过去的一年，公司紧紧围绕长期发展的战略规划和总办制定的年度工作目标，严格按照现行制度规范运作，调整人才结构、优化人力资源、加大培训力度、构筑营销体系、强化内部管理，各方面取得了可喜的进展。特别是在今年金融风暴的关键时刻，公司坚持维护员工利益，不裁员、不减薪，而全体员工也能积极配合，共克时艰，能与董办、总办的战略决策保持一致，在这一点上，我看到了大家这种“以店为家”的奉献精神和“店兴我荣”的高度责任感。谨此，我代表董事会向全体同仁表示深深的谢意!! (鞠躬)

新的一年，我们将继续深化公司的改革，进一步强化服务和管理;同时对硬件格局进行巨资改造(如大厅装修、图书室、网球场的扩建等等……)，使各项软硬件设施向国际标准化的五星看齐，以利于持续提升我们酒店的企业文化价值。到时，我们就是五星级酒店的创业者和改革者，我们应深感喜悦和自豪!

Things Happened in Spring Festival Today, I went shopping with my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was a rare occasion because we hardly only get together few times in a year as a big family. On the way to the shopping mall, we watched the lion dance. Overall, we had an unforgettable day.
