二、毒品的基本知识

(一)课件呈现毒品类型的照片，教师介绍几种毒品的形态与载体。

毒品是指出于非医疗目的而反复连续使用能够产生依赖性(即成瘾性)的药品。根据〈中华人民共和国刑法〉第357条规定：毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉品和精神药品。

目前最常见、最主要的毒品有鸦片、海洛因、吗啡、大麻、杜冷丁、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、可卡因、摇头丸、K粉等。

一般来说，吸毒者的心理状态是怎么样的?(目的是：引导学生对“好奇”、“从众”等心理的正确认识，识别一些毒犯诱惑学生吸毒的常见手法，学会拒绝毒品的基本技巧。)

内容可以如下：

吸毒者最初吸食第一口毒品时，或多或少是受到一种不健康心理的驱动。那么，吸毒者都有什么样的不健康的心理呢?①盲目好奇。在吸毒者中，特别是在青少年吸毒者中，许多人最初只是为了盲目满足对毒品的好奇心而“偷尝禁果”。②慕虚荣、赶时髦。现实生活中，以为“吸毒最时髦”而去赶时髦，从而染上毒品的人为数不少。③追求刺激和享乐。一部分吸毒者因腐朽意识作祟，精神空虚，理想观念淡薄，受极端享乐主义的驱使，将吸毒当作“追求刺激”和“高级享受”。如某些暴发户为炫耀自己的富有而吸毒。④无知和轻信。在农村，误以为吸毒能治病，而将毒品当作药品使用;在城市，误以为吸毒能使人轻松或促进睡眠而沾染毒品。⑤赌气或逆反心理。因赌气或逆反心理导致吸毒者，往往以女性和青少年居多。

⑥诱骗胁迫。有不少人因为交友不慎，轻信他人的谎言，被所谓的“朋友”、“哥儿们”恶意引诱，或是由于贩毒分子的蓄意教唆而上当受骗、步入毒途的。⑦自暴自弃。在吸毒人群中，因受到挫折而自暴自弃吸毒成瘾的也为数不少。

(六)毒品的传播——利欲熏心的贩毒集团和贩毒分子

1、图片展示：交易场所、人群以及吸毒场景，进一步加强青少年对毒品以及参与毒品贩卖分子的仇视，增强其社会责任感。

吸食、注射毒品的，由公安机关处十五日以下拘留，可以单处或者并处二千元以下罚款，并没收毒品和吸食、注射器具。

吸食、注射毒品成瘾的，除依照规定处罚外，予以强制戒除，进行治疗、教育。强制戒除后又吸食、注射毒品的，可以实行劳动教养，并在劳动教养中强制戒除。

(2)我国《刑法》规定的毒品犯罪的罪名主要有12条，我们简单了解一下。

(一)学生活动：角色扮演，表演小品(课余时间排练好)

(二)师生一起出谋献策，以抵挡毒品的渗透与引诱。

同学们，毒品有时会裹着糖衣，有些居心叵测的人会说这不是毒品，是一种另外什么东西，诸如兴奋剂、兴奋药之类的，是不会使你上瘾的。甚至还会有这样一些花言巧语：毒品能治病，毒品能解脱烦恼和痛苦，毒品能给人带来快乐等等，其实啊，是毒品都会上瘾，都必然造成对身体的伤害，否则国家也不会通过法律来强制管理。同学们，有些毒贩为了利益的需要，有时候会给点甜头给你尝尝，诸如前几次免费试用之类的，让你染上毒瘾后，他就可以源源不断的销售毒品，吸干你的血汗钱，把你逼上绝路。那么，如何来抵挡毒品的渗透与引诱呢?归纳起来，可以从下面几个方面来实现。

(1)树立正确的人生观，遇挫折不气馁，遇成功不骄傲;不盲目追求享受，不以好奇心为由侥幸去尝试，抵抗不良诱惑。大家也常在报纸电视上看到过某种特殊身份的人，如警察、医生、记者不相信毒品的成瘾如此巨大而尝试，但结果都是毁灭了自己。电影《门徒》中女主角为了证实给她吸毒的丈夫看，以身试毒，最后也是戒不掉死亡了。所以，同学们，在抵制毒品的问题上，一定要时刻告诫自己，一日吸毒，终身戒毒。

对水情不熟而贸然下水，极易造成生命危险。万一不幸遇上了溺水事件，溺水者切莫慌张，应保持镇静，积极自救：、 (1)对于手脚抽筋者，若是手指抽筋，则可将手握拳，然后用力张开，迅速反复多做几次，直到抽筋消除为止;

(2)若是小腿或脚趾抽筋，先吸一口气仰浮水上，用抽筋肢体对侧的手握住抽筋肢体的脚趾，并用力向身体方向拉，同时用同侧的手掌压在抽筋肢体的膝盖上，帮助抽筋腿伸直;

(3)要是大腿抽筋的话，可同样采用拉长抽筋肌肉的办法解决

当发生溺水时，不熟悉水性时可采取自救法：除呼救外，取仰卧位，头部向后，使鼻部可露出水面呼吸。呼气要浅，吸气要深。因为深吸气时，人体比重降到0.967，比水略轻，可浮出水面(呼气时人体比重为1.057，比水略重)，此时千万不要慌张，不要将手臂上举乱扑动，而使身体下沉更快。

会游泳者，如果发生小腿抽筋，要保持镇静，采取仰泳位，用手将抽筋的腿的脚趾向背侧弯曲，可使痉挛松解，然后慢慢游向岸边。

救护溺水者，应迅速游到溺水者附近，观察清楚位置，从其后方出手救援。或投入木板、救生圈、长杆等，让落水者攀扶上岸。

1)若溺者口鼻中有淤泥、杂草和呕吐物，首先应清除，保持上呼吸道的通畅;

(2)溺者若已喝了大量的水，救护者可一腿跪着，另一腿屈膝，将溺者腹部放在屈膝的大腿上，一手扶着溺者的头，将他的嘴向下，另一手压在背部，使水排出;

(3)若是溺者已昏迷，呼吸很弱或停止呼吸，做完上述处理外，要进行人工呼吸。可使溺者仰卧，救护者在身旁用一手捏住溺者的鼻子，另一手托着他的下颚，吸一口气，然后用嘴对着溺者的嘴将气吹入。吹完一口气后，离开溺者的嘴，同时松开捏鼻子的手，并用手压一下溺者的胸部，帮助他呼气。如此有规律地反复进行，每分钟约做14—20次，开始时可稍慢，以后可适当加快。
