她叫婷，是一个很乖的女孩子。也不知道怎么的，我们无意之间就成了朋友，其实我们并不是一种类型的女孩儿。大部分的人刚见到我，都觉得我是个比较文静的女孩子，不过我并不是这样的，我在现实生活中，是一个很任性的孩子，喜欢自由，我行我素的那种；而她却是一个绝对的乖乖女，从来不会让家人和老师担心。

初遇婷，是三年级的时候，她是一个转校生。对于她的到来，我很不以为然，根本就没有和她成为朋友的欲望，可能是她太普通了吧。

只到有一天，我过生日，问了班上的许多好朋友，放学要不要去参加我的生日，可是她们都说没有时间。那一整天，我都失魂落魄的，做什么事都心情，简直是郁闷到了极点。

终于熬到放学了，我无精打采地走出了学校。就在这个时候，有人拍了拍我的肩膀。

因春节缘故，我便同父母一起回老家看望外婆外公，车上的我很是兴奋一路上欢声笑语连绵不断，幸福的气息洋溢在每个人的脸上。

很显然，小孩子是老实不了多久的。没过多久我便坐不住了，何况旁边还有我的妹妹，路上我俩因烦躁而不断打闹。偶尔安静时我会想是不是当我和她不再争吵继而和平共处时我们就真的都长大了呢？我不喜欢长大有时又不得已羡慕大人他们看似的无忧无虑……

（一、初时）

经过十多个小时的车程，我们终于到达外婆家，车缓缓驶入那条我所熟悉的泥泞的乡间小路。我睡意全无，贪婪的汲取着泥土的芬芳，犹如一位饥饿的孩子正狼吞虎咽地吞食着食物。

车停了下来。外婆家的房子显现出来。下了车，我一眼就看见了我最爱的外婆外公，他们站在门口笑着迎接我们。我看了看外婆，她还是老样子：穿着那件我再熟悉不过了的棉袄，双手十指合并着放在腿前。

（二、雪）

“还不起床吗？外面下雪了！”我揉了揉睡意朦胧的双眼，努力想分开那两个正打架的眼皮。可一听到雪这个字便不由得不怕冷不怕困地打赤脚飞奔到窗前看雪。

我是第二次看见雪了：到处白茫茫的一片偶尔一棵光秃秃的树枝就显得特别显眼。门口院子里覆盖着薄薄的一层雪，远处的瓦顶上都变成了白色，很美。

（三、老家的怪规矩）

老家因为很冷，所以就必须得烤火。就是把烧完火后的灰放进一个盆子里面，再往这些灰中放一些碳，使碳燃烧起来。火不用太大，一点点的火便可烤上好一会儿。再拿一个铁桌子罩在上面盖上一块大棉布，棉布里面就会变得非常的暖和，把布铺在腿上便可烤火啦，级舒服了。

烤火时我拿了一把椅子找了个好地坐下了，过了会就起身拿东西。没想到啊，回来的时候我的位置上已经被一位小孩子给占了，无奈的我只好站在她身边想以此来告诉她这位置是我的！可是站了好久她还没有要起身的意思便知趣的离开了。此事之后我就领会到了老家这个怪规矩，她才不管你是老的少的，只要有位置她就坐，所以以后得倍加小心了。

（四、无名的悲伤）

送别的时候总是悲伤的，我坐在车里。外婆正在和妈妈交代着什么，我细细地打量着外婆：皱纹不知什么时候悄悄爬上了她的脸庞，那双曾经温暖有力的大手现在已变得粗糙……

外婆缓缓走到车窗前，用朴实的家乡话祝我们平安。我多想摸摸放在车窗上的那只手、那只长满老茧的大手。多想和外婆说：对自己好点！不用整天那么辛苦！外公的风湿病一定不能做太累的活！你们一定要照顾好自己！

我最好的朋友非常漂亮,她有一头乌黑亮丽的直发(长的),很高很瘦,和其他女孩子不一样,她喜欢穿牛仔裤而不是裙子,我从没见过她穿裙子和高跟鞋,我们高中时认识,爱好一样，都喜欢看电影和听音乐。当我们有时间时，我们就会一起去逛街.

星期天的上午本来是以家长会老师让我去帮忙，由于星期六的晚上玩得特别晚所以星期日早上起晚了，我起来之后妈妈接大发雷霆的对我说：“你乐意睡就继续睡，我才不管你呢”。

“我不睡了，快去给我开家长会吧！”

“不去了，谁爱去谁去吧，我还有许多活谁给我干。”

“我给你干，开完家长会之后我给你干”。

“你干活是给我干的。”

“不是，是为了我们的家。快去吧，再不去就迟到了。”

“不去了，我说了不去了，就这么个事，谁爱去谁去吧！”

在这时，妈妈正在收拾卫生，拿了一盆水，我拽着她的袖子，她一下把水洒在我身上了，说了一句：“你要再碰我，我打死你”。

“你乐意打你就打吧，你先给我开完家长会。

不去。”

然后我就给班主任打了一个电话说妈妈生病了，我去不了了也没有人给我开家长会。班主任很理解我的说了一声没事，在家里照顾你妈妈吧。再打电话的同时我也哭了，班主任听出来我哭了，问了我几声，我只是拿“没事”应付了几声，然后就挂了电话。

我气得随口说了一声：“你还没有我班主任好，什么玩意。”然后我就跑了，她一直在后面追，没追上，我跑到楼上把门一关，她开不开门了，但是她一直在敲门弟弟就给她开了，进来之后把我一顿暴打，然后就走了。

开完家长会之后，老师又打了一次电话，问候了我一下聊了几句就挂了。

提心吊胆的一天终于过去了，新的一天快要来到了……

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.
