we convey successful communication? Well, there are several useful tips may help

you to improve your communication skills.

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

（2）本班的基本情况与分析

本班情况分析主要包括：抓住全班带有倾向性的问题正反两方面，对反面的主要倾向问题存在的主要原因的分析。做好分析工作的关键在于：深入地调查研究，运用辩证的思维方法，善于透过现象抓本质，分清主观因素与客观因素。情况分析要求准确、简明。

（3）本学期工作目标

目标的提出，以准确的基本情况分析为依据，针对本班目前带有共性的、倾向性问题及发展要求提出目标。

工作目标要突出重点。一学期要抓的工作很多，不能件件平均使用力量，要抓主要矛盾，抓主要问题，以求举纲带目。

（4）主要措施

措施，即实现目标的具体活动安排。措施要具体；要符合学生的年龄特征和心理特点，要生动活泼、形式多样，为学生所喜闻乐见；要注重教育效果，不搞形式主义，不做表面文章。措施定了就要执行，不能执行的就不要写进计划。

（5）时间安排

为保证计划的切实落实，对具体的活动要安排具体时间，标明周次及起止月日，时间安排要注意与学校教育活动协调，相互配合、相互衔接。时间安排要注意科学性，一周内不能活动太多，要考虑学生的负担。时间要有预见性，如要在五月开运动会，班级前两周安排相应的活动为校运动会做准备。时间安排既可用文字表达，也可以列表表述。表内容包括：周次、起止日期、教育活动内容、具体准备工作、完成情况、备注。

第三层次：计划制订人姓名与制订日期。依次分行写在正文下方。

制订计划要留有余地。因为事物是不断变化的，工作计划也不是一成不变的。但调整、变更工作计划要经学校领导批准。

工作计划完成后，应一式两份抄清，一份交学校领导做检查、督促、指导工作用，一份留自己实施。

Although I’m still a freshman in this new semester, I’ve learned a lot from the past few months. I chose English as my major because I extremely love this subject so that I will continuously devote myself into it. The new term will begin again. I worked out a new semester plan with my mom and dad. Lets see how I plan it.

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. In the course of Chinese, I have to take an active part in speaking and publish my own understanding and ideas.

In math, I think Im strong in this area, but I still have to work hard. This semester, I will continue to learn the number of the Olympiad class, improve the number of mathematical abilities. 1.结合主题教育和日常生活中渗透教育内容，培养幼儿从小树立环保意识，引导他们在力所能及的活动中掌握保护和改善环境的初浅知识和简单技能，初步确立保护环境的责任感;

2.教学上采用多用多媒体教学模式、大胆尝试新的教学模式——主体探究活动，做好观察分析孩子活动情况、发展幼儿的观察能力、动手操作能力;

3.加强幼儿的常规培养，通过平时随机地向幼儿讲清常规的要求，并采用多种形式进行训练，严格检查常规的执行情况;

4.环境教育将以主题为主要的形式。组织引导幼儿参与主题的设想与创设等各环节工作，“变废为宝”激发幼儿的环保意识和想象、创新能力。例如：收集资料、绘画、装饰、布局等。使环境能够成为幼儿构建、展示的最佳途径;

(三)卫生保健工作

1.做好卫生消毒工作防止传染病流行，，定期清洁、消毒幼儿生活用品和玩教具，保护室内外环境的清洁;

2.严格把好晨检关，做好全日观察及的记录工作，加强检查、指导;

3.对幼儿进行安全教育掌握一些基本安全常识避免出现安全事故;

4.做好日常保健工作保证幼儿健康成长，加强对个别弱易病幼儿照顾;

5.根据幼儿需要完善科学的生活常规，鼓励幼儿多吃、细嚼慢咽;

6.幼儿对天气的变化有初步的感受，并学会主动增减衣物，照顾自己;

(四)安全工作

1.认真做好晨间接待和检查工作，了解幼儿当天情绪和身体状况，及时发现幼儿的异常情况防止“手足口”等流行性疾病的传染;杜绝幼儿穿拖鞋、带危险物品入园。加强向家长宣传晨检的重要性，鼓励幼儿愉快的接受晨检;

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. It’s very beautiful and the air was good, I bought my favorite toy : weapons. I like them very much. Shanghai’s food tasted good. Today we are very happy and tired, so we slept early in the night. The third day however, we didn’t go anywhere, we stayed in the hotel until late in the afternoon. In the evening, we came back to Tianjin by plane to. This travel was fantastic!

新学期开学学习计划作文一新的学期又来临了，我的学习计划也渐渐地变重了、增加了。但是，这使我积累了许多知识，又让我有了一个好的学习目标。

一、阅读课外书。我的身边无时无刻都要放着一本课外书，只要一有空余时间，我就要津津有味的开始“吃书”!俗话说得好“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”。读的书愈来愈多，那么我也就会一点点的进步。

二、学会略读和精读。课外书是必读的，但由于我的精力有限，不可能逐字逐句的阅读，而是要大略的读，所以略读对于我来说是很重要的。语文书上的课文都是编者们精心编选的，对我们学习语文是很有帮助的。略读不仅可以增加我的阅读量，而且精读又可以对重要的语句和章节所表达的思想内容做到透彻理解。所以，学会精读和略读是我的第二目标。

三、做到课前预习，课后复习。不管是什么科目我都要做到这一点。在预习中，把不会的字、单词、题目都标记起来，这样上课也好方便问问同学们和老师。在预习语文时，我不仅要学会写和画还要学会读。对于预习语文来说，熟读课文是最重要的一步，最好是把需要背的段落多读一读，读熟了，自然也就会背了。课后复习时，多看看上课记下来的笔记，记忆深刻了，考试就不在话下了。
