Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more

serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water

pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on

a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a

large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for

the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas

stations are short of gasoline, even the government has raise the price so many

times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance.

However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted

water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the

environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

could be a better place to live in.

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world.

For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Many people are active in fighting against unfair treatment to colored people, women , animals and so on. Right now I am talking about fighting for respect to our environment. Though the environment doesn’t have a mouth to deprecate what humans have done to her, she retaliates through action. In the early years the Chinese cut down large quantities of trees, at the source of the yellow river, which led to the disappearance of big forests and terrible floods.

As a result，the Huangtu plateau which was once covered with grass and forests was turned into barrens that supported fewer plants. Another example was in several developed countries. Because many chemical factories discharged poisonous gas without filtering it, cities were covered with so much poisonous gas that people were killed by the air they breathed in. What horrible scene! What we are suffering is only a small part of what the nature once suffered. If we don’t take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation. Measures should be taken to protect the environment on which we are relying.

First governments should forbid destroying vegetation, rivers and lakes, oceans, as and the atmosphere as well. Second voices should be made to announce the public of the importance of protecting the environment. Third enterprises should pay special attention to the effect they have on the environment and work out solutions for the problems. Only  changing the way we treat the environment can we get along well with it. Only by saving the environment can we save ourselves.

随着科技的进步，人们的生活质量也越来越高，高科技的产品使大家的生活变得更方便，更省力。但是我们在享受这些美好事物的时候，你是不是有发现生活中有些事物变得不一样了呢?当你穿过河流的时候，是否有觉得河水变得污黑发臭;当你在品尝美味佳肴的时候，是否发现许多小动物正在消失不见;当你过马路的时候，是否感觉到空气的污染，树木的严重砍伐导致我们无法获取新鲜空气……原来科技虽然先进了许多但却同时污染了大自然，污染了我们的家园，污染了绿色地球。

每年人类都要砍伐大量的树木来制作书本和塑料等物品，是整个生态环境严重遭到破坏，所以在我们用纸张的时候，要节约起见，并且减少使用塑料等无法腐烂的东西，要学会环保，如今实行的“控塑令”就起到了很好的环保效果。

水是生命之源，我国是一个缺水国，有10亿人在饮用不干净的水，有1000多人因水而食物中毒，有许多工厂将污水排到河流里，污染水资源，有的人洗完手也不关水龙头等，种种都是破坏水资源的做法，所以从现在开始我们要保护水源，从自我做起。

动物也是人类的朋友，它们也是一条生命，与我们人类同住在这地球上，但正因人们的贪心去残忍的杀害它们，也因我们的一些不良行为使生态平衡遭到破坏，小动物们也受到了伤害，失去了自由与快乐!

所以我们必须要行动起来，把大自然当作是自己的家，去用心呵护它，保护它，出自己的一份力，如种一棵小树苗，捡一片纸屑等等，大自然也会用它的行动来回报我们，让我们一起创造绿色家园，当一名环保小卫士吧!地球会因我们来变得更加美丽!

如何实现团队工作How to Achieve Team Work

"Experience is the best teacher," people say. Indeed, the most important, and sometimes the hardest, lessons we learn in life come from our participation in situations.

For my part, you cant learn everything from a book. And only practice makes you a successful person.

To begin with, first-hand experience is important for a child. When we were children, we learned the fundamental lessons of life solely from experience.

That is to say, parents teach us by experience such as how to walk steadily, how to cope with the adults, and so on and so forth. Secondly, first-hand experience is also important for an adolescent.

At school, we do not learn everything from books, in that few books can teach us successfully how to meet new people and make more friends.

Finally, as we leave adolescence behind and enter adult life, no book can teach us how to fall in love and get married. But experiencing our own triumphs and disasters is really the only way to learn how to live a successful life.

To conclude, knowledge gained both from experience and from books have their respective roles to play in our life.

However, in my view, I think the former one is more important than the latter one.

The most important lessons cant be taught; they have to be experienced.

When it comes to success, different people have different opinions about what makes it come true. Some people regard hard-working as an essential quality to success while others believe being clever would lead to success. Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. 在长期掠夺资源后，地球其及居民好像进入一个高风险的地区，在危险的地方，全球性变暖，气候和土壤、河流及海洋的污染处处威胁着人们，水和森林等自然资源的生存还不以说明问题吗?大量的垃圾在不断产生，环境日益恶化的警钟早已敲响了，但是，对于环境恶化进程的遏止仍显得过于无力，尽管大自然已向人类亮起红灯。

人类赖以生存的地球是一个自然、社会、经济、文化等多因素构成的复合系统，地球不仅属于我们人类，相反，我们人类属于地球，我们人类和其他生物都在一个家园中，但是，近2000年来，地球上有106种哺乳动物和127种鸟类灭绝，濒临灭绝的哺乳动物就有406种，鸟类593种，爬行动物209种，鱼类242种，天呀!这是一个多么令人吃惊的数目。

绿色的地球是我们人类不息载体，只有人与自然协调发展，才能共同拥有美好的明天。如果人类真的自觉去植树造林，保护环境，那就不会有植树节，世界环境保护环境日，世界禁烟日等等节日，这些都告诫我们要保护环境，古言说得好：“地力之生物有大数，人力之成物有大限，取之有度，用之有节。则常足，取之无度，用之无节，则常不足。”但是几百年后的现代文明却使我们绿色的星球日渐披黄蒙黑，黯然失色。

来吧，让我们一起来保护我们这个美丽而脆弱的地球吧!因为，只有人类的心灵才能够知足这份美丽，善待地球——人类的星球，我们别无选择。

最近，我们班组织了一次绿色行动，我们的口号是：“我是环保小卫士”。 Recently, our class organized a green action, and our slogan was: "I am an environmentally friendly Guardian".

我们的绿色行动将从身边的点滴小事做起，比如：“节约用水，植树，保护小动物，不乱扔垃圾纸屑”今天中午，我和同学们有了一次真正的体验。

操场上，我们三五个同学在玩“抓人”游戏。忽然，我们发现脚下有一些垃圾，我赶紧跑回教室拿了一袋子，到操场上对他们说：“我们等一下再玩”同学们跟上来一起讨论后，我们把这个活动变成了一个游戏—看谁捡得垃圾多。

我们划分了区域，我被先在捡卖冷饮的那一块，真是个好地方，那里有许多冰袋子，可是，当我去捡时，发现冰袋子全进了垃圾桶，只有几个在地上，我只好先把几个星星点点的垃圾捡起来，于是就蹲在地上“守株待兔”。

5分钟了，我才捡一只小袋，我一定要努力比他们俩捡得还要多一点才行，过了一会儿，他们来到集合点，我一看表，啊?只剩下30秒了，我用最快的速度冲过去，只见他们已经在好那儿等了，我赶紧加快速度，放眼搜寻每一点垃圾，一个也逃不出我的视线……集合了，时间刚刚好，最终我捡的垃圾数量排名第三，还算不错。

比赛结束了，我们回到教室里，把捡回来的垃圾分类装进了垃圾箱里。

这次的游戏不仅提高了我们的环保意识，还增强了我的耐力，下次多参加类似的活动。这样我们自己会觉得很有意思，还能环保。

不过，我还是希望同学们能加强环保意识，养成不乱扔垃圾纸屑的好习惯，让我们的学习和生活环境变得更加干净整洁，让这座城市变得更加美丽迷人。

人们的环保意识不强。在商场购物时，人们手中提着大包小包的塑料袋。塑料袋焚烧会造成毒气，填埋不容易分解，还会导致土壤被破坏。

作为21世纪的我们，是不是更应该保护好我们的资源呢。暑假时我回老家度假，途中发现一个近七旬的老人在挖坑，当时觉得很好奇，就走过去问。老爷爷告诉我说，他是在挖沼气池，就是因为他觉得沼气不仅能燃烧，最主要的是能够保护环境，牲畜的粪便搁在一个地方，不仅让人觉得恶心，还占了一个大空间，如果排到河里，又严重污染了环境，所以把它制造为沼气供人们燃烧，却是一举两得。不仅如此他们还把这些粪便当作肥料，拿去灌溉瓜果蔬菜。

是呀，那我们为什么就不去做一些既能节能、又能环保的事呢?我们可以把工厂里排放出的废气收集起来，进行一定的加工处理后，把它变成煤气、液化气……再次的利用它。这样，既节约了能源，环境也不会被污染。淘完米的时候，淘米水不必倒掉，还可以用来浇花，不但节约了水，还让花儿得到了更多的营养，这不正是一举两得吗?还有，在楼道里装上一个声控灯，可以节约电量。

节能、环保，刻不容缓!从我做起，从点点滴滴做起。我们应当少用塑料袋，不乱扔废电池，不用一次性木筷……单个人的环保行动就像一盏灯，当它亮起时，周围的黑暗就会少一些。如果大家都点亮自己那盏灯，整个世界将会一片光明。

为了地球的明天，为了人类的未来，让我们行动起来吧!保护环境人人有责，让祖国大地遍是绿水青山!

你们好！

今天被评为三八红旗手--巾帼建功标兵，我感到十分的荣幸，也很高兴能站在这里给大家演讲，回顾我所走过的环保之路。

我叫田桂荣，今年53岁，是新乡县合河乡范岭村的一位普通农村妇女。几年来，在各级妇联和广大姐妹的帮助下，从普通的农村妇女成为中外媒体竞相报道的“民间环保大使”。特别是～年6月，我作为亿万农民姐妹的代表荣获了海内外有影响力的中国妇女时代人物称号。当我从全国中央委员、全国妇联主席顾秀莲大姐手里接过证书时，泪水一下子涌了出来。我的心情是多么的激动，因为我知道，我之所以能够拿奖，是因为在我的身后有数不清的姐妹在帮我。当时我就说，拿奖了，就好比是汽车到了加油站，在以后的日子里，我还要继续拼搏，为我们妇联姐妹增光添彩。

我是怎么回收废旧电池的

在一个偶然的机会里，我得知，一节一号电池烂在地里，能使一平方土地失去使用价值；一节纽扣电池能污染6万升水，相当于一个人一辈子的用水量。废电池中含锌、镉、汞等重金属，在这几种生物累积作用下，能引起人体贫血、肾损伤、肝癌等疾病，并对神经系统造成危害。

听到了一串精心触目的文字我震撼了。大家知道，我1912年开始生产电池，是生产电池的大国，消费电池的大国。新乡是生产电池的基地。在良心的驱使下我决定回收废旧电池。我用绿布制作了3000多面三角旗，写上地址、电话，制作多个回收箱发放给商店批发电池的客户，印制万份倡议书给大中院校发放，走街串巷以每节2分的价格回收电池，在我的实际行动影响下，有一位80岁的老干部骑自行车，送来8节废电池。三个月寒风刺骨的，总算没有白跑；一个浴池搓背的女工下夜班在大街上捡废电池1000多节送过来；后来感动大学生、市民长期给我送废电池。为了加大回收量，我还在大中学校和超市设立回收箱，就这样长期宣传，也遭到社会上一部分人的冷嘲热讽，有的说我挣钱多了想捞名；有的说我想申请吉尼斯；有的说我歪嘴吹喇叭—歪劲不小；还有当面说你要是死了就成英雄了。我听到或心里很不是滋味，我不死，我要为环保而活，活着就要当一个无名的环保英雄。

渐渐的收多了，收到20吨，家里放不下了。没有想到别的办法处理，这怎么办！老范吵我，多次吵我，我也不放过他，你在大队我支持你20年，你就不能支持我两三年，实在不行，分家也可以，要不就离婚。我想干的事情，非干个名堂不可。老范吵归吵，他还帮我收废电池。儿子更恨我了，说我着迷了，不能看我。我每天晚上回家很晚，跟作案差不多。在外面人家笑话我，到了家，家人不能理解。收的多了环保部门也说我集中污染，收多了成了污染源，电池没地方放了，我到山里和老伴找个山洞也不行。真难呀！到太行山痛哭一场，以前有孟姜女哭长城，现在有田桂荣哭废电池，自劝自己不哭泣。这真是上也上不去，下也下不来，真懂骑虎难下这个词的意思了，愁的时候想喝酒也明白了什么是借酒浇愁愁更愁……

这几年做好事真难呀！儿子婚礼推了四年了，湖南小商贩远道而来，想买走废电池，但他光要里面的金属，我说：你给我一万元我也不给你，你把污染的埋到地下，到时候又成了毛主席故乡的污染源了，电池处理不了，我死都不瞑目。最后在新华社、中央电视台的关注下，省环保局拉走了，可了了我的心病，儿子结婚了，感谢政府的关怀。

在收废电池的过程中，从良心来说，是给后代留一片净土，将来变废为宝，还推动了我国废电池无害处理技术向前发展；最主要的是增强了人的环保意识。直到现在，我还在继续坚持，我还一直在大中院校宣传，让学生用环保电池、可充电池，不乱仍电池。

我是怎么建立环保网站的

为了利用现代化的宣传工具，2001年9月12日，网站开通了。自己对电脑一窍不通，边学边指导，我也可以在网上学到很多知识。经过三次该版，我的目标是在三年以后，成为全国最大的绿色网站，占领绿色空间。在网上我可以向全世界进行环保交流。许多记者都是在网上看到事迹后慕名来采访的，这更是“三个代表”重要思想的先进文化表现之一。我这个农村妇女经过几年自学电脑走上大学讲台进行演讲，向大中小学生讲授环保知识。

我是怎么建立环保协会的

2000年获得国际大奖之后，我清醒的看到一个人的力量太小，要想在民间环保领域有一番作为，就必须创办环保组织。于是奔波了200多天，费尽心血，创办了全国首家农民创办的环保组织。当时，河师大席国喜教授说：“成立协会难，成起来更难”。我不相信，我咬着呀想，中国只要有环保组织存在，我就要去拼搏，去争取。

我为了成立协会，跑到北京到梁从诫那去经，光往主管部门跑了100多趟，有时候几趟都没有收获。我记得有有一次，一个；领导说，你收的电池没法处理，收旧电池你没有办证，还想成立环保协会，说了我一大堆难吃难咽的话！我听了后，泪往肚里流。从主管部门出来，我本想找个没人的地方哭上一场，可是哭也没时间哭，自己劝自己不学孟姜女，要学花木兰！

我是一个农家妇女，在城里没有一点背景，最后跑到省环保局去咨询，省高主任说：“别跑了，找你那主管环保的市长”。我回来以后就找市长，市领导做了批示，主管部门也批下来了。

在政府、环保局和各界人士的帮助支持下，2002年5月12日，我的环保协会终于成立了，成立的那一天，搞的很隆重，我在上面讲话时，大河报记者刘新萍发现老范在一个小角落里擦泪，只有他是最了解我的。

环保协会向前发展困难比较大，资金没有。但我认为协会的成立，好像是万里长城走完了第一步，在艰难也要心甘情愿长期走下去……明知征途有艰难，越是艰难越向前！

环保协会不断发展壮大，在协会共同努力下，～年12月份，环保协会获得了全国环保生态大奖。

我是怎样保护母亲河的

从2000年，每遇暑假，我自费组织大学生考察生态，宣传环保，没有资金就徒步行走，克服种种困难，有时候想不到困难就会发生。有一年顺着黑水卫河步行，昏倒在路，大学生和我脚都磨成了泡，为了考察河流，即使累死在河边也心甘情愿。保卫母亲河活动受到上至党中央、团中央赞扬，下到市领导连书记的赞扬和大力支持，年底还获得团中央生态建设大奖。

通过这几年点点滴滴，一步一步走向了人民大会堂领奖台！多次和团中央在一起交流，我心里是多么激动！领奖杯时，我是这样想，我是代表所有支持的人去领奖的。但是成绩只能代表过去，我今后还得拼搏。有的说“我是骑虎难下了”。在座的姐妹，我就是不下了，为了环保事业，我不是女娲，要带领更多的人去补天；我虽不是大禹，大学大禹的精神来治污。大家说卫河的水清不清，新乡美不美，美！为了新乡天更蓝，水更清，为了创建优秀旅游城市，发展经济的同时，我们既要金山银山，更要绿水青山。大家要记住，保护环境，就是保护我们自己。

姐妹们！同志们！谁说女子不如男，在座的都是花木兰！姐妹们，让我们用崇高的理想激励自己，用昂扬斗志鼓舞自己，用积极乐观的心态用心去做事情，用自己的实际行动唤醒人们的环保意识。希望广大妇女姐妹用双手建设美好的家园，让我们在不同的岗位上拼搏吧！
