In an instant, and to the winter vacation, our winter vacation life rich

Nowadays, more and more middle-aged people are suffering from insomnia, as

life for the middle-aged is stressful indeed. For one thing, as they are the

backbones of their companies, they have plenty of things to do at work. And they

usually have to work overtime. For another, they have to take great

responsibilities at home, for their aged parents need to be supported and their

little children need to be brought up. Thats why they dont have enough time to

have a good rest.

To sleep well, some of them often take sleeping pills. I dont think its

good for them to do so, because the sleeping pills can only get rid of the sign

of insomnia, not the cause. And taking too much sleeping pills is bad for their

health.

Therefore, I suggest those middle-aged people should know how to relax

themselves and rest their brains. Taking a simple work after supper will be

beneficial for them. Besides, they can have a glass of milk before going to bed,

which can be helpful for their sleep.

The New Year is coming and this term has finished. Now, I can enjoy a happy

winter holiday. In winter holiday, I don’t have to get up early every morning.

It’s the best thing for me. I often get up at nine o’clock in the morning. My

parents go to work so I stay at home alone. I will go out for breakfast. Noodle,

milk and egg are my favorites. Then I go back home to watch TV or meet my

friends. We always have many things to do. My parents would go home at noon so I

have lunch at home. In the afternoon, I will sleep and then do some homework. In

short, I spend most time in playing. I love winter holiday.

Since we go to school, we are taught that no pain, no gain, it means that

When I was young at high school,I couldnt stop dreaming about my college life again and again.Suffering too much pressure form college entrance test,I always admired college students for their relaxed life in college.

In my personal opinion,living in university is  an enjoyment.Every day we can open our eyes naturally,and put on clothes in our own style without warring about teachers rigid control.Communicating with great master is no longer beyond our reach.Each course we take can be a feast for our mind and soul.After class,we will lead a rich and colorful life filled with various leisure activities such as .Library in  university is another factor I pursue.I think its an access to enhancing our comprehensive abilities to read even just scan all  sorts of

writings.Whats more,we will have so much disposable time that we can do whatever worthy.And our contact group will be extended signally via organizing and participating many activities.All in all,I once imagined that I can live a life that is substantial but meaningful.

However,I just have to admit that what I just describe is really dream.Now living in SD I cant figure out what I pursue and make a feasible career planning.So many young cynics in this schoolyard  argue for something meaningless.Worse still,the academic atmosphere has already done with nothing left.I havent found a busy but rich thing to try my best.As a matter of fact,I even cant choose a lifestyle I prefer.What a tragedy it is between dream and reality.

Since the one child policy carried on, many families had only one kid. As the children growing up, they felt lonely, because they did not have anyone to accompany. They felt so envious when they saw others have siblings. There is no doubt that the one child policy has controlled the population to increase so fast and helped people to improve their life lever. Recently, the government tends to open the second child policy slowly. People hold the different opinion. Some people think that it is good to let the child have siblings, so they will not lonely and can learn the meaning of sharing. Other people don’t want to have one more child because they don’t have enough money. They want to give the best education to the child, so they think one child is enough. the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival， everyone in the family

will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front

of the house.

On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away

from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner， people will

light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with

their own toy lanterns happily.

At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon

while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can

look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that

there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To

protect the frighten the dragon away.

The Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock strickes twelve. Good morning，ladies and gentlements， Its my honor to be here today. My name is Ramos， I am from Southeast University. My major is Mechanical design. In the past three years， Im always the top ten students in my class. I have passed the CET4 and CET6 with a high scores and also won the first prize scholorship in 214. The new term is coming and i will be wiser and wiser because i will learn

more knowlege.I will do more meaningful things that i think.First,i will get

big.Third,i will study maths,physics and English better.I will solve more

这位队员可有点怪了，看着书，一会儿掏掏鼻子，一会儿打打哈欠，一会儿摸摸耳朵，一副惟恐天下不乱的样子，好像不让老师发现他的举动就不甘心似的，真是个怪人。

敢死队员3、4号：谈天说地型

这两位同学有些不把老师放在眼里了，边看书边聊天。我隐隐约约听见他们说冒险岛OL，说漫画内容，说小说，说娱乐咨询，就连老师和同学的目光扫向他们，也无济于事。

敢死队员5号：边学边看型

这位同学好像有些明白学习的重要性，看了几分钟的书，马上立起来听老师的讲课。课上一半时，老师为了扫查班上的敢死队，把同学们一个叫起一个问问题。这下可让这群敢死队员们开始惶恐不安了，他们连书都顾不着看呢。而这位队员呢，看一会儿就学学，这一招算是对他的MISS了。

敢死队员6号：理直气壮型

这位同学可是班上的霸王级分子了（注：别乱想，不是我啊），他可是一人之下，几十人之上，谁敢对他不敬，他的落雷马上就落在你头上了，（注：我已经欠了他3顿打了，要不是我能帮他弄电脑作业，我早就魂飞天了）因此每人敢告发他。不知是她的好运还是老师放水，他这样看了一堂课，竟然都没半点被批评，真太不公平了！！

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

When students go to college, they are much free than before and can have time to do what they want. Without the school’s regulation, college students can wear the fashionable clothes. As they are affected by the commercial ads, more and more college students pursue fashion. But they need to measure their situation.

当学生上大学了，会比以前自由很多，也有时间去做他们想做的事情。没有了学规，大学生可以穿时尚的衣服。由于他们收到了商业广告的影响，越来越多的大学生追求时尚。但是他们得要衡量要自己的情况。

On the one hand, college students have the right to pursue fashion. They are young and full of energy, it is good for them to dress out their styles. The skill to dress in different situation is the course for them to learn. They will learn how to dress in the process of pursuing fashion.

一方面，大学生有权利去追求时尚。他们年轻，充满了活力，穿出自己的风格对他们来说是好的。在不同场合的穿衣技巧是他们要学习的课程。他们会在追求时尚的过程中学习打扮技巧。

On the other hand, the crazy about fashion is not proper for them. As students, they don’t have much money, they are relying on their parents, so it is not right to spend parents’ money to pursue fashion. What’s more, students’ main duty is to study, focusing too much on fashion is not right for them.

另一方面，对时尚的狂热追求是不合适的。作为学生，他们没有很多钱，还得依靠父母，所以使用父母的钱来追求时尚是不对的。而且，学生的主要责任是学习，过度关注时尚是不对的。

College students can pursue fashion, but they should not be crazy about it. They need to measure their situation and make the wise choice.

大学生可以追求时尚，但是他们不应该过度追求。他们需要衡量自己的情形，做出明智的选择。

I am a student of Hope Middle School.My campus is big and beautiful.There

are many tall trees and beautiful flowers.There is also a big playground.Our

teachers are all very kind and friendly.They work hard and teach us very

well.They take good care of us,but they are strict with us.There are forty-five

students in our class.We all get on well with each other.At school,we learn many

subjects,such as Chinese,maths and English.We try our best to learn them well.I

love my school because it’s just like my home.

After completing my military service, I have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. And I found that the Intermediate of General English Proficiency Test fits my new achievement properly.I graduated from Taipei Commercial Junior College, majored in business administration. Instead of spending much time in playing, I devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. By the way, I learned a lot from Mr. Wang, the professor of my business class. He is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion.My father is, in the same way, a good consultant to me.
