中考那年，父亲在外打工从架板上摔了下来，家里用钱很紧，这个节骨眼儿上爷爷也病了，一家人顿时失去了支撑，我的心中充满了忐忑与迷茫，这样我上了高中，当我第一个月乘车从百里外的县城回到家时，父亲不在家，母亲说他去干活了，难以想象父亲干活时忍受的痛苦与折磨。那天晚上，父亲回来时，身上如往常一样爬满了建筑灰，脸上却显得格外疲惫，他询问了我高中的情况并且叮嘱我好好学习，这虽然是老套，但此刻却显得格外有力量。这股力量直达我脆弱的内心，给我以正能量。

叛逆少年走出阴霾

萧敬腾出生在台北市万华区，青春的焦躁无处安放，沉溺在叛逆和暴力中，成了大人眼中的坏学生。抽烟、打架、翘课，不一而足。

在萧敬腾彷徨无知的时候，台北市少年辅导组织的义工将萧敬腾从悬崖边拉了回来。因为辅导员的一句“为什么不把打架的力气用到音乐上”，他找到了人生的目标。小学六年级时在家里偶然听到邦乔飞的专辑《Crush》，更让他有了学习音乐的念头。

15岁的时候，萧敬腾开始学习爵士鼓。虽然曾因为经济窘迫而终止，但是他仍然自学苦练，经常一天超过10个小时。16岁时的萧敬腾已经成了台北知名的爵士鼓鼓手。但是他并不满足，继续学习了钢琴、萨克斯、吉他等乐器，并开始学习声乐，叛逆少年因音乐走出阴霾。

给青春一个支点

为了拥有登台唱歌的机会，他走进每一个有演唱机会的店里毛遂自荐。17岁那年，他开始在西餐厅驻唱，成为全店年纪最小的驻唱歌手。此时萧敬腾仍是学生，只能在放学后背著电子琴和装满歌谱的背包，在台北县市及桃园、新竹之间骑着摩托车四处赶场奔波直到深夜，曾试过一周演唱50个小时，连吃饭的时间都没有。一起驻场的同事回忆说，“有一次下大雨，看着萧敬腾夜雨中骑车赶往下一个演唱的地方，他真的很坚持”。两年多的驻唱生涯，给萧敬腾积累了丰富的舞台经验。

is exaggerating, the real youth is about studying, at least, most people have

worked so hard to get into their ideal colleges. What the movies describe make

up some people’s youth, for which they don’t have the chance to experience. We

should not be misled by these movies, for the teenagers, their job is to study,

从进入创新起，爸爸妈妈就告诉我：千万别因为你现在进入了创新就掉以轻心！而我也目睹了两届的学长学姐们的初三生活，所以对初三的初步印象是紧张，忙碌又刺激的。

初一初二也没怎么把心放在学习上，每次考试也就那样，不为其开心，或烦恼。直到初二暑假，看到我周边的同龄人都在为初三打基础，比如：补课、提前学习初三的内容、疯狂的刷题，而那时那刻的我在躺在床上玩手机。看着他们每天学习打卡，我的内心的紧张感被刺激了出来。

八月，我开始规律我的作息，不像七月那样晚睡晚起。我在手机备忘录里打出我一天的作息，比如8点—10点写作业之类的，刚开始的一段时间总有一些不适应，需要闹钟时刻提醒，到后来渐渐适应，我的作息时间基本回归正道了。

接着，我想我的作息时间好了，可是还没有行动，于是我每天有这么些时候就在看如何让初三生活过的更充实。到现在，我内心已经有了初步想法。我和我的好朋友也立下了flag：什么都不要想，考上高中最重要。

幸福都是奋斗出来的。一份耕耘，一份收获，只有倾心付出，才能获得成功，取得幸福。让我们带着对幸福生活的向往去奋斗吧!

青春的美丽，就是转瞬即逝的流星的闪耀。光阴似水，当你长大时，就会发现自己不曾拥有过青春，因为没有人曾抛弃虚妄和幻想，青春的快乐，就是挥霍时光的神采飞扬。

所以，我在乎青春。

有人说，青春是清茶，须在斜阳西照、微风拂面时轻啜，那杯盏之间的一缕余香，才最令人回味。有人说，青春是烈酒，须在飒飒寒风卷席尘土时随风畅饮，折射出闪耀着炙热余光的甘醇才最有味道。而往往，喜清茶者，会在暴风雷鸣时悲叹青春的残酷无情;好烈酒者会在和风煦日时感叹青春的索然无味。

我既不愿做喜清茶者，也不愿为好烈酒者，所以，我要将我的青春点缀的五彩斑斓。

正在步入青春期的我我们，烦恼随之而来。复杂的人际关系，我不想碰，但不能不碰;一摞一摞的课本，我不想学，但不得不学。青春，有太多的无奈。

所以，我在乎青春。

青春的年龄没有消沉，开始成熟的生命梦想缤纷。打开年轻的喉咙，大声的呼喊，无忧无虑地放飞真情童真，让年轻的脸庞写满天真，让天真的思绪化作流云，让流云的瑰丽飘向遥远，让遥远的希望快快来临。

每一次，徘徊了，孤单了，才学会坚强。每一次就算很受伤，也不闪泪光，要相信每个梦都会得到祝福，没克雷多会变成珍珠，每盏灯都是许愿的蜡烛，每一天都值得庆祝，让我们对天空大声的呼喊：“icanfly!”

所以，我在乎青春。

每一个人都有一双隐形的翅膀，它可以带给你希望，也可以让你飞过绝望。

Before Chinese students go to college, they have been told about the great

things on campus life all the time, so they have the motivation to study hard.

When they come to university, they begin to slow down their pace to study and

waste their youth.

Nowadays, a lot of college students lose motivation to move on when they

come to the new chapter of their life. Campus life seems to be relaxed and a

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

they choose to lose themselves in the computer games or all kinds of

parties.

So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

nothing. It is the important stage for them to learn professional knowledge and

master skills, so as to be competitive and find their own place in the

world.

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

我们是20世纪90年代的老北漂。那时我们年轻，有梦想，所以漂在这座并不属于自己的城市里，在外人看来很辛苦，而我们却觉得很快乐。那时我们赚着很少的钱，租着廉价的小平房，冬天没有暖气，也没有空调，上厕所要排队。工作日的黎明，几乎每天都是天不亮我们就要走出蜗居的巢穴，顶着寒风一路狂奔，跑向一个又一个公共汽车站，在人潮汹涌的车厢里，我们一路颠簸，啃着刚从街边买的油条或者小笼包，睡眠惺忪地赶到单位上班，开始一天的忙碌。

我们积极、努力、上进，只为能够拥有一个更好的明天，只为了再不怕失业、再不怕房东以各种理由赶我们搬家……我们过怕了居无定所、颠沛流离的生活，我们再不想捉襟见肘，可怜兮兮地和房东说着好话，请求他再宽限几日……

我们的每一天都是充实的，忙碌的。因为我们知道，要想在这座钢筋水泥的城市里扎下根来，就必须有经济基础，而经济基础，来自我们的勤奋和技能。

我们是一批曾经回到家乡，被家乡人称作北京人，在北京又被北京人称为外地人的尴尬人;我们曾经是披星戴月、顶风冒雪加班回来，却突然发现在这座万家灯火的城市里竟然没有一扇属于自己的窗口的黯然神伤者;我们曾经是为了能在北京买得起房子节衣缩食积累财富数字的人……

我们选择北漂，为的是将来不再漂泊;我们辛苦打拼，为的是在北京买得起房子，结得起婚，生得起孩子，养得起儿女，有个良好的生活……

还记得，租房时我们大包小包地搬运行李，每一次搬家都恨不能生出三头六臂;还记得，外出找房子时，我们奔波一天无果，只得沮丧地回到房子里写字条，然后趁着夜色到小卖部买一瓶胶水去附近的小区里贴字条，每走几步贴一张，贴之前还要东张西望，行动迅速敏捷如地下党……

当我们终于攒够了买房子的首付，又城南、城北、城东、城西地奔波，比较价格、地理位置等优势条件;我永远不会忘记，房子装修时，我怀揣万元钞票坐在运送瓷砖的大卡车前排座里，紧张地眼观六路，戒备心极强地惊恐不安;我不会忘记我背着一大包饼干和一瓶矿泉水一整天都坐在嗡嗡作响的新房的门槛上看工人师傅贴瓷砖;然后顶风冒雨，赶最后一班夜车回租住地……

就这样，历经数年的岁月艰辛，我们为我们的梦想留了下来，我们在这座城市坚守、打拼，我们终于有了我们想要的生活。面对已经失去的青春，我们从来就没有后悔过。

当80后、90后的学弟、学妹们还在讨论着北上广是座围城，是去是留的时候，作为比他们年长一些的老北漂，我只想告诉他们：如果你想留下来，坚守是你迈向成功的第一步，而努力奋斗才是你最终走向成功的最重要因素。

有人说，青春是一颗划破天宇的流星；也有人说，青春是一棵四季葱茂的常青树。而我说，没有多么华丽的词去一概而括属于我的青春，我努力奋斗的美丽青春。

习近平总书记在2018年的春节团拜会上的重要讲话中重点说明奋斗的意义，“新时代是奋斗者的时代！”“奋斗本身就是一种幸福。”他说过：“人的一生只有一次青春，现在，青春是用来奋斗的。将来，青春是用来回忆的！”相对于时间来说，青春只是一次短暂的旅行，而奋斗着的青春是美好的一幕幕风景；相对于人生而言，她是一份无价的财富，值得一生去回味。

正值青春的我们，应该是一锅100摄氏度的开水，“咕噜咕噜”不停地沸腾着，努力奋斗在人生的高潮，而不是夕阳西下一潭平静的死水，了无生趣，平平淡淡，宛若已至此终身。处在如此生机勃勃学生时代的我们，拥有着无限的可能性，我们有足够的时间和足够的精力去奋斗，甚而继续奋斗，燃烧青春。

依稀记得，我上小学一、二年级的时候，成绩不太理想，偏科严重，除了唯一一门比较擅长的语文，数学和英语都几乎一窍不通，人生中第一次被留堂就是因为英语。父母很是着急，不知道怎样才好，他们也做过一些措施，但效果平平。在他们几乎无计可施快要放弃的时候，我突生幡然醒悟的想法：诶！戚钰琪！同学们成绩都这么好，你却落在她们之后，这不行的！下定决心我要攻克数学和英语。于是乎，每到课下我总是穿越在同学之间和老师办公室，请教问题解决难题，自己巩固基础。另外，我主动要求父母帮我买练习题。皇天不负有心人，我终于在成绩上有了质的飞跃，现在七年级了，我还担任了班级的英语课代表。

再说说体育，小时候我的体育总是勉强处于中等甚至偶尔中等偏下。我经常无缘于小学的运动会，那时候的我个子小，年龄小，能力不足，从而没有得到老师和同学们的支持和信任，我并不甘心。在小学毕业的那年暑假，我为进入初中做好了脱胎换骨的准备，每天晚上饭前都会坚持跑一两千米，努力过总是会有收获总会有改变，我有幸在开学时被选进学校的手球队。刚开始训练时，我曾认真地想：我个子这么小，我怎么样才能让所有人都不看低我？如何做我才能坦然立于人群而不显得无力又渺小？我左思右想，决定在原有跑步练习上更努力，每天放学回家让妈妈在离我家有一段距离的车站边把我放下，然后自己跑回家，路程挺远的，但是我每天坚持下来，至少我坚信我每天都比别人多跑两到三千米吧！我觉得既然自己的身体条件不比人家好，那就该更加努力地去默默奋斗。

很多事，很多一眼看上去很困难的事，绝大多数人都会在做之前下意识地去抗拒，会退缩，而人群中少数的佼佼者反而迎难而上，朝着目标奋进。就像雷锋叔叔说的：“青春只属于那些勇于进取，不断拼搏、谦虚的人。”青春之路，时常伴随着坎坷和困难，我们要同困难打搏击，同自己拼意志，不顾一切地要去战胜自己，生命才会闪现夺目的光彩，那样的青春才是最美丽的最值得拥有的。

我们在美好的青春里奋斗，也在奋斗的青春中绽放美丽。

马云曾说过：“你整天玩着手机，挂着QQ，杀着游戏，你不去拼搏努力，你要青春干什么？”

“将来，青春是用来回忆的;现在，青春是用来奋斗的。”

这是习近平总书记在五四青年节时说的。我们正处于青春期阶段，这青春到底是用来奋斗，还是用来挥霍，还是两不误?人的一生是十分短暂的，青春更是短暂至极，为了将来，青春是用来奋斗的。

假设青春是用来挥霍的，那在这个很短暂的时间里我们能得到什么?是美好的回忆，是爽朗的笑声，还是珍贵的梦想?或许这些你会得到，但也许是毫无意义的。在当时，也许这回忆是美好的，可是到将来呢，也许剩下的只有悔恨了。而笑声恰巧是最轻易就能得到的，也许只是一个笑话，可是到将来呢，也许再好笑的事你也笑不出来了。每个人都有梦想，只是梦想的内容不同而已，当你在挥霍时产生了梦想，可当你想去实现它的时候，你还有多长时间?等你明白了这些道理，觉得后悔了，还有什么用?

假设奋斗挥霍两不误，那我们又能得到什么?话说，鱼和熊掌不能兼得。而且这对你自己来说也觉得是种委屈，在奋斗的道路上，是艰辛的;在挥霍的道路上，是快乐的。这是两种有些冲突的情绪，任何一种都不能达到最好。

假设青春用来奋斗，在这个过程中我们得到的是汗水，是痛苦，是疲惫。可是有句话说得好：天降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。所以汗水、痛苦和疲惫是和梦想的实现、财富和舒适相对应的。在未来，当我们回忆这一切的时候，就会觉得这一切都会是美好的，付出的一切都是值得的。

所以，我们要让青春变成最富有朝气的，最有梦想的。时光失不再来，无法回放，现在我们应该努力学习，积极向上，不做会让我们后悔的事，并且坚守我们的誓言。

我以青春的名义起誓，不负好时光，认真学习，积极努力，提高课效，超越自我!

1919年5月4日的“五四运动”它虽然已成为过去，但青春的气息仍是激励我们年轻一代前进的巨大动力，它仍将会延续。它就像一首战歌，是激动人心的号角，是慷慨激昂的;他鼓舞着所有的青年，激励着所有的青年，引领着所有的青年。它让我们明白了：青春，就应该奋斗，拥有青春就应该让她大放异彩。

青春是什么?青春可以是携子之手，浪漫而温馨地漫步于桃红柳绿之中;青春可以是把头发染成五颜六色，在大街上旁若无人地大跳千奇百怪的街舞;青春可以是无休止地泡吧，疯狂地蹦迪，如果还嫌不够刺激的话，那就去蹦极，开飞机。难道，难道青春仅仅就只剩下这些了吗?青春也可以是潜心于科学研究，十年磨一剑;青春还可以是扎根于边疆，一心谋发展;青春更可以是手擎炸药包炸碉堡时那一声惊天动地的呐喊声。青春是整个人生旅程中最绚丽的一站，最奇妙的一站，最灿烂的一站。青春孕育着无穷无尽的能量等着我们去开采，去挖掘，去释放。人生的根本目的就是对于人生价值的认识、诠释，乃至于实现，而青春正是我们实现人生价值的黄金时期。青春需要实现人生价值。

那么，所有新一代的青年们，让我放开脚步奋斗吧!

青春是一种令人羡慕的资本，凭着健康的体魄，你可以撑起一方蔚蓝的天空;凭借旺盛的精力，你可以开垦出一片神奇的土地;凭借巨大的潜力，你可以变得出类拔萃，令人刮目，青春需要去不断地奋斗，不懈地拼搏，才会有成果，有丰收。青春因搏击而美丽，青春因挫折而飞扬，青春因奋斗而精彩。

青春需要耐心、恒心和勇气。最美的样子并不是最容易得来的，这需要我们去奋斗、去搏击，只有搏击过，你才能体会到青春的真正价值、青春的美，虽然青春也有酸辛、也有劳累、也有困难、更有退缩，这时我们就要同困难作斗争、同苦难搏击、同自己拼意志，去战胜它们，使我们的青春散发出诱人的光彩;在困难面前，我们不要害怕，不要气馁，要对困难勇敢的说：“不!”挫折是我们成长的动力，前进是我们坚定的步伐。青春的年华也在一次一次挫折的拼搏后才有了意义、有了价值、有了成功。拼搏是我们的支点，奋斗是我们的力量，青春的路需要我们不断地拼搏、奋斗，去收获属于我们的精彩。

youth is a precious gift and a golden time in our life. when we are young, we are strong and healthy. it is the time for us to prepare ourselves to become responsible citizens.

youth comes only once in a lifetime, therefore, it is important that we should not waste those years in idleness and bad living. this is also the time when our memories are best. we are able to learn more during this time than when we become older. during our younger years, we have the enthusiasm to set high goals for ourselves. we also try to overcome obstacles which are placed in our way.

if we realize how precious youth is, we will be fulfilled when we are young as well as when we are older. if we waste our youth, we will spend the rest of our lives wishing we could be young again.

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.
