突然，我看见远处一辆手摇轮椅在风雨交加中行驶，车上坐着的是一位中年男子，由于猝不及防，他没有穿雨衣，已被大雨淋成了“水人”，他弓着背，双手吃力地摇轮椅，慢慢前行着。就在我想拿起雨衣冲出去帮他时，一阵狂风从他后面涌来，他的车速突然加快，右轮撞在了一块石头上，连人带车翻入了泥潭里。他几次试图向前爬，但都失败了。他只能拖着两条瘫痪的腿，两只胳膊支撑着身体向前爬…我的眼眶顿时湿润了，可心里却喊着：“加油，加油，加油！”终于，他又一次拾起了摔在地上的拐杖，然后将它立起，努力向上挺起身子，慢慢地站了起来，这时微笑浮上了他的眉梢，他一步一步地挪向了翻向另一侧的轮椅…突然我猛地敲了一下自己的头“呀，我怎么还愣着！”

边说边赶紧拿了雨衣，冲入大雨中。这件事虽然过去一年了，可我仍清晰地记得那位残疾人叔叔坚强的意志。尽管他没了双腿，遇到困难不能像一个正常人一样，拔腿就跑。可是他也不甘做懦弱的人，不会像困难低头。

跌倒了，再爬起来，一次又一次。这不禁让我想到自己因为受不了苦和累，从来不会帮妈妈干点家务，现在，我要试着克服这些心理障碍，勇敢地拿起扫把！当然，在学习、生活的道路上，我们也应该像这位叔叔学习，勇往直前，永不退缩！哪里跌倒了从哪里爬起来，只有这样，胜利才会向我们招手！
