元宵节是我们中国的传统节日。元宵节的习俗主要就以吃汤圆为主。

今年的元宵节我们家和以前过的不一样。以前，我们是去超市买别人已经做好了的，回家只要放在过了煮好了就可以吃了，可是那样过节是在是太没意思了。所以，今年的元宵节，我们自己包汤圆。

我跟着姥姥一步一步地学着。先把准备好的一包糯米倒入一个较大的碗或盆里，倒入十分之七的温水，把这个面调均匀后放好。面做好了，该弄馅了。这次是用黑芝麻馅的，买馅的时候这个是一大快，要先用刀切的一小块一小块的，不要太小，也不要太大。再把他一块一块的搓成圆形。

面和馅都做好了，就要开始包了。先从面团上掐一块面下来，捏成扁饼形，拿一粒先放在最中间，把旁边的面往上推，逐渐变成一个圆，再用手捏一捏不平的地方，搓成一个团，再在面上滚几圈，一个汤圆就完成了。

就这样，一个又一个的汤圆在我的手中诞生了。最重要的是下锅煮。先把锅里的水烧开，然后把汤圆扔进水里，煮到汤圆向上漂，水“咕嘟咕嘟”冒泡时，就是已经煮熟了。把火关了，把汤圆捞出来，就可以吃了。

吃着自己做的汤圆，心里也甜滋滋的。

今年的元宵节，我终于学会了自己煮汤圆！

以往的元宵节都是妈妈煮汤圆给我吃，今年我想学着煮汤圆给妈妈和爸爸吃，希望他们能看到我的成长！

一个周六，我把作业写完了，就来到厨房，一把抢过勺子，对妈妈说：“老妈，今天让我当一次大厨吗?!”“不行，写作业去”。“完了。”“那好”。“耶——”!妈妈又强调说：“记得等水开了，放汤圆，水再开，点水两三次，等……”“好了，知道了，出去当美食家去!”

我把妈妈拉离“战场”，开始“作战”了，我按妈妈说的先倒水然后放汤圆，这时我十分认真的观察，汤圆象一个个跳水运动员一样……“我的妈呀!”原来，因为太认真被溅出的水光荣的打伤了，我咬咬牙，等待着水开。水开了，点水点了两三次。然后就在一旁做起了我的“厨师梦”，我心里想着又白又滑又甜又香的汤圆就要诞生了，我的口水也开始了马拉松比赛。汤圆终于熟了，闭着眼睛打开锅盖，希望能给我一个惊喜，当我睁开眼睛的那一刹那，我的厨师梦彻底粉碎了：在热腾腾的蒸汽当中，透着一点点黑色，仔细一看，汤圆都脱了洁白的外衣，露出了它的“狰狞”面目。我惊叫起来“上帝!这是一锅黑汤啊!”我怀疑这“煤球”能吃吗?后面的更别提了。“美食家”亮分“60”，不可能吧，刚及格……

每年春节过后，紧接着迎来的就是元宵节。“元宵”指的是春节过后第一个月圆之夜。在春节这个由大小节日组成的节日群，如果腊八、祭灶被视为春节序曲的话，元宵节就是春节这首节日协奏曲的收尾部分，是东方的狂欢节。老百姓除了吃元宵，民间还会举行赏月、燃灯放烟花、竞猜灯谜、舞龙舞狮、走病驱鼠等活动。

奶奶从超市里买了许多汤圆。我围着奶奶要她马上煮汤圆给我吃。奶奶说“好的”。说完，奶奶就开始煮汤圆。等奶奶煮好后，我马上拿个碗走过去，奶奶给我盛了一大碗。我高兴地端起汤圆就一下子吃了十几个，，吃着元宵，看着电视，好不热闹。吃得我的小肚子胀胀的。味道真好啊!奶奶问我还要不要。我说不要了，一点也吃不下去了。吃完那美味的汤圆后，我们把一串如蛇的鞭炮点燃，那“噼里啪啦，噼里啪啦”的声音传入我们的耳朵。那每一个都代表我们一个心愿。“噼里啪啦”代表在工作·学习上能够“噼里啪啦”;在身体上能够壮如虎;在生活上能够美满幸福，开开心心;生活越多越美满……·放完鞭炮，我们全家一起去看烟花。那烟花美丽极了，“砰”一声响，一个烟花急速的冲上去，又是一声“砰”然后绽放出一朵美丽而又娇艳的“鲜花”那“鲜花”是由五彩缤纷的颜色组成的，就像一朵七色花。那“花‘形状很多，有的像一个大圆盘;有的全部绽放开了，像是一个太阳花似的，金光闪闪，十分漂亮;还有的像流星雨一样，先绽放出一朵美丽的花，然后“哗——”一次落了下来，就像天上落下金光闪闪的星星……突然，只听见一声巨响，“啊”我不由得大声叫起来原来是一个又大又圆又美的烟花，就在那一瞬间，我发现这个烟花有三层，每一层颜色都不一样，看到这一幕，我感叹道;真是太美了!

不一会，烟花放完了，我们依依不舍的离开了这，回到了家。回到了家，仍然意犹未尽，在脑海里回忆着每一幅美丽的画卷。

今天我起得特别早，因为我要学包汤圆，并且要吃自己包的汤圆。

我先拿出汤圆粉，把汤圆粉倒进小盆里，再放些热水，把汤圆粉搅拌均匀，然后用手大力地揉捏汤圆粉，揉呀揉，捏呀捏，我的手都酸疼了才捏揉好。接着在汤圆面团中揪出一个小面团，放在手掌上搓圆，用大拇指在中间按一个小窝，然后把芝麻，花生和糖做的馅放进窝里，再包起来。我因为把馅放得太多，馅容易露出来了，我再轻轻地把馅拿走一些，再把面皮补上。妈妈说："你真粗心，包汤圆时馅不能放太多，也不能太少，太多的话馅会流出来，太少的话就没味道。"我觉得妈妈说得有道理。第一个汤圆做出来了，胖敦敦的，我看了笑起来。又开始包第二个汤圆。这次有经验了，我把汤圆面团搓成一个圆形，再按个窝，把芝麻，花生和糖放进窝里，这次放的馅不多不少，刚好合适。我用均匀的力把汤圆粘好搓圆。这个汤圆比上一个漂亮多了。我又抓了一小块汤圆把面团做起来。真是熟能生巧，反复几次，我终于学会了包汤圆。

汤圆包好了，我迫不及待地把汤圆放进烧沸的锅里煮。妈妈说："汤圆浮上水面来就熟了。"我心里一直想，做汤圆并不是一件小事，认真做才能做得成功。过了几分钟后，汤圆熟了，全部浮出水面。我舀了两碗给爸爸妈妈吃，我也舀了半碗津津有味地吃起来。吃着自己亲手包的汤圆，感到特别有滋味！

元宵节是我国的四大节日之一，元宵节一过，春节也就算过完了，所以这一天是非常隆重和热闹的。以前，人们主要是看花灯与舞龙，现在燃放烟花，人们观看烟花也就成为庆祝节日的方式之一了。

晚上七点多一点，我就着急地叫爸爸妈妈带我上工人体育馆去，听说那八点整要放烟花的。走在街上，看到路上有很多与我一样想看烟花的人，大家老老小小一家人，显得十分的高兴。人真是多呀，挤得水泄不通。

八点钟到了，只听见几声沉闷的声音，一个个烟花带着红红的火星窜上了天空，几声脆响，夜空绽放出几朵美丽的花朵。它们的形状和颜色各不相同，有五颜六色的满天星，金黄色的蒲公英，紫色的牵牛花，火红的玫瑰花，粉红的月季、银色的百合……，绚丽多彩。

随着一声声的炮响，人们在惊呼，在赞叹，夜色中，人们微微扬起的脸上也变幻着多姿的色彩，也露出了幸福的笑容，他们不也像一朵朵美丽的烟花吗!

以前元宵节是在自己家中度过，唯有晚饭后方才被允许跑到大街上与小伙伴们一起。然而今年却是在舅舅家度过。而正因为如此，今年的元宵节才让我如此难忘。

嫂子前年九月份刚添了个小孩儿，今年已一岁半了，正是无忧无虑，活泼好动的时候，所以场面格外的热闹。我们先是吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐，然后欣赏了美丽的烟花并放飞了孔明灯，接下来就是观看我一岁半的小侄子的表演。

他也很会和我们这些‘观众’互动，偶尔拉上我十三岁的弟弟和他一起跳舞，或是跑到我们身边给我们来个飞吻，当我们要去抱他时却又迅速跑开了。

房间内的笑声不断，窗外的烟花也绚烂夺目。房内的笑声穿过窗户，越过正盛开的烟花，向着远方飞去……

吃汤圆的风俗是怎样形成的呢?原来，农历正月十五，是一年中第一个月圆之夜，这一天叫上元月，这天晚上称汤圆。自唐朝开始，民间就有汤圆之夜观灯的风俗。据载，汉文帝刘恒将农历正月十五正式定为元宵节。现在，元宵节有很多民俗活动，例如舞龙舞狮、放灯观灯、吃汤圆等。

正月十五前后几天，街头巷尾，家家张灯结彩，公共场所还举行花灯比赛，所以，正月十五又称灯节。

我想，元宵节又观花灯，又看焰火，又热闹，又有汤圆吃，所以，元宵节一直流传到今天。人们大概都爱过这个节日吧?至少，我很喜欢过元宵节，也非常喜欢吃汤圆。
