From my parents, I have learned that one person can really make a difference. I ll never forget their care and love. Gratefulness brings a great fullness to life. I wish they could always be happy and healthy. It is high time we expressed our gratitude to people we cherish!

那天，妈妈把饺子粉加水和成面团，把肉馅搅拌好后，就等着包我先把手洗干净，准备参加包饺子了，我想：这是很简单的事，只要把馅放到面皮里不就包好了吗？妈妈开始包饺子。只见妈妈先把和好的面揉成面团，然后用刀切成一小块，再擀成饺子皮，再把馅放进去，用大拇指和食指按在上面稍微一捏，一个又大又漂亮的饺子就包好了。我也照着妈妈的样子，先把馅放进去，然后把拇指和食指在上面用力一捏，饺子馅象火山爆发一般喷涌在我的脸上，顿时，我的脸像炸开了花，旁边的小表弟笑着说：“哥哥变成了大花脸猫了！”妈妈见状也笑了，我失去了信心，想撒手不干了，这时，妈妈对我说：“包饺子要有窍门的，左手托着皮，把馅放在皮上，用左右手的拇指和食指一起往里一收一捏一个元宝状的饺子就包好了我费了九牛二虎之力，才勉强包好一个，可是放下后那饺子像无主心骨一样扁躺在那里，呀，好难看哟！我在妈妈的指导下，继续努力越包越好，越有自信。不知不觉，我报了七八个像模像样的饺子。“啊！我终于学会了！”我非常高兴的喊了起来。十几分钟后，饺子上了餐桌，看着一盘盘热气腾腾的白花花如元宝似的饺子，我心里别提有多高兴了！

我第一次包饺子这件事会让我难忘，它告诉我：无论做甚么事都要善于观察并且要有耐心地去学习才会干好。

今年去奶奶家过年。听说,村子里有户人家养了一条狗。这条狗有一次踩到了一个捕兽夹，它的主人想去帮它解开夹子上的麻绳，结果怎么也弄不开。这条狗火了，对准主人的手腕就咬了下去。

我本来就怕狗，对这条长有虎一样斑纹的狗，更是害怕的一见到它腿就软。因为“惹不起总躲得起”所以我没事都不出门，躲在家里看电视。

大年初一，我和奶奶去看爷爷打麻将，看见虎皮狗正卧在一堆木材上，而眼睛瞪得却像二个小灯泡，而且，它望的地方是…………我!是我!它朝我叫了几声，我真想往回逃!!可我知道，我一跑，它就要追，而我，一点儿也不擅长跑步!奶奶一看我被吓成这样，赶紧护住我。当时，我被吓呆了，前面有一个水洼，我居然看也没看就踩了进去……唉!好好的心情被狗弄砸了。

但是，我发现，并不是所有的狗都那么可怕。

大奶奶家有一条黄狗，很少出去惹事。每天都喜欢来我奶奶家“串门”。我为了给自己壮胆，友好的接近这只狗。买来火腿肠来给它吃。吃饭的时候，我经常拿来大块的骨头来喂它。我不喜欢吃肉，但每一次吃饭时，我都会夹一些骨头，悄悄丢下给它吃。我摸摸它的毛，它就会眯起眼睛，大概是太舒服了吧!

年初三，我去大奶奶家玩，看见那只虎皮狗正站在不远处。我有些紧张，呆如木鸡。这时，大奶奶家中的黄狗跑了过来，蹭蹭我的腿，我知道，它是要陪我去大奶奶家。我小心翼翼的跟在它后面，当走到虎皮狗身边时，我看到这只黄狗朝虎皮狗叫了两声，谁知，那虎皮狗竟然掉头走了。我想，大概它们是“哥们”。有了这只狗的“护驾”，我去村子里玩，再也不必为有虎皮狗而烦恼了。

人和动物之间，本来就是和平相处的。如果那只虎皮狗不是因为人类伤害到它的痛处，也会像大奶奶家的黄狗一样忠诚、友好!

Last summer holiday, I visited to Xiamen with my parentsby plane. My

English teacher once told us that Xiamen is a beautiful city that worth of

visiting. We stayed there for four days. We lived in a small fishing village. On

the first day, we visited to Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen

University is consideredas the most beautiful and romantic campus in China.

Indeed, its fantastic and its buildings are distinctive. On the second days, we

enjoyed the scenery of Jimei District. On the third day, We visited to Gulangyu.

Its amazing and I like it very much. There are many small specific stores.

However, the huge tourist visitors make the small island crowed. Anyway, it was

a pleasant trip.

I am always busy with my lessons. What I have to do everyday is nothing but study.

Luckily, last summer my family went to my uncles farm.We enjoyed a really interesting holiday. During the holiday, I didnt have to get up early, nor did I need to finish many exercises. I rode the horse in the fields. I milked the cows on the farm.

To my great joy, my uncle invited me to go fishing. Life on the farm is quite different from that at school. I want to go back to spend my summer holiday again.

放暑假了，许多家长脑子里只有一个问题“放假了，带孩子去哪里玩呢？”我爸爸就想到了，香港！

香港对于我来说就像个时尚之都，到处人山人海，就像许许多多条鱼挤在一个水桶里打滚一样。人们撒一把汗，就是一阵雨。我的许多朋友的好玩儿的东西，都是从香港买回来的。而且，出国这个愿望终于实现了！

我们5点起床，6点就出发了，我们是坐大巴去，先到深圳过关，过关时，那条队伍就像鲸鱼那么长,像蛇那么细，排队大概排了两个小时，不过最后终于到了香港。

第一天，我们去了逛街，在一个很大的商场里。买了钱包和书包，晚上，和爸爸我看去看激光表演，那也就只是音乐，和几个激光，不过还带一丝震撼。

第二天，我们去了维多利亚蜡像馆，里面的模型做的惟妙惟肖，有李小龙，有成龙，有法西斯，、戴安娜、安吉丽娜朱莉，还有ladygaga、迈克尔杰克逊和麦当娜。他们的眼睛鼻子身高嘴巴，一切做的比真的人还要真！那天下午，我还尝试了香港街边小吃，非常好吃。

第三天，买了好多衣服，最后终于回去了，真舍不得这一次的香港之旅。

“啊!老鼠,走开!”我大叫着 。我简直天生是个胆小鬼，老妈却不这么认为，她决定把我训练成一个胆大鬼，第一件是就是——让我一个人睡觉。 “哦，不要！”我抱着枕头又哭又闹。爸妈不理睬我，随我“大闹天宫”，我这个“孙悟空”见没有“天兵天将”帮忙，只好停止哭闹。我委屈着，嘟着嘴，上了床。在关上灯那一瞬间，我感到了气氛的压抑与恐怖。“咚——”门似乎被谁敲打着，“哗——”风吹打着玻璃，我打了个寒颤。“好恐怖哦！”我拉起被子，将头捂住。会不会有鬼或小偷啊？

我害怕极了，屏住呼吸，不敢出声。“咚咚咚——”在无限的寂静中，忽然发出了几声响。什么？鬼怪？小偷？我不敢多想，赶紧闭上眼睛，装作睡着了。过了一会儿，周围又恢复了原本的寂静。到底是什么？我忍不住好奇，我鼓起勇气，战战兢兢地爬了起来。虽然床离窗户只有几十厘米，但我还是谨慎地慢慢地向那个方向挪移着，怕惊动了那个“人”。我接近了窗户，伸出手，碰了一下窗户，赶紧缩了回来。我清楚地看见，一个人影印在窗帘上。“你在干嘛？”那个人发话了。

我缓缓转过头来，我清楚的看见了一个人，我脑海里闪过一个念头——原来世界上真的有鬼。“啊！”我惊叫着。还没等我回过神来，已经跑进了被窝。忽然，灯开了，原来是妈妈过来看我，我松了口气。在妈妈的解释下，我安心了许多，但在关上灯那一刹那，我又感到无比得恐怖。我借着光看了看荧光手表，离我睡下还不到半个小时！

还要熬多久啊？我想着，又躲进了被窝。慢慢地，在恐怖与寂静的交织下，我合上了眼睡着了。

后来，我发现一个人睡觉不是那么恐怖了。原来做任何事都会有一个过程，在这个过程中，你可以不断成长。
