妈妈才示范了一个，碗就让我抢走了，我按照妈妈教的，小心翼翼地把汤圆放到了锅里，这艰难的一步终于走过去了，就剩两步就可以端上桌啦!那就是让汤圆煮熟后加糖。经过了十几分钟的等待，汤圆终于出锅了，我尝了一个，味道还不错。我的心里乐得像汤圆一样甜。

经过了这次煮汤圆，也让我明白了遇事要多动脑筋多学习，事情最终会得到圆满的解决的。

今天是中国传统节日之一元宵节。我和妈妈在家包汤圆。起先，我们订好分工计划——我负责烧水、煮汤圆，妈妈负责和面、包汤圆。

妈妈先和面，将面粉放入盆里，用手拌来拌去，不过一会儿，手上便粘满了面粉，妈妈用手搓来搓去，手上的面粉全没了。不过一会儿，便出现了一块大面团，妈妈将它分成了一个个小份，再将它搓圆，然后压扁，放入包心，再合起来，一个圆溜溜的大汤圆就完成了。还是如此，妈妈包了一个又一个，当快要包好的时候，妈妈发话了：“张屹，现在可以烧水了，注意把水放到锅的一半，把火候控制到最大。”一阵功夫过后，妈妈的汤圆全部包好了，我的水也烧开了，我把火调小了一点，再把汤圆从锅边轻轻的放了进去。2分钟后锅里又沸腾了起来，妈妈说再把火调小一点让它焖一下，汤圆全部浮上来了。这样又焖了2分钟，我们的汤圆全部煮熟了。

吃着自己亲手煮的汤圆，感觉别有一番风味。

终于迎来了一年一度的元宵佳节。元宵节这天，可是要吃汤圆的，以前，我们都是买着吃的，可这一次，我们可是自己包哦！

不要以为包汤圆有多么难，其实很简单。

我们要准备的材料有：最最重要的汤圆粉，还有汤圆馅（汤圆馅可以自己选择口味），一个铁勺子，还有一碗温水（现接现倒）。 我先把二分之一的汤圆粉倒进一个干净的盆子里，再把温水一点一点地倒进去和成面之后就可以开始包了！

揪一小块面团，按成饼把陷包进去封着口，剩下的就剩把他团成球了。可是遇到困难了，团球乃是本人的禁区之一，从小就不会团球老是把他团成各种形状。为此我感到苦恼不已。我亲爱的妈咪教了我很多办法，but，孺子不可教也，我学不会……最后下锅的，有些 是形状各异的，不用说那是我包的，我哪说那都是我的，个个晶莹的汤圆 出锅了，我咬上一口，露出了里面的馅，这馅别提有多鲜了。还有外面那层糯米，粘乎乎的糯糯的，两样合起来一起吃，更是鲜上加鲜。那汤圆我一口气吃了五个呢！这汤圆实在太好吃了！

我虽然包得是四不像，但这是我第一次包的饺子，它凝聚了我的心血。嚼着它，这碗“四不像饺子”别提有多好吃了！

今年的元宵节过得真是太有趣了！

一个阳光明媚的下午，阿姨准备教我搓汤圆，我信心满满，激动不已。

元宵节还可以观花灯。大街上处处张灯结彩，整条大街像是办喜事，热闹而美丽。在这一天还可以猜灯谜，在灯笼下贴上一张张灯谜纸，既可以动脑筋，又可以观灯，还可以得到意想不到的礼物，真是一举多得啊!

元宵节也是一个浪漫的节日，听妈妈讲元宵节还是中国的“情人节” 。这一天，情侣们手拉着手一起去观灯、看表演。笑声洋溢着整条街，幸福洒满每个人的心。

元宵节那一天最热闹的无过于放礼花了，街上人很多，每个人都站在了最佳观赏烟花的位置。放烟花的人来了，他点燃了烟花，“呯呯”开始放了。看，一只像老鼠一样的烟花冲上天了，一炸五颜六色的花点儿就在天上飞舞，过了一会儿又不见了。紧接着，又飞上了一朵花像流星雨一样从天而降，就像天女散花……人越来越多了，笑声越来越响了，一朵朵“花”也越来越好看了……大伙儿沉浸在欢声笑语的元宵夜之中。

元宵节家家户户聚在一起，累了，困了，一会儿就进入了美妙的梦乡，我想，人们也一定会笑得很开心的。

今天是元宵节，家家户户都要聚在一起吃汤圆。往年都是妈妈一个人做，我在一旁看着吃现成的。今天我决心试一试，让妈妈享一次现成福。

妈妈听啦很高兴，为我作啦准备。第一道工序是揉米粉。我往粉里倒进一点水，然后用手掺和。可是水太少，掺和来掺和去，就是粘不成团。我又倒进半碗水掺和。可这回水又放多啦，盆里的粉成啦糊糊。忙啦丰天却一事无成，我有些灰心啦。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“做事要有耐心。再试着加点干粉，慢慢来。”于是，我按妈妈的指点，边加干粉边揉搓，终于把粉团揉成啦。

开始做汤口啦。心想，这回要容易多啦，搓圆粉球谁不会做！我抓起一小团粉，捏成半圈，把馅放进去，轻轻合上口，用手搓起来。谁知用力太猛，粉团散成啦碎块。我把馅和粉分开，重新把粉捏成半圈，放上馅再搓。由于不取用力，搓啦半天，粉团也没搓固，还裂开啦一条缝。我又小心把缝压紧再搓，好不容易才把第一个汤固做成。我把汤固放到大盘里，看见它中间大两头小的怪样子，我和妈妈都笑起来。妈妈又告诉我：“搓汤固的时候，用力要均匀，两只手要合起来，不能仲得太直。”我照妈妈的指点调整啦姿势和力度，结果一个比一个好。在妈妈的鼓励下，我高兴极啦，不一会就做啦满满一大盘。

看着盘里又白又圈的汤因，心里真高兴。我终于在妈妈的指导下学会做汤圈啦，从原来只知吃不会做，变成啦一个会做会吃的人。同时，通过这个“第一次”，也让我真正体会到啦勤动手、勤动脑的重要性。因为任何一件事情要想熟能生巧，掌握规律，有亲自实践，反复练习，并不断总结、改进，才能达到目的。

今天是 正月十五元宵节，酷爱吃汤圆的我准备和奶奶一起搓汤圆。

首先，奶奶准备了搓汤圆的面和馅，馅有豆沙、芝麻、花生和荠菜。材料都准备好了后，奶奶先把面倒进面盆，然后倒进热水，水要适量，不能太多，太多面就变面糊了，太少也不行。只见奶奶加了水就开始揉，继续少加点水，继续揉，面就成一个大大面团了。

接着，奶奶把大面团揪成一个个小块，我心急地拿起一个就捏，结果没搓好，面全部粘在手心，好不容易拿下来，手掌心还留了很多。奶奶看了忍不住笑，说：“我先来给你做个示范，好好学着啊!”只见奶奶先揪下一块儿面，然后搓成一个圆球，再从中间往下一摁，形成一个小碗，把馅往里一放，一捏、一搓，一个个精致的汤圆出现在我的眼前。奶奶补充说：“搓之前手心里放点干面，这样手就不会粘，搓时上下手应该要配合好力度，要一气呵成地搓好，不要搓两下看看，再搓，这样就搓不好。”于是，我就按照奶奶的方法，真的不再粘手了，而且搓得还圆溜溜的，乐得我拿着圆子开心得叫起来。

晚上七点在邢侗公园放礼花。我们全家六点三十分吃饱了饭，爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶和我去看礼花，在路上，人来人往，川流不息，有城里的、有农村里来的，有开车的，有骑三轮车的等等，我们一家边说边聊。到了邢侗公园你会看到公园门前，是从四面八方赶来观看礼花和灯会的，其中有拄着拐棍的老人，还有咿咿呀呀不会说话的孩子，热闹极了。时间到了，瞬间礼炮齐鸣，百花绽放，美丽的礼花姿态不一，变化多端，有的是半圆形、有的是扇面形、还有的是圆形、还有说不出来的一些形状;有的像小灯笼、有的像瀑布，有的像向日葵，还有的像垂柳，最可爱的是像那一群群得小蜜蜂在百花丛中辛勤的采蜜，漂亮极了!真是五彩缤纷，火树银花，美丽极啦!真可以用一句诗来形容：“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨(礼)花开”。

农历正月十五，我们这儿家家户户都要吃汤圆，闹元宵，看灯会。

下午，奶奶拿了一盆糯米粉，放到了一只凳子上，叫我帮助她去拿住脸盆的边沿，不让脸盆动。我答应了一声，就帮奶奶把脸盆扶住了。然后，奶奶就拿来了一碗开水倒进了脸盆里，接着，她用双手用力地和起来。米粉很快就被奶奶和成了一团，脸盆边上的干粉还有许多，奶奶叫我再去拿一点水来倒进脸盆里有干粉的地方。她拿起和成的粉团往放有水和干粉的地方和了起来。不一会儿，奶奶就把一个粉团和好了。她还把脸盆边上的粉都沾在了粉团上面，再和了一下。

等到吃汤圆前半个小时，奶奶开始动手做了起来。我看到她从粉团上面抓了一团粉，用手搓成了一个圆柱形，然后，在中间挖了一个孔，边挖边转，那个孔渐渐变大了。接着，奶奶把剁好的肉泥放了一点进去。然后，她就把这一个汤圆收口了。我看着奶奶做的样子觉得自己也心动了，也想亲手去做汤圆。我立刻跟奶奶说了一声就动手做了起来。我像奶奶一样做着。我觉得没有自己做得没有奶奶那样容易，但是也把一个汤圆做好了。奶奶看了看说：“嗯，第一个能够做得这么好，已经不错了。”接着我又跟着奶奶做了下去。不到二十分钟，我们就把汤圆全部做好了。

接着，就是煮汤圆了。奶奶把水浇开，就放了一半汤圆下去。这时，锅子里的热气冒了起来，人的眼睛都快睁不开了。

烧了几分钟，奶奶倒了两次冷水，才揭开锅盖说：“好了，现在可以盛起来吃了。”这时，我看到汤圆已经全部浮在了水面上。爸爸动手盛汤圆。他先给我盛了一碗。我却把第一碗端给了奶奶，让奶奶先吃。这时，奶奶笑得连眼睛都看不见了。然后，我接过爸爸递给我的汤圆津津有味地吃了起来。

元宵节，就要吃汤圆，所以，我现在写的作文题目就是元宵节，这元宵节不仅要吃汤圆，还要过夜宵呢，所谓夜宵就是到了深夜吃东西，就叫夜宵。刚好元宵节才过去了，所以我对元宵节还记忆犹新。

那天，我爷爷就用面粉弄汤圆。买了黑芝麻糖和桂花拌在一起，做汤圆的馅儿，弄好以后，就开始下锅煮了，煮的时间一定要长，要等过锅子里水都在作响的时候才能捞汤圆上来吃，否则，面不熟，里面自然也是生的，所以要在适合的时间才能开锅，吃美味香甜的汤圆。

煮过的汤圆香而又嫩，再加上黑芝糖的甜与桂花的香，煮了的汤圆就更好吃了，当然，这也离不开我爷爷辛苦了。到了深夜，就要开始吃夜宵了，夜宵中，有鲜奶、面包等东西，吃完了，元宵节就过了。

虽然，元宵节不怎么特别，但还可以的，因为元宵节可以吃又香、又嫩、又甜、又白的汤圆。

妈妈说要教我包汤圆，我兴奋得不得了，因为这是我第一次包汤圆。

看着妈妈准备好的面粉，我惊呆了，心想：“汤圆是用什么做的呢?难道这些面粉就可以做成圆圆的汤圆吗?”妈妈似乎看出了我的想法：“汤圆就是用它做出来的。先把糯米粉加适量的水调匀，做成糯米皮，然后取一小块放在手心搓圆，在上面按一个小窝，把汤圆馅儿放在小窝里，将糯米皮包住搓圆，一个圆圆的汤圆就做好了。”我照着妈妈的话做了起来。还自创了毛毛虫、小乌龟、棒棒糖等形状的汤圆，看着这些“作品”，妈妈直夸我有创意。原来做汤圆是这么有趣的事情。
