如今，雷锋精神不仅在中国传唱，连外国的学生也“学雷锋”，在美国，学雷锋已经成为学校对学生是否毕业的一项考核标准。高中生能否获得毕业证书，除了学分，成绩等要求外，还要求无偿地为社会服务数十个小时。申请大学时想要在这方面打动招生老师，六七十个小时为“学雷锋”是远远不够的！

4xxxx年来，全世界都在在历程弘雷锋精神，它是我们中华民族精神的一部分。啊！雷锋，我们的兄弟，我们的榜样，“你的精神就像一滴特殊的油，能覆盖整个海洋，使世界变得更加平静！”

是的，雷锋属于中国，属于东方，也属于全世界！雷锋属于昨天，属于今天，也属于明天！

雷锋精神如同一面火红的战旗，将永远在我们队伍 的前头迎风招展，猎猎飘扬。

今天是三月五日，学校开展学雷锋树新风，向雷锋叔叔学习主题活动，虽然我没见过雷锋，但我知道关于雷锋叔叔的事迹，都是我从爸爸妈妈那听到的，我回到家中打开电脑，我认真的看了一回雷锋叔叔的电影，被他的种.种事迹和精神深深打动了，我下决心一定要做一个向雷锋叔叔学习的好学生。

说来也巧，晚上我和妈妈一起去超市购物，我正忙着挑选物品的时候，一位阿姨与我擦肩而过，忽然我听到“啪”的一声，一个银白色的手机掉在我的脚边，我想，一定是那个阿姨掉的，我连忙追了过去，突然，妈妈走过来，说：“小斌，走了!”我对妈妈说：“妈妈，有个阿姨的手机掉了，我想给她送过去。”妈妈点了点头。

我急忙追了过去，甚至忘了手中的商品还没付钱呢。突然，保安走过来对我说：“请把商品结账再离开。”我把商品往台上一放，就跟了过去，我找到了她时，她已经走好远了，我边跑边对阿姨喊：“阿姨，你的手机掉了”?“阿姨，快停下!”我跑了过去，把手机给了阿姨，阿姨摸着我的头，笑着对我说：“谢谢你，小朋友!明天董事长要给我打电话，没有这手机，我还不知道怎么办呢!”我不好意思地说：“嘿嘿!我也是无意中发现的!”阿姨与我道别后就离开了，我也回去找妈妈了。

回到家里，妈妈问我怎么了，我就把事情的经过给妈妈讲了一遍，妈妈对我说：“你做的很对，值得表扬。”我对妈妈说：“我会继续发扬的。”

通过这件事，我品尝到了“帮助别人快乐自己”，如果你要问我你喜欢什么滋味，我就会自豪地回答，我喜欢那种帮助人的滋味。通过这件事我从中悟到一个道理“学雷锋做好事”是件非常快乐而且容易的事情。

what! The summer vacation goes by so fast, fifty days will pass in a blink

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

go online to find a classmate I miss, chatting, bickering, and solving the pain

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,

so that I could keep fit and keep my body in good shape. At the same time, I

also want to find my own fun and hobbies. Make this summer a little more

fulfilling.

When I first started learning, I could not learn the basic skills given by

the coach. Even sometimes the coach has already taught me hands-on, and I still

dont understand. Just when I lost my confidence and was about to give up, the

coach came to me and said, "It doesnt matter, whoever learns skills will not go

through a little setback and will be smooth sailing? Who has an amazing talent,

one step to the sky? Dont you rely on the accumulation of bit by bit to make

the same movement well? As long as there is perseverance, the iron pillar will

be ground into a needle!"

After listening to what the coach said, I was at a loss. Begin to practice

hard: I practice pitching on the court while the coach calls everyone to rest.

The coach said that when school was over, I practiced three-step layups on the

court and didnt leave until my family came to tell me. I also often share my

experience with my classmates...

As the saying goes, hard work pays off, and my hard work is not in vain -

now, my basketball skills have improved by leaps and bounds, and I dont only

know a little bit like before. And my physique has also improved, I wont run

out of breath after running 400 meters like before - playing basketball is happy

and healthy!

This summer vacation is happy and fulfilling, and I look forward to the

昨天是雷锋日，我想大家都做了一件或许多件好事吧！我就做了两件，但是，里面有一件很感动的。

那天我和妈妈去新世纪买风筝，我们怎么也没找到，我就让妈妈把电动车骑到另外那个口，到了那里，我大声喊：“妈妈，看那有风筝。”妈妈就很快的骑到那里。我让妈妈给我买一个可以在没有风的时候也能飞的风筝。

突然，我看到一大堆人围在一个地方，我就想看看。但是妈妈说：“我们买了风筝再。看吧。”我只好跟着妈妈去买风筝，我买了以后赶紧让妈妈带我去，妈妈就用最快的速度来到人群中，我看到了一个妇女不知为何，在那里哭着，手上还拿着一些钱，我就问妈妈：“妈妈，那是干嘛的呀？”妈妈说：“那好好观察一下吧。”我就好好的看了一下，原来，那个妇女的孩子的腿不知怎么整的，竟然都不能走了，他把他家的钱都放进手术费上了，但是，还是不够。所以他就让大女儿唱歌挣钱来了。我看着这位大姐姐和那位妇女，很可怜他们，最终，我决定把过年的时候的压岁钱给他们，但是我现在只有一百，其他的钱在老家，就让妈妈骑着电动车来这里，我坐上车让妈妈把我带到那位大姐姐，我就给了大姐姐一百元后就走了。

这真是个有意思的雷锋日。

As we know , English has become an internationallanguage. It is more

popular than any other language inChina. English is widely spoken inthe world

and it is the most useful language around the world . But how tolearn it well

?

The best way is to use it all the time . If we cantalk in English , think

in English we can learn it well . At school , we shouldlearn to hear , speak,

read and write carefully . We should spend enough timein practicing English . If

we keep on working hard at English , we will be ableto be good at it one day

你们知道吗?有这样一位叔叔，他是一颗螺丝钉，做了许多平凡的事，帮助过许多需要帮助的人。他虽然平凡，但是在我的心里却是伟大的。

在我们的身边，有许许多多的雷锋。他们在各自的工作岗位，辛勤的工作，为人民服务。

辛勤的园丁，她们每天认真的批改作业，帮助我们，关心我们。就比如我们班的向老师，批改作业非常仔细。一次，我的语文试卷上，有两个逗号没有写，向老师的火眼金睛，一下子就发现了，她用红笔给我作上记号。杨老师生病了，她用嘶哑的嗓音，坚持给我们上数学课。她们热爱自己的工作，也爱我们，给了我们快乐。我们辛勤的老师不正是雷锋吗?

环卫工人，那些叔叔阿姨们每天都在街上工作。不管是刮风下雨，还是烈日炎炎，她们没有星期天，没有节假日。当我们还在睡梦中的时侯，当我们在玩耍的时侯，当我们因寒冷呆在家里烤火的时侯唰唰唰、唰唰唰她们在扫大街。她们每天给街道洗脸，我们的城市变得更漂亮了。我们勤劳的环卫工人不正是雷锋吗?

解放军叔叔，他们守卫着祖国的每一寸土地。他们抗洪抢险，抗震救灾，总是冲在前面。他们是最可爱的人，这不正是雷锋吗?

在学校，老师教导我们要向雷锋叔叔学习，帮助同学。假如同学遇到困难，我一定要帮助他。在教室里，我看见同学的书掉到地上了，就会给他拾起来。有一次，同学打了预防针，放学的时候，我帮他拿书包。这些都是小事，不知道算不算好事，但我学会了帮助同学。

敬爱的老师，环卫工人们，解放军叔叔让我们向他们致敬吧!我想对他们说，你们是最可爱的人。
