Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

首先我打算利用假期好好在家预习课文。课文预习好了，学习起来才容易些。我首先把课文读三遍，把生字画出来多读几遍，把课文读通读顺。不懂的词语，借助字典、词典弄明白；再不懂的，画出来，做上标记，等到开学学习时再问老师。把每篇课文的生字，在本子上认认真真地写几遍，做到能组词，并用所组的词语练习写话。每天坚持预习一篇文章。

除了预习课文，我打算好好看课外书。老师经常说：多读书，能使你变聪明。读书，有很多好处。因此我打算利用这个假期，好好读书。我读了《十万个为什么》，我知道了为什么一碰含羞草，它的叶子会合拢起来。读了《生命的药方》，我明白了：人要有一颗爱心，去主动关爱别人。我还会读很多的书的。
