四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

在暑假的某一天，我和弟弟骑着单车一起去姑妈家。再去的路上要经过一个很斜很斜的下坡，我看到那个下坡我都脚软。我准备下车把单车推下去的时候不小心轮子压到了一个石子接着车头就摇摇晃晃，后来在我和我弟弟的身旁有一架摩托车从我们的手边擦过，我一怕就把车头转进了林子里面去了。后来，我和弟弟都摔得很厉害，刚摔没多久还不怎么痛，可是那个脚一下子就肿了起来一碰就痛。我弟弟的手也扭到了。姑妈的家离这里也不算远了，我和弟弟坚强地向姑妈家去。好不容易才到了姑妈的家，姑妈看见我的脚肿地那么厉害立即带着我和弟弟去了医院拍x光，幸好弟弟没什么事，可是医生却跟我说，我的脚骨裂了。我呆了，我看了看，的确，我的脚骨里面有一条大约1。3厘米长的裂缝。医生叫我姑妈去弄一下草药压碎来给我敷脚。两个星期过去了，我终于能自己走路了，我特别高兴，特别兴奋。
