我见外婆先是用开水倒入装有糯米粉的盆子里，然后不断的用力搓面，一直搓到像一大块橡皮泥一样有韧性，接着外婆又用精妙的手法把面搓成了一个宝塔的形状，然后外婆又从“宝塔”的顶尖上拽下一块块小面团，从中间掏出一个洞，我见外婆这样做，也拿起一个小面团从中间挖了一个洞，然后再用两个手相配合着将这个洞越搞越大，最后再把准备好的黑芝麻馅放入洞内，用大拇指和食慢慢捏，接着将洞口封住把封口的汤圆放在手心上，用两个手柔和地将汤圆搓圆。这样一个汤圆就完成了。但是我看看自己手上的这个汤圆再和外婆手上的这个比，真是差别太大了，但外婆还是夸奖了我。后来我们将汤圆煮熟，等到汤圆煮熟之后便浮上了锅面，煮熟后的汤圆个个又大又白，看了之后便叫人嘴馋。大家吃汤圆是都夸我和外婆的手艺好，我吃着汤圆心里觉得美滋滋。

看着汤圆，我仿佛看到了以后日子的团团圆圆，和和美美。

到了天台，我急忙把孔明灯展开。有一个说法：“在孔明灯上写上自己的愿望，会美梦成真的。”我赶紧拿起笔甜甜美美的写上了自己的愿望，找来了哥哥，帮我点上蜡烛，刚刚点亮就飘上去了。放之前还是大的，可到了天空中却一点点变小了。

孔明灯飞走了，寄托着我的愿望，渐渐的消失在天空中……

元宵佳节可真好啊!大街上，小巷里大家聊着，可真是热热闹闹的。真想下一个元宵佳节快快来到，那该有多好啊!

下午五点二十五分，妈妈问我晚餐想吃什么。我说吃饭，可妈妈说吃不下。碰巧，今天妈妈买了包汤圆的材料。妈妈说："今天晚上，我们一起包汤圆吧！"

妈妈先去做准备，我去书房写作业。

过了一会儿，妈妈在厨房里喊我："星星，过来包汤圆了！"

"好！我来了！"我钻进厨房，只见汤圆馅儿紫的发亮，原来是用紫薯加炼乳做成的，看起来可诱人了。我馋得直流口水，目不转睛地盯着它。趁妈妈不注意，我偷偷吃了一勺。"哇，太好吃了！"我情不自禁地夸赞起来。

呀！不好，露馅了！妈妈转过头来笑着说："你这调皮的小馋猫。"说完，我和妈妈都笑了起来。

一年一度的元宵节又来到了，元宵节又称上元佳节，是春节后迎来的又一个传统佳节。

元宵节早在2000多年前的西汉就有了，元宵赏灯始于东汉明帝时期，明帝提倡佛教，听说佛教有正月十五日僧人观佛舍利，点灯敬佛的做法，就命令这一天夜晚在皇宫和寺庙里点灯敬佛，令士族庶民都挂灯。以后这种佛教礼仪节日逐渐形成民间盛大的节日。就节期长短而言，汉代才一天，到唐代已为三天，宋代则长达五天，明代更是自初八点灯，一直到正月十七的夜里才落灯，整整十天。

岁月不断流逝，但元宵节的很多民间习俗至今非常盛行。比如舞龙、舞狮、跑旱船、踩高跷、扭秧歌、猜灯谜、放烟花等活动，给元宵节增添了光彩。

除了这些活动以外，元宵节还有包元宵的习俗。今天我有幸跟爸爸妈妈到外婆家，正巧碰到外婆在包元宵，我就跟外婆学了起来。外婆先用开水来和糯米粉，然后不断地用力揉面，一直揉的像橡皮泥一样有韧性，接着把面揉成宝塔的形状，从“宝塔”的顶儿上拽下一块块面团，搓成圆团，中间掏个洞，两只手相配合把洞越揉越大，把准备好的豆沙馅，放在这个洞里，用大拇指和食指慢慢捏，接着把洞口封住，最后，把做好的元宵放在手心，两只手柔和地将元宵搓圆，这样一个元宵就做成了。看了外婆包元宵，我的手忍不住痒痒了，卷起袖子也包了起来。虽然我包的元宵馅子少、大小不一、奇形怪状，但还是得到了外婆的表扬。

最后一道工序就是煮元宵了，我们把元宵放在烧开的水里，不一会儿水滚开了，元宵一个个漂在水面上。看到这一个个白花花、圆滚滚的元宵真叫人眼馋!我们大家吃着这热腾腾的元宵，心里感到非常舒畅，我的脸上堆满了笑容乐呵呵地说：“元宵象征着我们的生活甜甜美美，团团圆圆。”

今年我家过的元宵节和往年可不同。元宵节那天一早，爸爸说：“往年我们都是买现成做好的汤圆来吃，今年我们自己做，怎样？”我一听，连忙拍手叫好！于是，我们立即行动去准备材料。

做汤圆的材料准备好后了，我们马上动手。我先把面粉倒进一个小盆里，加上适量的水，用双手一直搓一直搓，好不容易搓成面团。然后我再用擀面棒把小面团擀成扁扁的皮。瞧我这小马虎，一个汤圆还没包成，衣服上、脸上、头发上，都沾上了面粉。我才不管这些，把花生粒往汤圆上倒，整个汤圆皮上都倒满了花生粒，包都包不上。妈妈对我说：“一个汤圆的馅，只是汤圆的二分之一就可以了，皮太厚或太薄都不行。”

于是，我再擀了一块皮。这一次，我可小心翼翼地把汤圆皮擀得不薄不厚，倒入适量的花生粒。我以为这次肯定会包得很完美了，谁知，当我想把包上花生粒的汤圆皮揉成圆球状时，用力过度，一按，就把汤圆给弄扁了，花生粒也流出来了。

我不气馁，再擀了一块汤圆皮，倒上花生粒，小心地包上，用双手掌把汤圆轻轻地按在中间，慢慢地把它揉成圆球团。我慢慢地揉着，越揉越快。终于，我做的汤圆问世啦！成功的喜悦让我继续做下去。第二个，第三个，第四个……当全部汤圆都做好后，就把它们放到热水里煮。

汤圆煮熟了，我立即吃了一个。嗯，真好吃！

今天是 正月十五元宵节，酷爱吃汤圆的我准备和奶奶一起搓汤圆。

接着，奶奶把大面团揪成一个个小块，我心急地拿起一个就捏，结果没搓好，面全部粘在手心，好不容易拿下来，手掌心还留了很多。奶奶看了忍不住笑，说：“我先来给你做个示范，好好学着啊!”只见奶奶先揪下一块儿面，然后搓成一个圆球，再从中间往下一摁，形成一个小碗，把馅往里一放，一捏、一搓，一个个精致的汤圆出现在我的眼前。奶奶补充说：“搓之前手心里放点干面，这样手就不会粘，搓时上下手应该要配合好力度，要一气呵成地搓好，不要搓两下看看，再搓，这样就搓不好。”于是，我就按照奶奶的方法，真的不再粘手了，而且搓得还圆溜溜的，乐得我拿着圆子开心得叫起来。

这时，奶奶突然问我：“你知道元宵节的来历吗?”这下可难住我了。奶奶说：“每年的 农历正月十五 是一年中第一个月圆之夜，也是一元复始、大地回春的夜晚，也是庆贺新春的延续。元宵节又称为‘上元节’，在这天上皓月高悬的夜晚，人们要点起彩灯万盏，以示庆贺。出门赏月、燃灯放焰、喜猜灯谜、共吃元宵，合家团聚、同庆佳节，其乐融融。”

此时，奶奶才注意到我的脸早就变花脸了，连忙叫我洗洗，这一次搓汤圆的经历使我第一次感受到了自己动手、亲身体验的喜悦，我兴奋极了。我不仅学会了搓汤圆，感受了劳动的喜悦，还体会到 “合家团圆”的重大意义!

元宵节，妈妈给我讲起了元宵节的由来：传说在很久以前，凶禽猛兽很多，四处伤害人和牲畜，人们就组织起来去打它们，有一只神鸟困为迷路而降落人间，却意外地被不知情的猎人给射死了。天帝知道后十分震怒，立即传旨，下令天兵于正月十五日到人间放火，把人间的人畜财产通通烧死。天帝的女儿心地善良，不忍心看百姓无辜受难，就冒着生命的危险，偷偷驾着祥云来到人间，把这个消息告诉了人们。众人听说了这个消息，有如头上响了一个焦雷，吓得不知如何是好，过了好久，才有个老人家想出个法子。他说：“在正月十四、十五、十六日这三天，每户人家都在家里张灯结彩、点响爆竹、燃放烟火。这样一来，天帝就会以为人们都被烧死了。大家听了都点头称是，便分头准备去了。到了正月十五这天晚上，天帝往下一看，发觉人间一片红光，响声震天，连续三个夜晚都是如此，以为是大火燃烧的火焰。人们就这样保住了自己的生命及财产。为了纪念这次成功，从此每到正月十五，家家户户都悬挂灯笼，放烟火来纪念这个日子。妈妈说完将一碗汤圆端到我面前，我刚要张嘴妈妈仿佛知道我要问什么就说：“正月十五吃元宵是因为正月十五的月亮是一年中最圆的，所以元宵做成圆型表示月亮，团团圆圆。今天家家户户团聚在一起吃团圆饭，也一定要吃汤圆来表示永远团圆。”

元宵节有个习俗就是吃汤圆，寓意着让每家团团圆圆，今晚奶奶“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮汤圆的经验：先将糯米粉用开水调和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了会过稀；也不能过少，少了会没粘性。然后取一块皮在手掌中搓成圆形，再用手指在上面按一个窝，把芝麻捣碎做馅，放在里面“包”好。放馅时一定不可以太贪心，否则会把皮的“肚子”给撑破的。终于包好后，可以下锅了。我又按照奶奶说的煮汤圆的四个诀窍：“开水下锅，慢水煮，点冷水，勤换水”于是便将自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放进水里。没多久，可以起锅了，掀开盖子，只见一个个雪白的汤圆漂浮在水上，彼此紧贴着，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，将它们舀到碗里，闻着那香喷喷的味道，忍不住先咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我刚把汤圆端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃开了。大家高兴地吃完了我煮的汤圆，“美食家”奶奶还给我打了一个九十五分，夸我长大了，懂事了。我兴奋不已，第一次煮汤圆就得到这么高的评价，我心里美滋滋的。
