Its very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

保持健康是非常重要的。

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食,吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品,因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料,可以给我们更多的钙,使我们的骨骼更强。

不要吃太多,因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼,如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。遵循这些,你可以很健康。

母爱是一种无私的力量，它像春天的甘霖，滋润我们这些懵懂的少年;它像坚硬的石头，为我们遮风挡雨;它像冬天的火把，让我们感到温暖。

那个冬天的夜，我因穿少了衣服而发烧，妈妈来不急穿棉衣就背着我往楼下跑，由于到了深夜，街上没有的士，妈妈只好背着我，迎着刺骨的寒风，向医院跑去，我看着妈妈单薄的身体，想：妈妈那么瘦，能承受得起我的重量吗?于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，你把我放下来，我能走!”“不要紧，妈妈背得起。”“我要自己走，这么大了还要背，丑死啦!”“不行，你要听妈妈的话。”我拗不过她，只好作罢。妈妈背着我又向医院跑去。

我感到妈妈的脚步越来越沉，速度也越来越慢。

终于到医院了，现在虽然是寒冬，可妈妈脸上挂满了豆大的汗珠，但她坚持把我送进注射室，医生把针刺进我的皮肤后，她才坐在椅子上休息。我吊点滴的时候，妈妈给我讲故事，从她的声音中，我听出她感冒了。不知不觉，两大品药水已经打完了。疲惫的妈妈又背我回家。

回到家，妈妈给我脱鞋，帮我洗手洗脸，又把我抱到床上，用手抚摸我的头，在妈妈的呵护下，我很快进入了梦乡……

啊!母爱，如果你是一片海，我就是你的一滴水;如果你是一片草原，我就是你的一棵小草;如果你是一片天，我就是你的一朵白云。
