。

在2017年一部电影《摔跤吧，爸爸》风靡全球。这部电影成功的背后还有一个鲜为人知的故事。在电影中我们可以看到，演员阿富汗的身材逐渐变得肥胖。其实，这部电影是倒着拍的。阿富汗担心自己最后没有信心瘦回原样，便先使身材变胖，完成电影后半部分拍摄后，经过三个多月的严格训练，又恢瘦回原来的身材，才开始拍摄的前半部分。阿富汗成功的背后严格自律，却无人知晓。正是他的自律，使得他能成功完成电影的拍摄，这部电影也因为他的精彩表演获得了很多奖项。可见，自律能让我们同时处理好各种事情。

自律，始于口忌，终于执着。

著名戏曲表演家，马金凤的唱功可谓字正腔圆，声音洪亮。可你可曾知道，在她的演艺生涯中，没有碰过一滴酒，没有吃过一点辛辣食物。如今已经年近90的她，在曾经的一次寿宴上说，我也很想知道葡萄酒是什么味道，但是我不能碰她。在生活饮食方面很注重保护嗓子，才使得她在表演中让人为之赞叹。正是她在饮食方面的严格自律，才使得她有与众不同的表演技能，这是她对戏曲的执着，也是她自律的回报。

自律，始于心念，忠于信念。

有一种自律叫做：“我心有主”。许衡，在一次游行途中，友人和他都感到极度口渴，路旁有棵梨树，面对友人的邀请，许衡却说：“梨虽无主，我心有主”。徐衡宁可忍受口渴的折磨，也不愿意去摘路旁无主的梨，这是他坚持信念自律的集中体现。

自律在生活中处处即能体现，它是一种始于内心的自制力，在往后的生活中，我们也要向前辈们学习自律能力。作为中学生的我们可以从学习中的小事做起：不抄作业，诚信考试，严格把控，劳逸结合，切忌贪玩与散漫无主，这些都是我们可以做到的。

要把自律当作一张通行证时，常挂在心上，通过加强自律来提升自我，严于律己，方得始终。
