特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。

?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼死后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。

哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!

Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams,too. When I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Luogen in future.

However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal.

After graduating from college, I found a job as a teacher.Although I was very busy with teaching, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books. Sometimes, I was so deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time. Now I have made great progress. Several of my research papers have been published. The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems. I am very happy.The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead, but I have climbed the first rung anyway.

Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it. Nothing is easy if you

don’t try your best.

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” A person who believes in these

words will keep trying to pursue his goal no matter how many times he fails. In

my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have.

Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

One reason is that if we give up easily, we will achieve nothing. It is not

unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not

feel discouraged. Besides, if we always give up when fail happens, we will can

not develop new skills. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to

reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed

in other areas of our lives.

Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Born into

poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight

elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could

have quit many times - but he didnt and because he didnt quit, he became one

of the greatest presidents in the history of America.

Lincoln was a champion For the reason that ---he ,never gave up.

In short, no matter you succeed or not, you can learn something, no matter

what we learn will help us to become more confident. If we give up, we have no

chance to make our dreams come true, if we keep trying, there is always a

In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by whats going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the worlds spinning out of control. Its easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism. Optimism help us overcome fear, supporting us with great courage and confidence to overcome any difficulties. In return, it allows us to hold on to hope. Whatever we do or whatever is done to us, it is always constructive to adopt an optimistic attitude. As the saying goes, smile and the world smiles with you, weep and you weep alone. If you let yourself down, no one can pull you out and the situation could only go from bad to worse. But as long as you have an optimistic state of mind, you can have the situation under your control and therefore be more hopeful. Last but not least, God help those who help themselves. 刚到长岗山脚下，我就被这春天的美丽给怔住了，看，原本一片枯黄的山，现在已经树木葱茏了， 仿佛一切都争着更换春装，连山中小屋门前那排冬春树也被刚抽出来的嫩枝给覆盖了。春色仿佛会流动似的，从这儿到那儿，都是一片绿色，整座山都是绿色的海洋。

欣赏了一会儿，我就向山里走去。刚走进小道，两旁的树木就吸引了我。一片片舒展开来的嫩叶，绿的好像是翡翠，像碧玉，像是用颜料涂上去似的。有的还是叶苞，一片片叶子互相抱在一起，好像一群难分难舍的好兄弟。这些枝叶婆娑的树，为长岗山贡献了最多的生机。

往下一看，比树木更绿的一抹绿进入了我的眼帘，我瞪大眼睛，仔细地看着这艳丽的颜色。这绿色比嫩绿更绿一点，但又比梅绿更浅一点。在太阳的照耀下，还会反射出亮丽的光芒。这种绿在平时是看不到的，唯有在春天的山上，才能目睹这种神秘的绿色。在软绵绵的草丛中，有一朵朵美丽的野花。这些小巧玲珑野花，这儿一朵，那儿一族，为草丛点璀得更美。一阵风吹过，几种花香融合在一起，沁人心脾。

这就是长岗山美丽的春天，令我陶醉。

秋冬已过，同样逝去了一切快乐与烦恼的上学期。春节已过，留不下酸甜快乐的寒假。又是一个新学期，开学了……

重新分组

这个学期，更要有新的面貌，老师便让我们换新组，接触新组员。等老师发下名单来，我就焉了：我们组的三位男生都是搞怪大王，女生也有点不尽人意。再看看其他组，都是一样的表情。组长们的眉头都紧锁着，眼神中也都有些失望。看来，大家都有难题喽！希望以后新的组员更会积极向上！

组员风波

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！
