目前世界上百分之六十的地区街上都会出现有垃圾的现象，只有少数的国家有一尘不染的“美誉”，比如说：日本，日本的大街上几乎没有垃圾桶，有的话也是规定了倒垃圾的时间，其余时间不能倒垃圾，他们一般在要逛街的情况下，都会随身带个垃圾袋，以免买了东西的袋子或是遇到突发情况都不用丢脸地找别人借袋子，他们都不会像我们国家的有些人那样自私，他们每个人都有一个共同的信念：保持清洁卫生，不能让其他国家的人决得日本的卫生习惯很差！

有一种污染名叫白色垃圾，我简单介绍一下：塑料制品作为质轻，防水，防腐蚀的新型材料，在全世界被广泛运用。
