看着盘里又白又圈的汤因，心里真高兴。我终于在妈妈的指导下学会做汤圈啦，从原来只知吃不会做，变成啦一个会做会吃的人。同时，通过这个“第一次”，也让我真正体会到啦勤动手、勤动脑的重要性。因为任何一件事情要想熟能生巧，掌握规律，有亲自实践，反复练习，并不断总结、改进，才能达到目的。

元宵节是我们中国的传统节日。元宵节的习俗主要就以吃汤圆为主。

今年的元宵节我们家和以前过的不一样。以前，我们是去超市买别人已经做好了的，回家只要放在过了煮好了就可以吃了，可是那样过节是在是太没意思了。所以，今年的元宵节，我们自己包汤圆。

我跟着姥姥一步一步地学着。先把准备好的一包糯米倒入一个较大的碗或盆里，倒入十分之七的温水，把这个面调均匀后放好。面做好了，该弄馅了。这次是用黑芝麻馅的，买馅的时候这个是一大快，要先用刀切的一小块一小块的，不要太小，也不要太大。再把他一块一块的搓成圆形。

面和馅都做好了，就要开始包了。先从面团上掐一块面下来，捏成扁饼形，拿一粒先放在最中间，把旁边的面往上推，逐渐变成一个圆，再用手捏一捏不平的地方，搓成一个团，再在面上滚几圈，一个汤圆就完成了。

就这样，一个又一个的汤圆在我的手中诞生了。最重要的是下锅煮。先把锅里的水烧开，然后把汤圆扔进水里，煮到汤圆向上漂，水“咕嘟咕嘟”冒泡时，就是已经煮熟了。把火关了，把汤圆捞出来，就可以吃了。

元宵夜，我们一家人围在一起包汤圆。记得那一天，我和爸爸、妈妈、外公、外婆一起在厨房里包汤圆。我们先准备好材料：糯米粉、水和芝麻馅。就要和面了，我先把白花花的面粉倒在一个盆子里，然后在面粉上倒水，但我一不小心倒多了，面粉几乎成了面粉汤。没有办法，我只能将计就计，多拿了一把糯米粉放上，这才好些。看着动作利索的外婆已经捏了许多的汤圆，整整齐齐地放在盘子里，我也赶紧拿了一块面粉放在手心里搓，小面团在手掌间滚来滚去，越滚越圆，好像一颗大珍珠。接着我把它压成圆片，在里面放上芝麻馅，又用力一合，在手中滚呀，滚呀，不一会儿就变得又白又胖又圆，真像一张白白胖胖的小圆脸。就这样一只可爱的汤圆在我手中诞生了。跟大家的一比较，才发现我的汤圆整整小了一圈。爸爸风趣地说：“小孩子包的就是小孩子样!”我反唇相讥：“这叫与众不同!你瞧，多可爱呀!”

经过大家的一番劳动，盘子里的汤圆越来越多，没多久就把所有的面粉都包完了。最后一步也是最关键的一步，由外婆把关，在煮开了的水中把一颗颗汤圆放进去。过了一会儿，汤圆从锅底慢慢地浮了上来，不时地翻滚着，犹如一个个小银珠在锅里跳着欢快的舞蹈。

“开锅了，开锅了!”我开心地欢呼起来。好香啊!我围在锅前，寻找到了自己做的汤圆，美滋滋地想：这锅中的汤圆里包的不仅仅只是芝麻馅，还包进了无穷的欢乐啊!

2月11日是元宵节，我做完了家庭作业，妈妈说：“今天是元宵节，我们今天要吃汤圆。当我听见了后，我跳得有三尺高。

妈妈开始下汤圆了，妈妈先把水烧开，接着我跑过去说：“妈妈，今天我来做汤圆吧!”妈妈还是答应了。我想妈妈就这么让我做汤圆一定是妈妈想教我几道菜。

水开了，妈妈让我把汤圆包装纸打开，把汤圆到下去，我正想往里倒，妈妈说：“你这样会溅起水把自己的手烫到的，妈妈让我拿锅铲去接着再倒下去就不会在烫到手了。

过了几分钟，我急的都等不急了，妈妈说：“别急，马上就可以盛汤圆了。不一会汤圆好了，就这样一锅沸气腾腾地汤圆就好了。

今天是 正月十五元宵节，酷爱吃汤圆的我准备和奶奶一起搓汤圆。

首先，奶奶准备了搓汤圆的面和馅，馅有豆沙、芝麻、花生和荠菜。材料都准备好了后，奶奶先把面倒进面盆，然后倒进热水，水要适量，不能太多，太多面就变面糊了，太少也不行。只见奶奶加了水就开始揉，继续少加点水，继续揉，面就成一个大大面团了。

接着，奶奶把大面团揪成一个个小块，我心急地拿起一个就捏，结果没搓好，面全部粘在手心，好不容易拿下来，手掌心还留了很多。奶奶看了忍不住笑，说：“我先来给你做个示范，好好学着啊!”只见奶奶先揪下一块儿面，然后搓成一个圆球，再从中间往下一摁，形成一个小碗，把馅往里一放，一捏、一搓，一个个精致的汤圆出现在我的眼前。奶奶补充说：“搓之前手心里放点干面，这样手就不会粘，搓时上下手应该要配合好力度，要一气呵成地搓好，不要搓两下看看，再搓，这样就搓不好。”于是，我就按照奶奶的方法，真的不再粘手了，而且搓得还圆溜溜的，乐得我拿着圆子开心得叫起来。

这时，奶奶突然问我：“你知道元宵节的来历吗?”这下可难住我了。奶奶说：“每年的 农历正月十五 是一年中第一个月圆之夜，也是一元复始、大地回春的夜晚，也是庆贺新春的延续。元宵节又称为‘上元节’，在这天上皓月高悬的夜晚，人们要点起彩灯万盏，以示庆贺。出门赏月、燃灯放焰、喜猜灯谜、共吃元宵，合家团聚、同庆佳节，其乐融融。”

“哦，我明白了!我明白了 ! 原来元宵节象征着合家团圆!”

很快汤圆搓好了，锅里的水也开了，把一个个小小的汤圆放进锅里，真想现在就吃到，我急急地守候在锅边，准备品尝美味的元宵。没一会儿，汤圆熟了，我迫不急待地吃了一个，嗯，又香又甜、美味无比!

此时，奶奶才注意到我的脸早就变花脸了，连忙叫我洗洗，这一次搓汤圆的经历使我第一次感受到了自己动手、亲身体验的喜悦，我兴奋极了。我不仅学会了搓汤圆，感受了劳动的喜悦，还体会到 “合家团圆”的重大意义!

今天是元宵节，一早起来，我和大大去明湖超市买汤圆。我看到汤圆在冰箱里，用一个个盆子装着，上面有一卷袋子，还有一个勺子。我撕了个袋子放进里面，用勺子把汤圆装进袋子，每次装5个。

有3种汤圆，有白芝麻的，黑芝麻的，绿茶的，像一个个石头，硬硬的。我装了半袋，去称称多少斤，阿姨用胶布把袋子口包好了，还贴了个小标签。我发现不够，袋子不能打开再装了，才一斤多，要吃两斤才够，我只好拿个袋子再装。装了一斤多，是0.556千克，第一次0.57千克，我拿去交钱。我不知是哪个位置，后来找到了，在柜台前面，阿姨用机器一照，共15.9元。我拿出钱数了数，零钱不够，把一张20元给阿姨，阿姨没办法找钱，叫我多把1块给她，她找了5.1元。大大说我买东西经常不用零钱，我一张张数太慢了，大大骂我，我生气了。

回到家里，我把汤圆倒进锅里蒸热，2分钟后汤圆浮上来了。我用大网勺把它们装进3个碗，有紫，有白，有绿，然后关火，上次吃汤圆的人是慧静雅213，她在国成买的，我吃汤圆开始时很甜，后来感觉有点呕，大大叫我不要了，我还是吃，因为很珍贵。其它时间也可以吃汤圆，没用手机照下来，以后要照。
