这个假期对我来说是十分快乐的，最令我开心的是，每天下午我都可以去为小兔采集事物。小兔最爱吃的就是蒲公英的嫩芽，黄豆叶子等。

我带上袋子、剪刀就出发了，我有时会带几个弟弟去，比如，江娃子，盈娃子，逍娃子，杨金平。

我们骑着自行车，来到山上，走进树丛，仔细的找着，蒲公英通常都长在路边，树丛里，农民的菜地偶尔也会有。蒲公英特别多，不一会就采满了，

剩下的时间就是供我们玩的了，我们最喜欢玩的是打土仗了，他们分为两方，每方二人，一位领主，一位守护者，而我吗!就是最珍贵的一方，我是一位博士，专门造“子弹”的，他们两方必须不顾一切夺到我，要不他们就没有武器，哈哈，厉害吧！他们常常为了我而打的两败俱伤呢！渐渐的，天色暗了下来，我们骑着自行车依依不舍地回了家，整个回家的路上，我们都在回忆打土仗。

比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

I’m Li Hua, a student from Class One, Grade Nine. I read your notice yesterday.  I enjoy working with children so I’d like to choose Kids’ summer camp. At present, many children live with their grandparents. Therefore, they don’t form good habits. It’s necessary for us to provide them with all kinds of help. I have made up my mind that I will teach them to read every Friday afternoon . I think I can help them to learn the ways of reading. Besides, I’ll teach them how to look after themselves. I’d like to help them solve problems in some special situations. I believe that I can help them grow better.

The lunar New Year holiday, I stayed at home and not go out, really upset, and then left a telephone, right a phone call my aunt and cousin. The grown-ups package dumplings and after they come to my cousin and I have closed the door to play computer, heard mother and young aunt whispering in the outside. After a period of time, I and my cousin go out, hot dumplings already on the table. I use chopsticks to pick up a jiaozi, bite, immediately spit it out again, hot chocolate got burned inside me. "Strange, how can have chocolate?" I asked myself, to eat the one, and pick up a bite open look, one point one was preserved egg fillings. cockroaches are the insects that frighten me the most. i wasnt afraid of them before, but now i cant stand them. it started when i was sleeping one day and smelled a disgusting odor. i discovered a dead cockroach under my body and its eggs on my pillow! i almost died! i jumped off my bed at once and took a bath quickly. the eperience made me hate cockroaches. what i find most disgusting is when i see a cockroach fly around the room. im always afraid that they m1ght land on me. hearing the sound of its wings makes me nervous and afraid. cockroaches pose a threat to our daily lives. a dirty environment will attract many cockroaches and this may threaten our health. they pollute food and water and bring many illnesses, such as dysentery and skin diseases. i cant help shivering at the sight of them.

五月，我们迎来了国际劳动节。今年的劳动节与往年不同，我们遭遇了“非典”的袭击，但我们没有退缩，我们英勇而战！

今年大家都放弃了外出旅游，但我每天早晨都在我家楼下看见家长们带小孩在打羽毛球，健身，跑步。还看到有些人去森林公园爬山。我和爸爸也加入到他们的行列，以增强体质，提高免疫力。

清晨，爸爸妈妈对我说：“伯权，今天咱们全家去爬梧桐山!”“什么，爬梧桐山?这么热的天，不热死才怪呢!”妈妈笑眯眯地说：“今天去了你再下这个结论也不迟，去还是不去?”我想，反正呆在家里也没事，不如去试试。我们爬的山是梧桐山泰山涧，那里风景如画，是深圳人去登山活动的好地方。

吃过早点，我们就出发了。在路上，我遇到了很多人，老的，小的，男的，女的……不一会儿，就到了梧桐山下，一座古色古香的牌楼矗立拔地而起，巍峨壮丽。

跑进大门，一片大草坪映入眼帘，像是镶嵌在大山脚下的一块硕大的绿宝石，草尖的露珠晶莹透彻。沿着一条登山大道进入一条曲径小路，听着涧中汩汩的流水声，不知不觉就走到了《野茶园》，那里有许多的人，我迫不及待地上了《晃悠桥》，果然名副其实，站在用钢索吊起的木板上，人不停地晃动，手脚并用，好不容易爬完几块木板，已经是大汗淋漓了。在爸爸妈妈的催促声中，我们继续慢跑前行，听着两侧的鸟语，看着路人的欢笑，我的心情不禁愉悦起来，原本沉重的脚步也轻松起来，哪有一丝热的感觉。

不多久，我们就来到《泰山涧》，眼前豁然开朗，这里空气清新，还有两个小贩，一个在卖乌龙膏，一个在卖黄瓜和芒果肉，两人一唱一和，好悠闲!

下午三点我们回到家，原本挑食的我竟然多吃了三碗稀饭，我兴奋地对爸爸说：“爸爸，明天我还要去!以后每个星期六都去登山，我还要去泰山涧看瀑布。”爸爸笑着对我说：“不会把你热坏吧!”“不会的，老师说我们要多运动身体才健康”

我开心的说。

运动之中，我们体会到生命的可贵之处，感受到生活的快乐。青春不是永恒的，但运动却是永远的。它会给我们健康，给我们快乐，带给我们世界最美好的东西。登山又可让我们知道“下山容易，上山难”的人生哲理。

When the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerbergs daughter was born, he

announced a general decision and surprised the world. Mark told media that he

would donate 99 percent of his fortune to the charity organizations. Some people

wonder why he did not save the heritage for his offspring. In fact, in western

countries, for some rich people, they dont trend to leave much fortune for

their kids, instead, they use the money to educate their children and cultivate

them to be the wise persons. The rich people leave the invisible fortune, which

is their fame. Their children can have more chances to do their business or

receive better education with their family names. The wise rich men know the

best way to educate their offspring. They teach skills and the way of thinking,

which values everything.

Freedom is an important right of people. It usually refers that you can do

want you want and live the life you want. Of course, it must be on the basis

that you can’t affect others’ freedom. Otherwise, it does not belong to your

freedom anymore. In my opinion, freedom is not you can do whatever you want, but

you don’t have to do what you don’t want to. We live in the same society, which

there are many rules constraining our behaviors. Therefore, we can’t do whatever

we want. But we are not forced to do what we don’t want to is freedom.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

I have a happy holiday. In the holiday. I have do lots of thing.

First, I make a plan. Plan about everyday life and study. My life have rule.

Second, I according to plan execuition. Enable my holiday is very amplitude.

I watch TV, too. I love English today. Because I like English very much.

Sometimes I play the computer. I can watch MTV and learn English on computer.

In May 2nd, our family and my dear uncles, aunts, and my little partners went to the ploughing house together.

There, I and my good friend Zhang Sifan chatted up, after a while, his father said: "you take the cup to catch crabs!" we are by common consent replied: "good!" so we get two cups on the sea to catch crabs, I have while looking for crabs she said to me: "put up the stone, to find the crab." So I opened a big stone, a look, a pair of purple pliers, green shell, a pair of big eyes, holding its claws, waving, as if to clip like us, so I took it out, it suddenly caught my hand. My hand was a lot of blood flow, then my good friend Zhang Sifan put one of its legs caught, put into the cup, then she took me back to the hotel for a band aid, but, surprisingly, when back to the hotel, my foot is not on the heart of small partners in the mud, down pull out up, I said: "your feet slowly forced to lift up." After a while her feet finally broke out, but the shoes are still inside, "I can help you!" I said, so I took a tremendous effort to put her shoes out, then the two of US helped each other back to the hotel, we had a rest and went down. I took a stone, saw a small crab, but ran very fast, I quickly grabbed one of its legs, put into the cup, and I told her and caught a lot of crabs, mudskippers, and a strange crab.

Its so funny. I feel a little sorry, because I only stayed there for a day, and I didnt have enough to go home, so next time I will go there to play.

In this holiday l was very happy.Why? Because my famliy go to Beijing.We saw Tiananmen.The sky was blue ,Tiananmen was red and yello.It is very nice.Then I played with my mother and father in Xiangshan.In the afteroon we went to Yuanmingyuan.

Look at Yuangmingyuan, I was very sad.In the evering we ate some litto food.

Beijing was very big.I love it very much.

五一？不错，正是它！一年一度的五一劳动节又到了。处处可见劳动者的汗水与成果。

五月二号这天我们全家来到图书馆，因为我要在这里参加“曹灿杯”朗诵比赛。我来这先领了号码签了到，找了一本书津津有味地看了起来，过了一会儿便排队去了。

看到选手一个接着一个的出来，加上比赛现场热闹非凡，我的心砰砰直跳，像是被一只无形的大手捏住了。刚才的轻松劲儿一下子就被我抛到了九宵云外，随之而来的是从未有过的紧张。

终于轮到我了，我自信满满地用温和嗓音，将我的作品完美地朗诵了出来。表演完后，我长长舒了一口气，拍拍胸脯以示安慰，我自言自语道：“别怕，一切都过去了。”之后我又看了其它选手的表演，个个都精彩无比、无可挑锡。比赛结束了，我一下子扑到妈妈怀里说：“妈妈，你知道吗？刚才我站在台上吓得快尿裤子了！”他们朝我竖起大拇指说：“你真勇敢！”

吃完一顿山珍海味后，妈妈和爸爸同意带我去运动场打乒乓球，由于我对打乒乓球只懂得一些皮毛，与爸爸交战对抗时，球一过来我就显得手忙脚乱，爸爸却自信满满。正是这个原因，爸爸以雷不速耳之势，趁我不备赢了我一球，我打了一个扣球，想扳回一局，结果球打在了球网上，又输了。爸爸说这叫“梅菜扣球”，大家哈哈大笑。

这个五一假期，给我印象很深的事自然很多，可是只有一件事给我印象最深—姥姥开刀住院照顾她的事。

姥姥是最近才得肠道类疾病，当在学校的我得知了她开刀住院的事时，我不禁打了个寒碜，紧接着是一阵担心。毕竟我可是第一次听闻自己的亲人开刀，以前总是想着开刀多腾，不要开刀，而姥姥开刀了，自然就会有一宗恐惧感。于是放学后，我父亲便赶往医院看望他。

我走进病房，一股药水的气味便扑面而来，虽然是医院，可是病房也算整洁。身穿一身蓝白条病服的姥姥见我们来了，很激动。但是人又很难坐，我连忙过去扶了一把起来，他才能勉强站得住。

“彭天明，我的外孙，来了！”姥姥看着我，拍了拍我的背，开心的说，全然一幅无病健康人的样子。

“您还好吧？”我问道。

“好，好得很呢！”姥姥笑着说道。

我妈便把我拉了过来，对我说：“姥姥这几天需要人陪，你蔡睿琪哥哥已经陪了她两天了，他出院前得由你陪啊。”

我看了看和我爸谈笑的姥姥，说：“好。”

这是我哥突然出现在我背后，拍着我肩膀说：“我陪你一起来。”

第二天，我和我哥早上坐着公车，来到医院，去陪姥姥。

一开始，我像是个士气满满的将军，上战场，做好了胜利的准备，走进了病房。姥姥笑着迎这我，我也跟她打了个招呼，于是便坐在一旁。可是过了差不多一个小时，我就坚持不住了。虽然跟自己说一定要坚持，可还有点不耐烦的样子。我哥看出来了，便把我拉到一边说：“就知道你会坚持不住，所以我来了。你要知道，我可是待了两天呢。”

我一听就急了，不行，总不能输给我哥吧，于是马上说着：“什么？谁坚持不住了，我有的是耐心。”

我哥笑着说：“有骨气。”

于是我便下定决心陪姥姥，一边陪着她，一边她。她起不来时，我扶她一把；她想睡觉时，帮她把床放低；打针打完了，帮她叫护士；帮她垫毛巾，喂它吃饭。我从不觉得无聊，有时把作业带过来做，把书带来看；有时听歌，有时和我哥聊天，关于学校关于别的。应为我知道才，有人陪姥姥他才不会孤单，有些她做不了的事，我身为孙子，帮助他是在尽我的责任。

今天，姥姥终于出院了！我十分开心，我也同时希望她能尽快的康复，尽快的恢复活力。这个五一，我学到了许多，知道了自己的责任，也培养了我的耐心，意志。因为我哥常说：男人，要耐得住寂寞。

这个五一，我有我的收获。

i have a good friend. her name is emily. we are very friendly. yesterday was her thirteenth birthday. her friend and her parents held a party for her.

it has been 2 days since i didnt come here and write my diary.today is the totally holiday for the first time. i got so much fun.i went to meet a friend who i didnt know before.she is my colleges girlfriend in the future.hehe.but unfortunately, when we get there,she wasnt there.we got a little depress .

说起今年的五一长假，那可真叫爽！

首先，我们的五一劳动节本应放三天假，到放学时教育局却临时通知，放五天假，且不用上培训！噢耶！我们班可真闹翻了。42名同学一起，喊啊喊，整个教学楼都快闹翻了。五年级其他班级立即响应，一起狂欢。突然下课铃响了，大家就哼着小曲回家了，只留下空荡荡的教室。

第二，我去爬了有“不到梧桐山，不算深圳人”之称的梧桐山。其实哪里是爬，不过是走走罢了。不过这里的生物与非生物给我留下了很深的印象，尤其是生物中的动物。

我爬山共遇到了五种动物。第一个就是巨型红蚂蚁。它的身子大概有一个大拇指那么长。我发现它还亏我有运气。

那天我坐在木椅上休息，也许是出于警觉，我扫了一眼旁边，真是“不扫不知道，一扫吓一跳。”我旁边居然有一只巨型红蚂蚁，这个可算得上是“与巨蚁共舞”了。我急忙跳起来，这才想通为何大自然处处是危机。

下面四种的发现就比较轻松了，我在巨型红蚂蚁旁边发现了个头和它一样的蜘蛛；在空中发现了狠毒地咬了我几个大包的山蚊子和栏杆上的毛毛虫（带刺）以及栏杆下的红蜘蛛。

整座山上有很多蒲公英。轻轻一吹，洁白的绒毛似的种子就随风飘扬，传到五湖四海。还有一种植物令我陶醉，那就是——三叶草，它的紫色小花在绿叶中显得更突出，远远的就能望见。

关于三叶草，有个传说，那就是三叶草有一个变种，有四个叶子，叫四叶草，得到它的人会幸运一辈子。所以我一直期待着能发现一棵。

五一长假，我可真是爽透了！

我的家乡在太谷，家乡的端午节从农历四月二十八日就拉开序幕了。

四月二十八日，是太谷城的庙会，又叫“粽叶会”。这次庙会的主打商品就是粽叶、枣、糯米这些包粽子的材料。庙会上大车小辆拉的全是粽叶，所以这天街上飘的全是粽叶味。

端午节前夕，太奶奶、太姥姥这些老人的主要工作就是给小孩子们做香囊。用各色的布料做成“心形”、“三角形”、“元宝形”的样子，里面装上五谷杂粮、艾草、中草药材等，然后用五色线给孩子们拴在手上，挂在衣服上。妈妈说，那可以避瘟疫，所以，端午节前后孩子们身上也散发着一种淡淡的艾草味。

端午节前夕，街上会出现许多小地摊，主要卖各种剪纸，有“剪刀”、有“叼着小虫的鸡”、有“牛” ……红红的剪纸衬上黄黄的底子，显得格外抢眼。说是贴在门口可以消灾避祸。

端午节前夕，街上也会出现卖艾草的小商贩。但更多的是亲朋好友在农村或其他地方采上的相互送。他们把艾草插在大门口、放在电梯里、挂在楼梯扶手上、立在房门后、站在房门上。据电脑博士说这些艾草也能避邪。所以，一进门就能闻见一股艾草味，真爽。

端午节正日，每家都会吃一顿丰盛的午饭，饭菜各不相同，但都少不了一种主食，那就是——粽子。每年端午节，姥姥都会做好多的粽子吃，吃不完的还会送给亲朋好友。有的小朋友还会带几个粽子到学校和老师同学共享，所以端午节前后连教室里也弥漫着一股粽子的香味。

家乡的端午节，虽然没有龙舟赛，不喝雄黄酒。但多少年传承下来的各种风俗丰富了人们的生活，增进了人们的情谊。所以，这些宝贵民俗文化是值得我们好好珍惜的！
