现在的我嘛，马上进入末小时态，走向小社会，培养我的理想法官，提倡讲正气，树新风，促和谐！

为了我的理想，继续努力前进的路途不可挡，前进！向前进！瞧，我又哼上了！

1994年6月13日下午3时，在揭阳市第一人民医院的病房里，随着一声响亮的啼哭，我就诞生在这个世上了。如今，我活在这个世上已有15个年头了，纵观我整个人，好象与别人没什么不一样，无非是两只眼睛，一张嘴，两只胳膊，两条腿，惟有那独特的性格，使我的人生增添了不少乐趣。

听妈妈说过，婴儿时的我很聪明，什么东西一学就会。这不，我到了九个月就会说话了，只不过很少开尊口，有时侯，突然“咿咿呀呀”地说上几句听不懂的“外国”语，会把人吓一跳！我刚学会走路时是10个月，那时胖乎乎的，走起路来摇摇晃晃，像跳“鸭式摇摆舞”，没想到在厨房里摔了一跤，就再也不走了，直到1岁，才慢慢地走了起来，（我说呢，怎么现在成绩这么好，原来是小时候太聪明了的“后遗症”呀！不过我真是够聪明的，小小看看年纪就懂得“一朝被蛇咬，十年怕井绳”！）

一眨眼的功夫，时间老人已把婴儿时期带走了，幼儿时期缓缓走来。

幼儿时代的我，在妈妈的教育下，开始了我的日记生涯。最初，我还觉得挻新鲜的，每天都写上十几个字的经历，可是幼小的我对什么也只有三分钟的热度，后来，实在没话写了，就胡编乱造，也许这就是我幼儿时期的想像作文，什么与月亮对话，与星星玩耍哟，都出现在我的日记中，虽然是幼稚的话语，但都是切身感觉，我始终坚持着，只为了对妈妈的承诺，无论酷暑严寒。

在承诺中，我又走过了幼儿时期。

15年的亲身体验，已使我渐渐懂事起来，我也不再贪玩了，我也再不会抱怨作业的多少了，因为压力无论多大，我已经学会挤海绵似地挤时间了，遇到困难，我总是想：我小时候能克服困难写日记，现在这点小困难就不能克服了吗？正是这种信念，始终支持着我，使我勇敢地站起来。

Your letter clearly articulates all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese language as part of their elementary school education. Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will affect existing educational offerings, and to validate community interest. 吾姓徐，名显阳，后易名为显腾。

一、什么是自传

自传是一种常见的以记述自己的人生经历、成果和感悟的应用文体。一般是自己写成，因而常用第一人称。别人给自己写传称传记，一般用第三人称。因为自传是应用文体，所以真实性为它的本质特征，不能虚构不能夸张;语言也相应的以朴实为主。结构以时间为序的，平铺直叙较为常见;以事件为序的，一般有一条暗线，也是以发生前后为顺序的，也经常被使用。以书面用语写成的称自传，以口语式写成的称自述，以事件为序的称回忆录，不是自己写自己的称传记。但是，这也不是金科玉律，自己用第三人称给自己写传记的也有，只是不多见。

二、怎样写自传

自传是以记述自己的人生经历的文体。从写作的对象上来讲，是写人的文章。但是，写人除了肖像描写以外，要写出人的性格秉性品德，还是通过记事表达出来。同时，我们要清楚自传的体例，仅仅通过记事表达出人的性格品行和品德，还只是纪实不是自传。自传是自己人生经历的记录，要有源头出处、家庭环境、地域和社会环境、成长过程、从事的职业和取得的成果或感悟，这样才是一部完整的自传。

自传的第一个要求是要交代清楚自己的姓名籍贯、家庭环境，由此就把自己的人生起点交代清楚了。因此才有以后走什么路、有什么样奋斗，有什么样的人生。

自传的第二个要求就要怎样写出一个真实的、活生生的“我”来。这个“我”应该就是生活中自己的真实样子，而不是与生活中真实的自己隔着一层，让人看了之后觉得那不是你，或者不是完全真实的你。

要写出一个真实的自我，就要先正确认识自我。也许你要问了，我自己还能不认识自己吗?是的，我们每个人从出生到成长，走过的每一天每一步都在塑造着自己。在一贯的生活中，往往是看自己的长处多短处少，认识上出了偏差当局者而迷旁观者清;或者由于环境的左右自己成了自己不希望的样子，自己对自我的认识也渐渐有了偏差。写自传的过程是一个寻找、发现自我的过程。需要静下心来，重新审视一下自己，顺着时间这条线上串着的对的、不对的过去，把自己给追回来，再审视再分析，达到最终真正地认识自己目的。

完成正确认识自己的过程后，怎样在自传中真实地、生动地表达出自己是写自传的第三个要求。让我们来想一想，问一下自己：我是谁?我是一个什么样的人?我是什么样的性格?我赞成什么、反对什么?我的理想是什么，又是怎么实现的?我为什么会有以上的爱好与想法?在我成长的过程中，谁对我的影响比较大?哪些事给我留下的印象比较深?这么问下去，回答出来记录整理后，一个较为真实的自己就会从文字中间走出来了。

自传中的自己要个性鲜明，要紧扣自己的性格特点来写。我爱静还是爱动?内向还是外向?喜欢雷厉风行还是拖泥带水?都要通过事件、对话、是非爱憎，准确而又生动地表达出来。 自传中含有自己感情的流露和对事情的看法，也要写生活中的经验教训。但这些非同于其他文艺作品中的直接抒情、议论，而是寓情理于叙事之中，让读者从中感觉出来，即间接表露出来。

自传还要向别人明确传递出自己的外貌特征，使人读后留有印象，甚至一见到你本人就能根据你自传中的描写认出你。这也需要运用外貌描写的技巧，把自己写好写活。

三、写好自传应处理好的几个问题。

写自传不是件难事，我手写我心而已。老老实实地记载自己的经历，不要重复又不漏掉有价值的，用一件事来说明一个意思，完整的记录自己的经历就算得上是自传了。但是，写好一部自传就不容易了，就要处理好一下几种关系。

1、真实性与文学性的关系。自传是一种应用文体，不是文学作品。因此，就决定了它的核心特质是真实，不能虚构、不能演义、不能进行文学性描述，事实是什么样就准确记叙而已。然而，自传又是一种承载着某种思想、感悟、经验、教训希望传给后人的应用文，写的干瘪枯燥，让读者味同嚼蜡影响交流。所以，在不失真实的前提下，也需要讲究布局谋篇在结构上体现文学性;记叙中采用文学性语言，把富有生命力的生活展现得活灵活现，用语言体现文学性;要善于使用对话来刻画人物的性格，个性化的语言是特定人物特定性格的生动体现，有时一句特定的对白成就了一件传世作品，文学性给自传增色添彩。因此说：自传的真实性不排斥文学性，而是真实性与文学性的统一，关键在于作者对文学性的驾驭。

2、要正确处理好经验与教训的关系。写自传需要静下心来梳理自己的过去，既不是批判自己的过失，也不是表扬自己取得的成绩。而是客观的记录和评价这一段历史，总结某件事对你人生的影响。既然要评价就要涉及到褒贬，怎样处理这个褒贬?对有结论的事，经过时间检验这个结论是对的，又和自己的认识是一致的，服从这个结论没有问题。往往是结论是客观的，与自己的认识不一致，不愿意服从这个结论。怎么办?客观的记录这个事实的全过程，包括结论形成的过程，再把自己的认识原原本本记录下来，留给后人去评判。是正确的后人自然赞成，不对的后人自然会接受教训。站得更高的人，会把经验教训不夸大也不缩小的记录下来，给后人当作一个参照物、当做阶梯，都是留给后人的不可多得的精神财富。有这样胸怀的人，淡泊名利，对经验讲得够，对教训讲得透，是最好的处理方法。

3、处理好自传与自传体小说的关系。小说是文学作品，自传体小说是以自传为素材进行艺术加工后的文学作品。文学创作的任务是通过故事情节塑造人物形象，这个人物形象来源于生活，有真实性的一方面;它又高于生活，又有虚构、融合的另一面，这叫做文学真实。因此，写自传不能用写小说的思维来写，这样即使对自己的不负责任，也是对历史不负责任。

四、自传的技巧

1、怎样取舍材料，避免写成流水账。人生都有丰富的内容，从家庭环境、社会环境、到自己童年、青年、壮年，一路写下来一定是一部厚重的大书。然而，这就给后人留下了非常繁重的阅读任务，以至于失去读下去的信心，使你精心设计的“传帮带”初衷落空。怎样写好这部自传呢?那就有对材料进行选材、取舍的必要。这就要求挑一件最能说明你想法的事写在自传里，同类的事就不要重复了。否则，凡是必录就成流水账，就失去自传的价值。

2、怎样把平凡小事写得有价值。平凡人的自传自然都是平凡的小事。然而，唯有小事才能体现人本性，是成就大事前的铺垫，大事才能顺理成章让人信服。所以，无论是鸿篇巨制，还是千字小文，都注重细节的描写。可是，怎样才能把小事写得有价值呢?首先，要挑选最能体现人的性格的小事来写。因为，一生中的小事多如牛毛又各有不同，这就要进行取舍，挑选最有代表性的那一件。同时，在记录这件小事时，又要写得生动，写出小事给自己的感悟、给人的启迪。同时，又和大事有因果关系。那么，这件小事就成为有意义、有价值的小事了。

3、怎样坚持下去写出有分量的自传。做好一件事都不是一蹴而就的，毅力是做好一件事的基础。同样，要写好一部自传，就要求作者有毅力。但是，没有毅力就不能写自传了吗?也不是，这里面是有技巧的。

首先编好提纲，把计划做好。编提纲才能把握全盘，保证结构完整。才能按着计划写作，不至于想到哪里写到哪里，写出的作品杂乱无章。哪里写什么，哪里表达什么意思都设计好。编好提纲是写好自传的前提和条件，尤其是上了年纪的人记忆力下降了，自传又不是一天可以完成的，原有的思路被临时打断了回来又忘了，或第二天想不起来了，写不下去了。因此，编好提纲按提纲写是基本的技巧。
