Protection of EnvironmentThere are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. 破坏环境的例子很多，那针对这些现象应该付出怎样的行动去保护环境，节约资源呢。

对于保护环境而言，首先可以多植树，多种花草美化环境，在城市多摆放垃圾桶，将可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾分类，建立垃圾回收站，可以把垃圾进行处理多次循环使用，这样既保护了环境又节约了资源，二是将污水进行处理，达标后再排放，这样就不会污染水资源了，还可将废水多次使用。

淘米水可用来洗手，洗菜，浇花，洗碗……一水多用节约水资源。然后上班上学如果近的话就可以步行或者骑自行车，既锻炼了身体又节约了资源，低碳环保，绿色行动，若路程远就选择公交车大巴，尽量少开私家车，汽车尾气排放的废气可是会污染环境的，还浪费资源，为了保护环境节约资源，应选择最合适低碳环保的交通工具。
