This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

第二篇：暑假防溺水安全

炎热的夏日，面对着火热的烈日，到河边、池塘里痛快地“闹”一场不免是一件令人畅快的事。但是不止会发生一些令人痛伤的事件。

“小学生不得独自或与同学结伴去欧江或池溪里游泳”。这句话在学习时段，可能会产生一点儿作用，但是在节假日里，谁有能止得住呢?烈日无情地炙烤着大地，大地万物都似乎被烤焦了，这种日子，在我身边就发生了一场溺事件：

那年暑假，一对母子到我们泗洲来，应该是来探香的吧。母亲显上去好是哀老，一丝丝皱纹，黑斑已经爬上了她俏翠的面孔;儿子是一个七八岁的青春少年，听说学习是个顶尖儿，可棒拉!也听说那个小伙子从来没有去外面游过泳，也不是玩太多的游戏，纯属是一个书迷，(有点儿“呆板”样儿)。他们来的第二天傍晚，突然一个恶耗传来：“那个小伙子溺水死亡。”母亲差点晕去，急匆匆地跟到了案发现场。

我们看到那个小伙子全身赤露，躺在岸边，他经营死了，而且面像好恐怖，眼睛暴瞪着，嘴唇是紫色的，脸色十分苍白。过了一会，医务人员和民警也陆续赶到现场，医务人员给死者做了最后的急救希望，当医生双手按着死者的胸中间，一按一按地拯救时，死者口里尽吐出了白沫，比先前愈发显得更恐怖了。当医务人员宣告已经死亡时，那个可怜的母一股颈儿扑到了死者的身上，还不断地抱怨老天，说自己的儿子一些往事，在抱怨中我了解到死者刚刚靠上大学，喜事还没过，丧事就已到临头，让人也不禁为他感到悲哀。

同学们，人的生命只有一次，请珍惜自己的生命，把人生的每一分做到尽责，不要音问一时过错而白白送了一天五色的生存机会。

水是天底下最温柔的物体了，她也非常的听你的话。你把她装进圆的瓶子，她就变成圆的;你把她装进方的瓶子，她就变成方的;你把她装进长的瓶子，她就变成长的;你把她装进扁的瓶子，她就变成扁的了!可就是这样一个让人觉得温柔无比的物体，却也隐藏着无限的凶机。

河水是清冷的，让人觉得舒服的，看起来又是那么的温柔平静。会使你觉得投入她的怀抱将是非常美好的事，你也经不住她的诱惑，投入了她的怀抱，可有时她会抱着你不放。就像2004年6月26日上午，我县某一学校初一(1)班学生徐某，因天气炎热，想到欧江清冷一会儿，投入其怀抱，结果就再也回不来了。

河水是凉爽的，让人觉得舒适的，玩起来又是那么的富有情趣。你想在她身边多呆一会儿，也许你也只是想和她握握手，或者是踢踢脚，和她亲近亲近，可是她发起火来就不得了。记得2004年5月30日中午12时许，我县某一小学四年级学生朱某与几位同学在欧江边玩，朱某不慎被发火的水带走了，离开了他的亲戚朋友。

河水是无情的，让人觉得恐怖的，做起来又是那么的难以防范。也许你觉得河水那么可怕，你就不去接触她，那也就安全无事了，可她还是不一定放过你。比如2004年2月29日下午2时许，遂昌县湖山乡一中心小学二年级学生罗某在自家门口步行时，不慎滑倒掉进小溪，就被她抢走了生命。

水是生活中最常见的，也是人所离不开的。可是由于水所发生的悲剧又是不少的，仅我县中小学生在2004年的一年时间里，就发生溺水事件十一例，死亡十二人。但我们也不能因为她存在的危机而就不去接触她，要想不发生类似的悲剧，我想关键在于防范。对水如此，对其他的亦应是如此。

第四篇：暑假防溺水安全

夏天的脚步逐渐走近了，游泳又成了我们喜欢的一件事，学生溺水伤亡的事故也明显多了起来。据统计，意外溺水是儿童意外伤害的首要死因，10个因意外伤害而死亡的儿童中，有近6个是因为溺水身亡的，中小学生平均每天约有40人因溺水死亡。

那一件件本不该发生的的事件，那一幕幕因小失大而酿成的悲剧，曾让我们面对一道道刻骨的心痛。

记得去年临海杜桥镇一名12岁男孩在抓龙虾时，不慎溺水身亡;三门亭旁一个中学生在溪坑游泳，因抽筋溺亡;玉环双龙水库边一男孩为救同伴，致两人双双溺亡……

正值花季年华，这些血的惨剧令我们十分痛心。我们必须从事故中吸取教训，做好安全防范工作，坚决避免因擅自下水游泳玩耍和盲目施救等原因导致的溺水身亡。

在此，提醒同学们做到“四不”：不擅自与他人结伴下水游泳;不在无家长或老师带领下游泳;不到无安全设施、无救援人员、不熟悉的水域游泳;不擅自下水施救。

另外，要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢容易抽筋的不宜游泳;对自己的水性要有自知之明，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免呛水和溺水;在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，要立即上岸休息或呼救;当发现有人落水时或遇到同伴溺水时避免手拉手盲目施救，应立即大声呼救，同时将救生圈、竹竿、木板等物抛给溺水者，再将他拖至岸边。

同学们，溺水惨剧的发生为我们一次次地敲响了警钟。在日常生活中要提高安全意识，防患于未然。我们应注意各种游水、戏水事项，学会在遭遇溺水懂得如何自救和他人遭遇溺水时如何抢救。

一、预防溺水的措施：

1、小学生应在成人带领下游泳，学会游泳;

2、不要独自在河边、山塘边玩耍;

3、不去非游泳区游泳;

4、不会游泳者，不要游到深水区，即使带着救生圈也不安全;

5、游泳前要做适当的准备活动，以防抽筋;

二、溺水时的自救方法：

1、不要慌张，发现周围有人时立即呼救;

2、放松全身，让身体飘浮在水面上，将头部浮出水面，用脚踢水，防止体力丧失，等待救援;

3、身体下沉时，可将手掌向下压;

4、如果在水中突然抽筋，又无法靠岸时，立即求救。如周围无人，可深吸一口气潜入水中，伸直抽筋的那条腿，用手将脚趾向上扳，以解除抽筋。

三、发现有人溺水时的救护方法：

未成年人发现有人溺水，不能冒然下水营救，应立即大声呼救，或利用救生器材呼救。
