今天，是一年一度正月的元宵节。等到了晚上，我们一家人去公园去看烟花。我们到了公园，这里人山人海，热闹非凡。我们随着人流到了楼房上，打开窗户，眼望八方，不知从哪放起。就这样等着，盼着。

开始放烟花了，我心潮澎湃。首先，几颗明亮的火星一颗接着一颗冲上了灰暗的天空，刹那间，火星炸开了，变成了一朵朵五光十色的巨大的花蕊，又好似一位美丽的仙女，把希望的花瓣洒向了人间。有时候又像一团团金色的火光“毕剥毕剥”地炸开来。红的，黄的，蓝的，绿的，紫的各种各样的颜色把天空打扮得绚利多彩，特别是是紫色，那么耀眼，使人心旷神怡。炸完了，在场的观众一呼百应。

接着，还放了玉花门的烟花，千姿百态。令人滑稽的烟火像一条条活蹦乱跳的小鱼，又像一只只到处乱跑的老鼠从又粗又短的爆竹里蹿出来，飞来飞去，数量越来越多，千丝万缕。彩虹桥令人拍手叫好：两个爆竹，一个烟花飞向左边，另一个飞向右边，形成了一座五颜六色的彩虹桥，又似月牙。许多烟花令人赞叹不已。有的像许花环套在一起，有的像一把撑开的彩色雨伞，有的像彗星，还有的像长长的瀑布倾泻而下，又像下起了圆圆的小水珠，壮观极了。天空已是光辉灿烂，烟花更是光彩夺目，目不暇接。

不过最出众的还是“流星雨”，只见火苗一飞冲天，顷刻间在空中炸开，声音如雷贯耳，炸开的流星拖着细长的尾巴四散奔逃，又飘飘然燃地落了下来，拖去了小尾巴，瞧!尾巴们成了才展开带黄色的嫩叶的柳丝，随后升腾起一缕白烟，宛若春风袅袅，我的思绪飞到了“碧绿妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦”的柳树群中。夜空像是一条包罗万象的锦缎，绣上了一个又一个五光十色的花卉，绚丽多彩……

烟火晚会结束了，我依然沉浸在那火树银花美丽的境界中，久久不能平静。我真希望今后的生活，也能象这烟花一样绚丽多彩

每年的正月十五，就是我国最热闹的节日――元宵节，每一年的那一天，我们家都过得非常高兴。

在我们那个地方，在元宵节的习俗就是吃汤圆，寓意就是让每家都团团圆圆，今晚奶奶的“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我利用以前奶奶教我煮汤圆的经验：先将糯米粉用开水调和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了会过稀;当然也不能过少，要是少了会没有粘性。然后取一块皮在手掌中搓成圆形，再用手指在上面按一个窝，把芝麻捣碎做馅，放在里面“包”好。放馅时一定不可以太贪心，否则会把皮的“肚子”给撑破的。包好后，终于可以下锅了。我按照奶奶说的煮汤圆的四个诀窍：“开水下锅，慢水煮，点冷水，勤换水”将自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放进水里。没多久，可以起锅了，掀开盖子，只见一个个雪白的汤圆漂浮在水中，彼此紧贴着，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，将它们舀到碗里，闻着那香喷喷的味道，忍不住咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我刚把汤圆端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃开了。大家高兴地吃完了我煮的汤圆，“美食家”奶奶给我打了一个九十三分，夸我长大了，懂事了。我兴奋不已，第一次煮汤圆就得到这么高的评价，我心里美滋滋的。

元宵节吃汤圆，吃了汤圆好团圆。每天晕下届家家户户必不可少的就是吃汤圆了吧。每逢元宵晚会上都会唱起一首歌“卖汤圆，卖汤圆，小二哥的汤圆圆又圆，一碗汤圆满又满，三毛钱呀买一碗，汤圆汤圆卖汤圆，汤圆一样可以当茶饭。”一听到这首歌对汤圆的思念又多了一些。

元宵节这天我们家最高兴的就是吃汤圆了，因为爸爸妈妈工作忙，我们家的汤圆都是买来的。爷爷是最喜欢吃汤圆的，可是妈妈说爷爷年龄大了不能吃太多的甜食。元宵节晚上，我们一家人围坐在一起吃晚饭，看晚会。一桌子的好吃的，看的都应接不暇的，更不好说吃了。什么都想吃点。妈妈说：“都别吃太饱啊，我这就煮汤圆去了。”一句话把我们的兴趣都吊起来了，大家都等着汤圆上桌。不一会妈妈就端着碗给我们分汤圆了，又圆又大的汤圆在看里面看起来好看极了，好像一个个白白胖胖的大娃娃一样。我迫不及待的就拿起来碗先吃一个，一口都吞不下去，慢慢咬了一小口，烫嘴的陷就流了出来，又烫又香甜。我在嘴里慢慢咀嚼，真是好吃极了。连着吃了两三个都是黑芝麻的，怎么巧克力的都没有了呢。妈妈说你别着急啊，吃汤圆就像买彩票一样，哪能就吃到你想吃的。妈妈吧自己碗里的汤圆都弄开看了看，把巧克力的都给我了。吃碗汤圆我的肚皮圆滚滚的就像一个大汤圆一样，惹的全家都哈哈大笑。

今年的汤圆真好吃，其实只要是和一家人在一起，无论什么陷的汤圆都会香甜。

“百里不同风，千里不同俗。”我最喜欢元宵节，虽然不清楚它的来源，但在我的家乡，这一天就要做汤圆、吃汤圆。今天是元宵节，我正在做梦，一声呼唤把我惊醒，我睡眼朦胧地看见一个身影立在我的床前，“奶奶什么事呀？”奶奶有点儿生气地说：“昨天你不是说，要我教你做汤圆吗？怎么现在起不来了？”我一听，马上笑嘻嘻地说：“我的好奶奶，我这就起来。”说完，一个鲤鱼跃龙门我就起来了。

“好了，奶奶，我们第一步做什么呢？”我歪着脑袋看着奶奶好奇地问，奶奶笑着说：“第一步呀，先把材料准备好。”然后我把做汤圆要用的红糖、芝麻、汤圆粉、水、菜板、菜刀……摆放餐桌上。开始做汤圆了，奶奶教我用汤圆粉堆成一座“小山”，用手挖一个洞，倒入差不多的水，开始和粉。开始揉粉的时候很稀，因为水倒多了，所以我又加点粉，慢慢地揉了好一会儿，汤圆粉揉好了。接着做馅料。这个简单，就是把红糖、芝麻和在一起，我偷吃了一点，味道真不错。

把揉好的粉揪一小块下来，揉一揉，压扁做成小碗状，将馅料放进去，捏住，再揉圆，一个白白胖胖的汤圆就出炉啦。我和奶奶一起动手，速度快极了，汤圆包好后，奶奶烧开一锅水，把汤圆一个个的下进去，再用小火慢慢的煮了一会，直到白胖的汤圆全都浮到水面上就捞进碗里。

奶奶做的汤圆香甜不腻，含在嘴里吞下去，感觉心都是甜的，我一口气吃了六个呢！可我做的汤圆呢，就差多了，有的还开了膛，馅料都跑了出来，一“怒”之下，我把它们都用油煎成了糖饼，这是我做的，当然是由我来消灭啦，其实也挺好吃的。

On Lantern Festival people go outside to have a look at the lanterns and guess the riddles on the lanterns. Perhaps you call see some wonderful folk performances,Dragon Dance and Yangko. Everything is very interesting and everyone is very happy. Our life is rich and varied.

元宵节

元宵节是中国的一个传统节日。通常在阴历年的第一个月的第十五天庆祝。

元宵节是中国最大的节日之一。在元宵节到来的几天前，人们就开始做灯笼，有的被做成动物，有的被做成蔬菜，有的被做成水果，各种样式都有。做灯笼时，人们通常在上面写上谜语。在元宵节前夜，所有的灯笼都被挂起来。

在元宵节这天，人们都出来看灯笼和猜灯谜，也许你还能看见一些精彩的民间表演龙舞和秧歌。每件事都很有趣，每个人都很高兴，我们的生活丰富多彩。

元宵节这天，我起的很早，因为我要学习包汤圆。

我先拿出汤圆粉，把汤圆粉倒进小盆里，再放一些热水，把汤圆粉搅拌均匀，然后用手大力地揉捏汤圆粉，揉呀揉，捏呀捏，我的手都酸疼了才捏揉好；接着在汤圆面团中揪出一个小面团，放在手掌上搓圆，用大拇指在中间按一个小窝；然后把芝麻，花生和糖做的馅放进窝里，再包起来；我因为把馅放得太多，馅都露出来了，我再轻轻地把馅拿走一些，再把面皮补上；妈妈说：你真粗心，包汤圆时馅不能放太多，也不能太少，太多的话馅会流出来，太少的话就没味道。我觉得妈妈说得有道理。第一个汤圆做出来了，胖敦敦的，我看了笑起来。又开始包第二个汤圆。这次有经验了，我把汤圆面团搓成一个圆形，再按个窝，把芝麻，花生和糖放进窝里，这次放的馅不多不少，刚好合适。我用均匀的力把汤圆粘好搓圆。这个汤圆比上一个漂亮多了。我又抓了一小块汤圆面团做起来，真是熟能生巧，反复几次，我终于学会了包汤圆。

汤圆包好了，我迫不及待地把汤圆放进烧沸的锅里煮。妈妈说：汤圆浮上水面来就熟了。我心里一直想，做汤圆并不是一件小事，认真做才能做得成功。过了几分钟后，汤圆熟了，全部浮出水面。我舀了两碗给爸爸妈妈吃，我也舀了半碗津津有味地吃起来。

吃着自己包的汤圆，感觉比外面买的还要好吃，心里也美滋滋的。

今天是元宵节，家家户户都要聚在一起吃汤圆。往年都是妈妈一个人做，我在一旁看着吃现成的。今天我决心试一试，让妈妈享一次现成福。

妈妈听啦很高兴，为我作啦准备。第一道工序是揉米粉。我往粉里倒进一点水，然后用手掺和。可是水太少，掺和来掺和去，就是粘不成团。我又倒进半碗水掺和。可这回水又放多啦，盆里的粉成啦糊糊。忙啦丰天却一事无成，我有些灰心啦。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“做事要有耐心。再试着加点干粉，慢慢来。”于是，我按妈妈的指点，边加干粉边揉搓，终于把粉团揉成啦。

开始做汤口啦。心想，这回要容易多啦，搓圆粉球谁不会做！我抓起一小团粉，捏成半圈，把馅放进去，轻轻合上口，用手搓起来。谁知用力太猛，粉团散成啦碎块。我把馅和粉分开，重新把粉捏成半圈，放上馅再搓。由于不取用力，搓啦半天，粉团也没搓固，还裂开啦一条缝。我又小心把缝压紧再搓，好不容易才把第一个汤固做成。我把汤固放到大盘里，看见它中间大两头小的怪样子，我和妈妈都笑起来。妈妈又告诉我：“搓汤固的时候，用力要均匀，两只手要合起来，不能仲得太直。”我照妈妈的指点调整啦姿势和力度，结果一个比一个好。在妈妈的鼓励下，我高兴极啦，不一会就做啦满满一大盘。

看着盘里又白又圈的汤因，心里真高兴。我终于在妈妈的指导下学会做汤圈啦，从原来只知吃不会做，变成啦一个会做会吃的人。同时，通过这个“第一次”，也让我真正体会到啦勤动手、勤动脑的重要性。因为任何一件事情要想熟能生巧，掌握规律，有亲自实践，反复练习，并不断总结、改进，才能达到目的。
