再回过头来想想我们，难道我们如今所拥有的一切都是自己所应得的吗？回首我们所做的一切：将自己吃剩的饭菜随便倒掉；洗手后，故意不关水龙头让水白白浪费掉；每次为了自己所谓的“面子”，点上一大桌子的菜，可就吃上几口，就撤了下去。还有，为了干净就大量的使用一次性餐具。你知道吗？这意味着就会有成百上千的树木面临“灭顶之灾”。将还剩的纸张随手一扔；乱扔垃圾等等。这恐怕都是我们经常干的事情吧。但是我们在做这些事情的时候有没有认真考虑过会对我们的环境有怎样的影响。现如今，在大城市中，环境问题早以成为社会关注的焦点。大气污染、水污染、全球变暖等等一系列的社会环境问题都以迫在眉睫。由于我们的行为，导致有些动物有可能甚至丧命。例如：人们为了发展经济，大力发展工业，工厂内所生产的废水无法处理。只好将废水排放到河道中，由于河水受到污染，河中的生物都没能躲过这场“大劫难”。唉，如果动物们都消失了，我们人类还能继续生存下去吗？所以，导致环境恶化的罪魁祸首就是我们人类。

人类一直以为地球上的所有资源都是取之不尽的，没有担心过自己所做的一切是否会对地球造成伤害，从不担心把千万吨废气送到天空去，又把数以亿吨计的垃圾倒进海洋。大家都认为世界这么大，这一点废物算什么?我们错了，其实地球虽大，但生物只能在海拔8千米到海底11千米的范围内生活，而占了95%的生物都只能生存在中间约3公里的范围内，人竟肆意地从三方面来弄污这有限的生活环境。

海洋污染：主要是从油船与油井漏出来的原油，农田用的杀虫剂和化肥，工厂排出的污水，矿场流出的酸性溶液;它们使得大部分的海洋湖泊都受到污染，结果不但海洋生物受害，就是鸟类和人类也可能因吃了这些生物而中毒。

陆地污染：垃圾的清理成了各大城市的重要问题，每天千万吨的垃圾中，好些是不能焚化或腐化的，如塑料、橡胶、玻璃、铝等废物。它们成了城市卫生的第一号敌人。

空气污染：这是最为直接与严重的了，主要来自工厂、汽车、发电厂等等放出的一氧化碳和硫化氢等，每天都有人因接触了这些污浊空气而染上呼吸器官或视觉器官的毛病。我们若仍然漠视专家的警告，将来一定会落到无半寸净土可住的地步。

环境污染是指人类直接或间接地向环境排放超过其自净能力的物质或能量，从而使环境的质量降低，对人类的生存与发展、生态系统和财产造成不利影响的现象。具体包括：水污染、大气污染、噪声污染、放射性污染等。水污染是指水体因某种物质的介入，而导致其化学、物理、生物或者放射性污染等方面特性的改变，从而影响水的有效利用，危害人体健康或者破坏生态环境，造成水质恶化的现象。大气污染是指空气中污染物的浓度达到有害程度，以致破坏生态系统和人类正常生存和发展的条件，对人和生物造成危害的现象。噪声污染是指所产生的环境噪声超过国家规定的环境噪声排放标准，并干扰他人正常工作、学习、生活的现象。放射性污染是指由于人类活动造成物料、人体、场所、环境介质表面或者内部出现超过国家标准的放射性物质或者射线。例如，超过国家和地方政府制定的排放污染物的标准，超种类、超量、超浓度排放污染物;未采取防止溢流和渗漏措施而装载运输油类或者有毒货物致使货物落水造成水污染;非法向大气中排放有毒有害物质，造成大气污染事故，等等。

随着科学技术水平的发展和人民生活水平的提高，环境污染也在增加，特别是在发展中国家。环境污染问题越来越成为世界各个国家的共同课题之一。

由于人们对工业高度发达的负面影响预料不够,预防不利，导致了全球性的三大危机:资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏.人类不断的向环境排放污染物质。但由于大气、水、土壤等的扩散、稀释、氧化还原、生物降解等的作用。污染物质的浓度和毒性会自然降低，这种现象叫做环境自净。如果排放的物质超过了环境的自净能力，环境质量就会发生不良变化，危害人类健康和生存，这就发生了环境污染。

环境污染会降低生物生产量，加剧环境破坏。

环境污染源主要有以下几方面：

1)工厂排出的废烟、废气、废水、废渣和噪音;

2)人们生活中排出的废烟、废气、噪音、赃水、垃圾;

3)交通工具(所有的燃油车辆、轮船、飞机等)排出的废气和噪音;

4)大量使用化肥、杀虫剂、除草剂等化学物质的农田灌溉后流出的水。

With the rapid development of the society, people can live a better life in general. So because of the improvement of people’ s living standard, more and more people own cars. Traffic jam comes to life. While people in order to be punctual, they often ignore the cars crossing on the road. This behavior will easily bring traffic accidens. On the other hand, the car owner also want to be on time and then regardlss the traffic rules, which is also easy to have traffic accidents. Both the driver and people themseves’  behaviour leads to accidents. Those accidents may take people’s lives away. It’s so terrible. 地球是人类的共同家园，然而随着科学技术的发展和经济规模的扩大，全球环境状况在过去30年里持续恶化。

曾有资料表明：1860年有气象仪器观测记录以来，全球年平均温度升高了0.6摄氏度，最暖的13个年份出现在1983年以后。20世纪90年代，全球每年受灾害影响的人数平均为1.47亿，而到了20世纪90年代，这一数字上升到了2.11亿。近几年来，我国也发生了不少自然灾害。目前，世界上约有40%的人口严重缺水，如果这一趋势得不到遏制，在30年内，全球55%以上的人口将面临水荒。

自然环境的恶化也严重威胁着地球上的野生物种，加上人类的大量捕杀，许多种动物正在逐日减少。我在报纸上看到：美州猎豹早已长离世间、猛犸象早已丧命冰河、剑齿虎早就灭绝、欧洲大雷鸟接近灭绝、非洲象被逼在了绝种的边缘……我从网上获知：臭氧层被称为大地的保护伞，因为它可以挡住大部分紫外线，如果没有臭氧层的话，人类的生存将会受到威胁。可是，因为人们大量使用化学药品，南极上空已露出了大洞，臭氧层已经遭到了人类的破坏。

我可以通过以下几种方法来宣传保护环境：

1.成立组织，诚招社会各界热爱、支持环保事业的人士加入，对社会和生活环境会产生积极的影响。

2.积极主动与社会各界各阶层人士开展交流合作，用演讲传单等形式在本地区内的中小学、各大企事业单位等区域单位进行环保宣传。

3.广泛开展义务劳动和各种形式的环境保护行动。

4.开展“植树月”活动，每年争取用一个月左右的时间来绿化自己的家园。

5.大力提倡公共交通优先和绿色出行理念，每个公民尽量选择步行，减少废气排放。

6.养成良好生活习惯，把“环保”的理念树立在心中，用身体力行影响你的家人、朋友、同学及身边的每一个人。

我想，大自然既然已经向人类发出危险的警告，如果人类再不珍惜环境的话，一定会遭到大自然报复的。为了创造美好的环境，我们要珍惜大自然赐给我们的宝贵财富，从小事做起，从自己做起，保护有限的自然资源，保护人类赖以生存的环境。我希望每个人们都拿出实际行动来弥补人类的过失。
