Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. 我是一只美丽的白天鹅，人们都很喜欢我，每天都来看我，给我许多的面包片和麦粒，可是，很少有人知道，在这之前，我确实一直丑小鸭。

我出生在养鸭场，长的又大又丑，许多鸭子都不喜欢我，渐渐的，我的兄弟姐妹们也开始讨厌我了，没办法我只能离家出走，到别的地方。

渐渐的，秋天来了，原本绿色的树叶变得枯黄随风飘落，天气越来越冷，我必须不断地游动，否则我会被冻僵，但是湖面渐渐的结冰了，我有的范围也一点点缩小，最后，我实在太累了，晕了过去，冻在了冰里。

我醒来后，发现在一户人家里，哪里有好多小孩子，他们朝我跑来，我吓的乱飞，最后实在没办法，一头钻进了灌木林中新下的学里面去了。

慢慢的，到了春天，和煦的春风拂过我的身体，我渐渐的醒来了，杨柳随风飘舞，丁香花竞相开放着。我拍打着翅膀，惊奇的发现，我的翅膀比原来有力多了。我看见不远处有一群天鹅，他们是那么的美丽，而我是那么的丑，我朝天鹅群游了过去，天鹅们也朝我有了过来，我低着头，忽然发现，我已经不再是一只粗笨的、淡灰色的丑小鸭了，我是一只天鹅！

有许多天鹅朝我游过来，孩子们朝我抛来许多面包片和蛋糕，人们都在夸奖我，老天鹅也说我是最漂亮的。我好高兴，因为当我还是一只丑小鸭的时候，我做梦也没有想到会有这么多的幸福！

Hi！我叫吴思媛，2005年8月18日，出现在了这个世界。因此，我人生的“奇幻之旅”就这样开始啦！

在四年级时，一个“风平浪静”的下午，我激动地冲进了教室。突然，半路杀出个吴志恺，只见他大声说出了一段话：“吴思媛，五十元！”我听了觉得有些莫名其妙，以为他是来向我要钱的，便一脸惊讶地说道：“我没钱！”吴志恺听了顿时大笑起来，说：“我的意思是，你的名字！”我听了恍然大悟，因为我的名字正好是五十元的谐音！只见他瞬间在班里喊出了我的外号：五十元！将这个外号告之于众！一瞬间，我成了班级的“笑柄，”大家不约而同地喊着我的新外号。为此，我囧了整整一个下午。

五年级时，我有幸，成功地进入了校舞蹈队。但现实太残酷，因为，并不是说参加了就会很轻松。我们每天排练，反反复复地练，以至上课时腰酸背疼，提不起精神。但校舞蹈队，同时也是一个磨练心智的地方。虽然排练很累，但从中让我们体会和感受到了什么叫雨后的彩虹。因为，在不久以后，我们成功获得了县艺术节比赛一等一，以及市艺术节比赛一等二的好成绩！

六年级时，作业不断增加，压力也越来越大。但学校竟很荒唐地要我参加校队！我的内心也因此十分纠结！如果我参加了，那就代表着我将要且必须要比别人更加努力，还要将部分的精力放在舞蹈上。以往如若不是六年级，我想我一定会很高兴地就接受了，但现在不一样了。我深深地陷入了两难的状态，但是，经过我的深思熟虑后，我决定：排练的时候好好排练；学习的时候就好好学习！

这就是我，天空中不一样的“烟火”，一个我心中永远在路上不断追求的自己！
