记得那是一个风和日丽的日子，老师迈着轻盈的脚步走进练功房。只见她环视了一下四周，大声说：“孩子们，今天我们开始练习打倒立，有信心做好吗?”我一听，心中不由暗自高兴：嘿嘿，打倒立有什么难的呀!我一定能做好的!当老师给我们讲了技术要领后，我便直奔后墙，选了个好位置像模像样地练习起来：我先用双手扶着地，右脚点地，左脚使劲往上一蹬，右脚一下子翘了起来。可不知道为什么，右脚才翘到半空中，我心里就像打鼓似的，“咚咚”直跳，右脚一下就不听使唤了，“砰”的一声落到了地上，“哎哟!我的脚!”虽然脚被摔着了，但是我不灰心，又继续练习。谁知我却接二连三地失败了，看着别的同学都轻松的完成了，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，连忙叫妈妈来帮忙。当我又一次翘起右脚，妈妈便紧抓住它，试探着慢慢把它扶到墙上，哈哈，我成功了!我在心里高声欢呼道，在我和妈妈的努力下，我渐渐找到了一点感觉。我继续练习着，当妈妈又一次帮我把右脚扶上墙，见我已经立得很稳了，就把手松开了，谁知我脖子一扭，双手一弯，一下子狠狠地摔在了地上。但是，我仍然没有放弃，因为我知道：李时珍不辞艰辛，走遍了大半个中国，才完成了《本草纲目》这本医学著作，他能取得这样的成就，关键就在与坚持!我又继续练习这，一遍、两遍、三遍……我终于掌握了技巧，成功了!

这件事已经过去很久了，但它却给我留下了难以磨灭的印象，每当想起这件事，它就时刻提醒我：不管遇到什么困难，我们都要勇敢地去面对，永不言弃，胜利的曙光就在前方!

I am always shy and afraid of standing in front of a lot of people, so I

part in a drama group. It can not only enhance my confidence, but also helps me

many students ask me to join their group. I conquer my fear and grow up.
